2:45 hello i'm here welcome back i i'm glad you came back just in time for me to unmute myself because i looked at the chat and said you're muted i had so much fun talking to myself and introducing the show but now we're back and uh we're ready to go welcome to strange normal this is fireside and matthew is frozen solid uh uh i don't know why but there you are oh you're orange hello and you're back a little bit of a rocky start huh yeah well you know everybody how is everybody tonight this was a fun uh a chance to for you guys to perfect your skills at reading lips uh tonight as we uh started our show and i hope you were real thrilled about that because it could have been like that the entire time but luckily since uh i can see your chat we don't have to be like that matthew by the i just got out of the shower in case anybody was wondering i've uh i've been a little under the weather these uh this past week and i thought before i go on i need to take a really hot shower just kind of get the steam going and i i'm i'm in the shower and i hear the distinct theme music to fireside and i say oh no and i dive out of the shower and i i see you on there i'll button it up and i'm just going for it so yeah this is gonna be my hair is gonna be a little wet i probably didn't get a chance to dry it sorry i'm a mess but the show is not a mess i got a really great show lined up for you tonight uh before we do brad i like uh you seem to have a new alarm system installed there buddy is this a fire system what's going on i took this uh you know those uh flashing lights they have off of the uh um off of forklifts well i thought it would be neat to buy one off ebay and use it as my super chat light because i cannot for the life of me i missed several super chats the other day and i was like i can't do that anymore so now there's a light in front of me and there's a light not only in front of me but also um in almost every scene that i can see what happens if i get a super chat and someone really wants to say something on screen i can be alerted to it and when you see that it'll look like this um it'll come on like like that and uh you'll see that uh there's and it'll just keep spinning until i finally recognize it uh but fortunately that's a little uh hack i'm gonna use my technical skills try to get something that can be a little bit easier for us to uh be alerted to so yeah it's the new alarm system yeah very nice i like it i like the hack i think it looks so cool um it's pristine and i'm looking forward to seeing the the siren go off the siren of truth i saw uh alia in the chat says it's a fire system for fireside in case things get too hot here the alarm goes off and then you know you're you're in the zone you're officially in the zone well thank you thank you all for tuning in because uh i i was perusing some content recently and i saw this this kind of uh continuity so to speak and it was all centered around the mind and in some ways there's a physical manipulation of the mind that i believe is potentially coming for those who wish to sign on to that type of a thing but there's also a very willful uh methodology that one could employ to have their mind thoroughly manipulated you all right well we just got a super chat and my light didn't go off i'm kind of i'm kind of upset about that i was so i was kind of looking at it going what so much for testing we got it though yeah is it the super chat alert yeah thank you so much she says revelation 21 14 uh can you look that up while i go and figure out what in the world is going on and why this isn't working yeah i think uh yeah let's say i'm so sorry i'm like still sick i'm like blessed blessed are they that do his commandments that they may have right to the tree of life and may enter in through the gates into the city that

7:33 city being the new jerusalem amen thank you very much i know we've read one on air before but that that's a very important verse it's coming right out of that final chapter of the bible yeah uh really for those of you who maybe haven't read through revelation because there's a little bit of a concern we're a little nervous about it i have said it before you've got some of the best encouragements in there there are blessings specifically for those who read and understand the book it's very it's a unique feature of the book uh it's just excellent so thank you so much for the super chat and for an opportunity to to look it over absolutely applet turned on it says it says it worked i don't know i'll have to look at it later and see what's going on you anyways uh yeah let's get in right into it what do you have for us tonight um what i have is first of all we're going to talk about the physical manipulation of the mind and that that will be in the form of this article right here if you'd like to pull that up oh that's me that's that's my that's you this is rocky tonight huh oh no that's okay it's okay brad we're getting back into the swing of things i know right yeah i've been been out of commission for a little while everything's going haywire everybody in the chat thank you so much for for all the well wishes and for the prayers i see me me gang says glad you are well matthew welcome back yes you know if you were old enough you could make a great joke uh my last name is actually cotter and uh people love it i got my hair cut the other day and it was an old guy who did my uh did my appointment wrote it down and he said cotter like welcome back cotter all right yep that's the one you're familiar with welcome back cotter no oh well i am what that is and i am aware of it just because i've been uh that joke has been told to me my whole life okay so it's very uh it's a great one anyway let's let's get into this oh wait is it oh the alarm the alarm is coming up down here is that a that's a legit alarm too all right do the do the voice get the voice going super chat super chat super chat super chat super chat okay well we got a super chat in the house okay this one's from ruthie sant ruthie sanchez and she says first time giving and won't be the last don't forget to like this video god bless thank you so much ruthie for your contribution uh our ministry runs on it and yeah everybody like like the video too she's right it's important to like this video and we get this message out getting out to the world all right first article comes out of the daily star bizarre brain chip implanted into monkeys to stop them taking risks the study incorporated flashes of light on different parts of the brain and is hoped to be the starting point of a better understanding of gambling addiction in humans we're going to notice a theme we're going to see a pattern here with these brain chips and uh this this little subtitle and some of this article definitely clues us in to that but uh mainly in the form of it's going to understanding gambling addiction oh how virtuous understanding gambling attention okay go ahead um get a little further into the article um a dystopian brain chip has been developed by scientists to stop monkeys from taking risks researchers at kyoto university in japan used light flashes from the chip to speak to different parts of the brains in macaw uh macacos is that it macacos macacos i know it's a trigger macacos yeah a tendency to take bigger risks was triggered by turning on the light on one side of the brain while flashing the other led to the monkeys settling for lower risk and reward now experts reckon the findings could lead to a better understanding of the root causes behind gambling addiction associate professor of neuropsychology at the university of california and professor of science at johns hopkins university viet stuphorn was not involved in the work but wrote and an accompanying commentary this unexpected finding implies that two neighboring regions in the frontal cortex together regulate risk attitude in a competitive push-pull like fashion and can both increase and decrease risk seeking huh so essentially what happens here is uh whenever and this is true in the monkey's brain and it kind

12:31 of it's more complex obviously in a human brain but there are certain pathways certain parts of the brain that are active when trying to make a decision especially one that involves risk involves danger maybe being harmed but at the same time there's that reward as well we often know that you you have to work hard in order to usually work hard. Not everybody has to work too hard sometimes. But things should be... When God cast out Adam and Eve, he told Adam that he would have to, by the sweat of his brow, he would need to feed himself from the earth. He would need to make his bread to feed himself. There is an active participation that we're called to do. And in that participation, we are to weigh out certain decisions and make these right decisions. Now, let's read a little bit more of the article.

13:30 Next page. Yeah. Monkeys are natural risk-takers, and scientists started off by finding out how much this applied to the specific animals used in the study. They trained them to choose different colored spots with the potential of being rewarded with different amounts of water. The monkeys are underprivileged, and they are understood to have largely gone for spots with higher reward and higher risk using the chips. However, the scientists shone light into a part of the brain called the Brodman Area 6. The monkeys are understood to have largely gone for spots with higher reward and higher risk. Oh, sorry. It's like repeating itself. Using the chips, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Which is a part of the frontal cortex and is involved in planning complex and coordinated movement. When the light was shown on the top part, they found that the monkeys would opt instead to take smaller rewards and risks.

14:25 In other words, becoming more cautious. So what do you think about this brain shift? Wait, wait. Read that last sentence again, because I think I got a skip out of that. I wasn't sure if it was on my side or your side, but what was that last thing you said? No light shining on the brain? This was just a... When the light was shown on the top part of it, they found that the monkeys would opt instead to take smaller rewards and risks. In other words, becoming more cautious. So when they were activating this chip and shining light on this part of the brain, it was making the monkeys want to not go for... It's saying without the chip, the monkeys were risk takers. They're like, oh, I want that spot where I want more water. I want to sustain myself, and it's okay. I'm going to take a risk to get it. But when this brain chip is active in them, instead they defer to a smaller, something that has a smaller reward, smaller amounts of water, but at the same time, it's a smaller risk to the monkeys.

15:27 Okay. I see a theme happening here. What do you think about that, though? Is there anything... My concern here is that, wow, cool, they're playing with the monkeys and trying to figure out how the brain works, but don't they usually test stuff on animals before they test it on humans? I don't think I want someone chipping my brain. Okay, period. Let me just take two steps back. I get it. Elon Musk wants to chip people and give people the ability to type at two billion words a minute and put stuff into the computer and download and upload. We've been pre-programmed through the media to accept this. I mean, look at the matrix, right? And so I get that. That'd be cool. But the problem comes in, just like any other iPhone or anything like that or car, when do they say, oh, well, it needs the BIOS updated? It needs an update to it so that, it can better suit the user.

16:25 And then they add something to it that you might not want, like this monkey's function. Like, oh yeah, let's make this population less risk takers. I don't want them to go all crazy and everything. I want them to comply all the time on everything they do. Can we just program that in there? Just give it an update. And the word there that you used, comply, compliance is going to be key. In the end times, because we know that there is at the end of time, a mark that all will be compelled to take, because if you don't, you're kicked out of society. No buying, no selling. And it comes, this decision comes to all. It comes to the rich and the poor and the great and the small. I think that a chip like this, with this type of functionality, because ultimately what are we as Christians? And we're striving through this life.

17:21 Aren't we working on this kind of, high risk, high reward system? Don't we have to forsake this world and say, all of this that is present and temporal, I will put it aside for a greater reward that was promised to me by my loving creator. I think that you could, having a chip like this, what you could do to the human mind is make it say, you know what, everlasting life, it sounds nice, being there, being sinless, being redeemed by God, it sounds nice, but what if I just, I take the smaller reward? What if I just can eat for today? What if my family isn't thrown in prison? Exactly. I think that's kind of what could be bred out in this little monkey chip, which they're just starting off with monkeys, but like you said, at a certain point, start with the animals and animal testing, and then you move on.

18:24 Now, this is a study done in Kyoto University, so obviously not a company, a corporation doing this test. It's for academic purposes. However, there is a company that has been very prolific when it comes to brain chips, and I think, Brad, you even mentioned a name there in your little spiel, but you could pull up this little mystery. Mystery image, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, don't worry, don't worry about it. So, is anybody in the chat, does anybody know, is there a guy that comes to mind, maybe a company that comes to mind when we see brain chips for human beings? Anybody, type it into the chat, type it into the chat. Just slam it into the chat. What comes to mind? Any names come to mind when you think of chips and brains? Neuralink, ooh. M, same G. Laying it on. There we go, Elon Musk, that's right.

19:25 Pull back the curtain, Brad. Oh, man. Pull it back. I ruined it, didn't I? I didn't think about it. That's all right, don't worry. He told me ahead of time, don't mention it, and what do I do? It's okay. Here he is, it's Elon Musk and Neuralink. That's right, that is the premier company that has been pushing for brain chips. I think the only company that I know of that is so ambitious, and we're gonna see just how ambitious Elon Musk, is with Neuralink, a couple of years back, it's three years at this point in time, three years ago, Elon had a very high-profile interview on the Joe Rogan experience. Now, if you're a watcher of the show, you'll know by now that I'm not necessarily the biggest fan of Joe Rogan for several reasons, and I'm usually not a very big fan of his guests for very similar reasons, mostly.

20:23 It's just blaspheming God, and it gets really weird and mean-spirited towards Jesus sometimes on the Joe Rogan experience. But, nevertheless, this interview, it's been, I've seen it make its rounds, it's probably one of the most popular appearances that he's had talking about Neuralink, and this is just a small clip from that where they're talking about the chip, and just, I want you to see the mood, just see how, and just, I want you to see the mood, just see how, how excited we're kind of getting about this Neuralink chip hybrid. All right, all right, we're gonna see if this button works now, it's new. If you taught a child from first grade on how to use some new universal language, I mean, essentially like a Rosetta stone, and something that's done that interprets your thoughts, and you can convey your thoughts with no room for interpretation, with clear, very clear, where you know what a person's saying, and you can tell them what you're saying, and there's no need for noises, no need for mouth noises, no need for these sort of accepted ways that we've sort of evolved to make sounds that we all agree, through our cultural dictionary, and we agree, we could bypass all that. Yeah, I mean, you could still do it for sentimental reasons. Right, like campfires. Yeah, yeah, exactly. I don't need campfires, I don't need to roast marshmallows, it's kind of fun. Language would, I'm not sure what would happen to language, but you could probably, in a situation like this, that you would be able to just, it'd be kind of like The Matrix, you want to speak a different language, no problem.

22:06 Right. That's why I just downloaded the program. Phew. The first few iterations, really in the first few versions, all we're gonna be trying to do is solve brain injuries. Um. So it's like, don't worry about that, that's not gonna sneak up on you. This'll take a while. How many years? Before you don't have to talk? If the development continues to accelerate, then maybe like five years, five to 10 years. Wow. That's quick. That's really quick. That's the best case scenario. No talking anymore in five years. Best case scenario. Whew. But man, 10 years is more like it. Oh, five, 10 years. Isn't that, isn't that an intriguing timeframe, Brad?

22:56 So if I told you that this, this interview was conducted three years ago and we're not that far into 2024, what does that align with? What? A window of time, does that, does that happen to align with? That's right. Again, folks, we're seeing that 2025, 2030 agenda where everybody just seems to be wanting to do the craziest stuff. They want the, the biggest innovations to shake up, everybody's lives from all angles. But that's when Elon Musk is hoping to push out the brain chip. And like I said, you saw the excitement kind of was coming off of Joe Rogan, the way he's talking about, yeah, all of a sudden we don't have to make mouth noises anymore. We can communicate with our brains as if, as if, yeah, talking is obsolete and, and what we're doing right now is just so we're, we're cavemen banging rocks together. You know what's funny though, what's, what's amazing to me about that whole thing is that he said, it's not going to sneak up on you.

23:59 First thing we're going to do is we're going to try to fix brain injuries. Well, you know what, that's, that's, that's right in line with how everything deception happens. It's a good thing. It always comes as a good thing first. This is a wonderful thing. I can't tell you how many things I'll tell my wife this just the other day. I was like, you know, everything the government has done that has been absolutely atrocious, and there's been a lot of things started as it was a good thing, really great idea. What does that saying? The path to hell is paid with good intentions, right? That seems like always how it is. You nailed it, buddy. Because in that last article we looked at with the monkeys and their brain chips, what was it? What was the justification? Gambling addiction. Wow.

24:46 We're going to help people with their gambling addictions with these chips. We're going to put this chip in someone's brain who, otherwise they'd go to the casino and put their mortgage on the blackjack table. Now he gets a little chip in his head. And when he looks at the casino, he says, you know, I'd rather go grocery shopping. That's the power of the chip. That's the power of the chip. And if we could just all have this chip in there, because we all have those, don't we? We're imperfect beings, aren't we, folks? We are a fallen race. We are riddled with sin and are in desperate need of a savior. Does that make sense? Does our savior come in the form of a chip that's going to neurologically prevent you from thinking or doing certain things? I don't think so. And even to the extent, now, people who are physically disabled, it is awful.

25:39 We saw it throughout history. People have been suffering with infirmities. When Jesus walked the face of the earth, he was moved with compassion to heal people from their state. Specifically, I believe. It's in, it might be in a couple of the gospels, but I'm thinking of Mark. I went over Mark recently, where a man is lowered through the ceiling. Lowered through the ceiling, because Jesus is just thronged by people. And there's an opening in the ceiling, so it's like I bring him down on a mat. And Jesus commands him to walk, and he walks. That's amazing. That's what is in store for us. I know that there are people who are blood-bought believers who are suffering physically, maybe with total paralysis, or some other type of issues. And Jesus is going to heal you of that. He's going to give you this new body, this eternal body, that you're going to enjoy.

26:33 And it's going to be when you, I believe when we have that transformation take place, it's going to be, the phrase that I think of is familiar but new. You're going to be familiar with it. OK, yeah, I know what it's like to have hands. I know what it's like to have eyes. But it's like, I've never felt like this before. I've never seen quite like this before. This is how God intended for me to experience life, not that dredge that I was caught up in, that sinful mess. And it's just all the more reason to sing his praises at the end of the day. I just don't want it to come at it from a point where I, because I can see people now, oh, what are you? You hate people who are paralyzed? You don't want them to have a better standard of living? No, I would like for them to have a better standard of living, of course. But at what cost?

27:21 At what cost? It's like you said, Brad. You just come in the door with this, you have a problem. I want to help you with your problem. But realistically, what are you giving in exchange for that solution? Exactly. Mm, mm, mm. Wow. Now, it's funny because I was watching that interview. And we're going to just deter a little bit. We're going to sidebar a bit. Mm-hmm. Because. Mm-hmm. But immediately after that clip that I showed, talking about brain chips and the languages being dissolved, right, and communicating without speaking, Joe Rogan brought up this really bizarre point. And I heard it, and I said, you know, it doesn't really, it's not exactly in line with what we're talking about tonight. It is and it isn't. But, oh, it's right up your alley, Brad. I had to include it. OK, all right. So check this out. This is Joe Rogan. This is immediately after what Elon had just said, by the way, of in the next five to 10 years, we're going to have the chip.

28:27 This is the segue. It just goes from that to Joe Rogan saying this. Go ahead. Let's listen. I've always speculated that aliens could potentially be us in the future. Because if you look at like the size of their heads and the fact that they have very little muscle and they don't use their mouth anymore, they have this tiny little sl- I mean, the archetypal alien that you see in like Close Encounters of the Third Kind, they're like, if you went from like Australopithecus or ancient hominid to us, what's the difference? Less hair, less muscle, bigger head. And then you just keep going, 1,000, a million, whatever year, or five years, whatever happens when Neuralink goes on online. And then we slowly start to adapt to this new way of being, where we don't use our muscles anymore. We have this. Gigantic head. We can talk without words. What? I, I. He went to aliens after a brain chip?

29:34 Yeah, he did. He did. He did go to aliens. It was just, it's weird that the Neuralink chip made him think about, I've often thought that aliens could just be us from the future. And yeah, talking about, I love this in the chat, because he's talking about this whole idea of, of humanity evolving, right? I think that's a false narrative, by the way. I don't believe that in the evolutionary steps of man, I think man was created as man and we have deteriorated. If anything, there's a de-evolution. There is a, a weakening of our species throughout the ages. But Deb in the chat said, yeah, more, more room for more chip. Talking about the size of our heads. Yeah. We're evolving to accommodate. To accommodate a bigger brain chip. That's why the, the, the aliens from the future have gigantic bulbous skulls so they can have maybe multiple brain chips are just in there and that's how they're, they're able to do what they do.

30:37 You know. That. Go ahead. No, no, sorry. I didn't want to cut you off. Go ahead. What were you going to say? No, it just, I was going to say the narrative is there, this whole aliens being people from the future. Yeah. We're seeing that kind of more and more. More and more. And he was saying it like three years ago. So the guy is on the up and up, I think. He knows what's, yeah, he's thinks, yeah, he thinks he knows what's going on. He knows the lore. I like what Alia said in here. She says, don't use our muscles anymore. She says that'd be so sad for a gym girl like me. And so I agree. I think that's a major, not about, I'm not a gym girl, but I'm, I'm definitely, you're not a girl at all. But I, I, I agree with her sentiment. I agree with her sentiment here because that's how the human body works.

31:25 You know, a lot of health actually comes from your muscles and moving your muscle. That's why in the Bible, I mean, think about this. In the Bible, we know that through, through medical history now, but in the Bible, God had the children in Israel constantly walking around. Now it was to their detriment, they couldn't go straight to the land of milk and honey, but it was also for health. They had to continue, continue to walk. So you don't have to do some strenuous exercise every day. But you have to move your muscles. You can't lay in bed. I met someone one time and they said, I feel so sick. I feel like I'm dying every day. I said, what do you do? Well, I can't work. So I'm, I'm, I'm on a handicap, whatever it's called, they get money that way. And I just lay in bed all day and browse the internet. Well that's why you're dying. And that's what you feel terrible. Get out there. I said, get out there. You got to get in the sun. I said, think about no matter if you believe in the Bible or not, cause this, well, I didn't know the person's background.

32:21 I said, if you do. I don't believe in the Bible at all. Think about how humanity, uh, for the last 5,000 years or more has been, has grown up. We have been an agricultural society and we, and I'm sorry for rabbit trailing down here, but it's such a passion of mine. You got to get out. You got to exercise because this is how the body works. The body works by exercise and that's how it, it, it moves the blood around. It creates better digestion. It makes your, uh, uh, I believe even helps the immune system. And so it's, it's vital that we move rant over, no, you're so right. That's funny. Cause I was actually looking at people who have chronic fatigue. The best thing you can do when you have chronic fatigue, ironically, is being more active.

33:11 So even though you feel that, oh, I just, I can't be more active than I am. Oftentimes it's, it's doing that thing. That is just naturally good for you. I think even following, following God's law and living a, a godly walk, walking with God, that is something that if you're, if you're having a hard time, if you're struggling with sin and you're looking at that walk, you might say, well, I could never walk that walk. I can never do that thing, but you gotta, it's like, you're saying it's a muscular thing. You gotta move it. You gotta exercise those muscles, you know, walk with God, get active, wrestle with God, right? That's a, it's physical. You gotta move, be moved spiritually to make a change in your life, whether that comes in the form of, of your health physically or your health spiritually. I think that we're called to action. That's a really great point. Actually, that's going to come up later in the, in this episode, believe it or not, we're going to tie that in because that is a very good point. Cool. So this is another clip. This is a secondary clip.

34:18 Again, not necessarily. Totally. Not necessarily. I'm not sure it's a clip related, but I just thought it was so interesting. Again, talking more about humanity and the evolution and almost just keeping in mind what Joe said about that alien aspect as well. Let's take a listen to this portion. The universe started off as basically quarks and leptons and quickly became hydrogen and helium lithium, like basically elements of the periodic table, but it was like mostly hydrogen basically. Um, and then. Yeah. Yeah. And then over a long period of time, 13.8 billion years later, that hydrogen became sentient. I'm sorry. So where along the way did consciousness – what's the line of consciousness and not consciousness between hydrogen and here?

35:11 That's the real concern when people think about the potential future versions of human beings, especially when you consider a symbiotic relationship to artificial intelligence that will be unrecognizable, that one day we'll be so far removed from what this is. We'll look back on this the way we look back now on simple organisms that we evolved from, and that it won't be that far in the future that we do have this view back. What? What? Explain what he just said. Seriously. He's talking about – and I said keep that alien concept in mind, but how far life has come. And Elon was talking about when hydrogen became something that became conscious, which, again, I don't subscribe to that belief.

36:05 I think that there is an eternal God who is conscious, very much conscious, very much alive, very thoughtful thinking. Not in the sense that – because I've heard it before, and even recently on this channel you've covered some – people with very occultist leanings, but saying things like, oh, God is so vast and he's so powerful that he's unknowable, he's unapproachable. I can't – there's no way for me to necessarily have a relationship with God. I wonder why people take that stance, because if God is as powerful as God says he is, then he is very much capable of having a relationship with you, with me, with every single living person on the planet, and he can have that. He can have that relationship more intimately with you than anyone else can, because he is God and he is resting in this immense power that you know he has. He's not an energy field. He's not like a force or anything like that, and he's not very removed. He's very involved, very loving, very caring, very thoughtful.

37:08 So that's just the hydrogen angle. But nevertheless, Joe goes in and he starts talking about how when we look back, it's going to be this shock. Oh, we've come so far, and he's saying with the help of Neuralink, the help of the brain chips, that time could be coming much sooner than later. It reminds me of that old lie, and we have to keep the old lie in mind, because Satan, he knows essentially what works at this point. He's been using the earth as his playground and his testing ground for a long time, and when he went to our first parents in the garden, we're dealing with beings that were fashioned by the hand of God, the perfect beings in the Garden of Eden, and he was able to deceive Eve and have her sin against God by telling her, one of these lies you shall be as gods. And I think these brain chips really, for some people, that's the offer that's on display. If you take this brain chip, you are going to be endowed with power that is so vast, you'll look back retrospectively. You'll take the brain chip, you'll live a day with the brain chip and you'll look back to yesterday when you didn't have the brain chip, and you'll say, what an inferior being I once was.

38:30 I am now as a god. And it's just ridiculous. It's just ridiculous self-delusion. That's what we, we live in a world of self-delusion. Satan is self-deluded because he's trying to take on God. He's in open rebellion, and he's trying to coax as many people as possible to his side and using as many different mechanisms as possible. I really think that this brain chip could be one powerful mechanism if it is offered to the public widely. So, I got a question to ask you off the cuff. Matthew, should I even ask this on air? Do you think this is tied? And I don't. But do you think this is tied to the Bible in any way?

39:19 I think it is tied to the Bible. Some people, I mean, that's a big question. I guess I could say I do in some ways, but do you know where I'm getting at? Are you going in, are you going that direction? You can have a conversation. We could ask the question. Oh, you're breaking up. You're breaking up. This is like the most important part of this whole thing, and that's when it's introduced. Because, of course. You know it's going to happen that way. It can't happen any other way. Is the brain chip the mark of the beast? There you go. That's the question that you're getting at. Yes. Because if you were to ask me... Did you say yes? Yes. That is your question. Okay. Yes, absolutely it is.

40:09 If you were to ask me, does the brain chip have anything to do with the Bible and Bible prophecy, I would say... I think so, because it describes that God will cut the time short, lest no flesh be saved. If we are all strapped down and have brain chips drilled into our skulls to the point where we can't reach out to God in prayer without receiving some type of an electric shock, or your brain just shutting down, that's the point where no flesh can be saved, because the flesh is incapable of having a relationship with God. You can't have a relationship with God at that point. You can't have salvation if you don't have that relationship with God. And if they're forcing these on you to the point where you can't do that... You can't have a choice. Wow. Exactly. But not only that, you know... Sorry, you were gonna say something else. I'm not gonna try to walk on you. Oh, it's okay. It's just the other part of it to address would be, is the chip itself the mark of the beast? I do not think so, because the mark of the beast is an issue of worship. Mm-hmm. We've touched on that before.

41:16 I don't think anybody's going to be necessarily worshiping the brain chip. However, I think somebody who received a super powerful brain chip from not Neuralink, but from an advanced, say, alien civilization, or from future humanity, however we want to play this game, however Satan wants to play this game, however he wants to say he is, if when he comes with his angels to deceive the world, and they offer up brain chips, that allow people to do miraculous things, I think that could lead them to worship. And I think that could lead them to accepting the mark of the beast. But the mark of the beast is clearly, in the Bible, it's defined as something, it's more, it's a worship. Mm-hmm. It's your worshiping through the mark. And I don't think that comes in the form of an injection. I don't think that comes in the form of a chip. I don't think it comes in the form of a barcode. There's been a lot of speculation as to what that could mean physically. I don't think that's what it is. What were you going to say, Brad? So, we talked a little bit earlier about this, so I won't surprise you, but I think it's really fascinating that everyone, there's a significant portion of Christianity that believes the mark of the beast is a chip.

42:30 And I find that interesting, number one, because you need to read Revelation 13. It's clearly not. But number two, could it be? A lot of times, you know, have you ever heard a slide about it? A slide of hand. A magician's slide of hand. When you take something, and you have it in one hand, but it looks like you put it in the other hand, but you wave this one around to make everyone look over here while you are doing something with it over here, and now it's gone. What happened? I think that could very easily be done by the devil. Everyone's saying, oh look, Elon Musk's chip came out. And you know Elon, right? He likes to dress up like the devil in his Twitter. He likes to pretend and use this symbology to really hype up and get people excited.

43:21 Wouldn't that be something if you used the 666 as some kind of marketing scheme for this? It really rallied up the Christian community and everyone, blew everyone's mind and made him a lot of fame, got him a lot of money off this thing, while everyone's looking over here saying, I'm not going to take that thing. That's the beast power. The Bible tells us about this. I need to get back to church. I'm not going to Elon Musk's. I need to get worshipping again. I think everyone needs to get worshipping again, because that chip thing over there is dangerous, and it's the devil. Well, what have they got? It's super simple now. All you have to do is just put them in the wrong church, and then it's over. It's a part of worship. I think that would be fantastic. Yeah, that is an interesting concept, how the devil can, because the Bible, I mean, it's open.

44:19 It's out there. I'm sure that the devil has gone over the scriptures and seen what God has written, and I'm sure it's very frustrating to him when, no matter what he tries to do, the prophecies of God stand, and they actually follow through, but I'm certain that part of what he does, he thinks about, how can I misrepresent? How can I misrepresent prophecy? How can I delude people into thinking that they are following the will of God when they're actually following my will? Ultimately, that's what he's all about. He's a deceiver, very deceptive, and he can't get your worship honestly. He can't get most people's worship honestly. Unfortunately, there is a subset of humanity that willfully worships the devil. As bizarre as that is, that is the truth. That's part of what brought me to God, honestly, was knowing that, wow, these people are this dedicated to Satan.

45:14 They worship him this fervently, and it's just a realization that, hey, if they're this into the devil, how much more do I need to be into God? How much more can I be on the side of the Lord and come against this with him? And not only that, but just bring the truth, bring that to people, because we want people to be able to make a decision. Ultimately, that's what God wants as well. Before we move on from the Mark of the Beast talk here with the chip, I want to bring up Deuteronomy 11.18. It says, Therefore shall ye lay up these words in your heart and in your soul, and this is God speaking about the words that he has given to his people, and bind them for a sign upon your hand that they may be as frontlets between your eyes. So what is that right there? We know that the devil wants that mark in the hand, and he wants it in the forehead. And here God is saying, my word is going to be a sign on your hand, and it's going to be bound between your eyes.

46:24 And just to know how ridiculous this can get, when we take this idea into a physical sense, and you can find this, but there are, I know, rabbinic books. There's rabbinic, like Judaism. There's some portraits that they have of Talmudic scholars. And what they have is, you'll see a little, they have a bound. It's like a little leather bracer. It's just like a little plaque is bound. You say, what is that? And they're basing that off of Deuteronomy 11.18. What they do is they just take the Ten Commandments, put them on little plaques, and they stick it in between their eyes. Boom, I did it. I have fulfilled your command. And that's not what God is talking about. And that is not ultimately what the Mark of the Beast is referring to either. It's not a literal thing in between your eyes and on your hand.

47:19 This is, we have to use discernment here, and we have to understand what's really being asked of us when we are called to worship God or Satan. So let me pull up. What does it mean to have it on your forehead? Or in your hand? How does that tie in? Because if it's not that, if the Jews think that absolutely, you have to put it on your forehead, and we don't believe that, well, then what is that? I'm putting you on the spot, but I'm going to look up the verse while I'm trying to remember it. Well, my understanding is that to have it in your head is a conscious decision. It's something you're meditating on, you're thinking about, and you're going with. And God says, notice in Deuteronomy, it's both.

48:06 It's that it will be a sign upon your hand that they may be frontlets between your eyes. It's a combination of these two things. So in between your eyes and in your head, you're meditating on it, you're understanding it, you are consciously going through with it. And then in your hand, your hand is what does work. That's ultimately the fruits that are being born or being born out of your hand, so to speak, the things you do that God should be moving your hand. Why am I doing this? I'm not doing this for salvation. I'm not doing this thing because I think I'm earning good boy points with God. It is in my hand. It is bound to my hand to do this thing. Out of obedience of love to God, I'm going to do this thing because this is what is expected to me. And then you see what happens in Revelation is it's in the head or the hand because Satan doesn't care if you're doing it or not.

48:59 It's in the head or the hand. If you're doing it just as a workspace thing and you're just going through it, you're getting along to get along. Or if you've just gone headfirst into the punch bowl and you drank all the Kool-Aid and in your mind you think I'm on the side of the winner, I'm on the side of righteousness and you're serving Satan, it's good enough either way for him. He'll take you. But God wants it. He doesn't want either or. He wants both of those things. He wants it to be in your mind. He wants it to be in your hand. That's the expectation for us. Wow. Wow, wow, wow. Yeah. I love how you explain that because it's, you know, whether or not you are doing it because you're going through the motions, hey, yeah, I'll accept it. The mark of the beast, that's fine. I'll just do it. I don't really believe it but I'll do it anyway. That's using your hands. Or headlong drinking the Kool-Aid, as you said, you believe it full throttle and you're in it to win it and you think that this is the way.

49:58 That's the head belief. Fantastic. Yeah. Yeah. Very good. I see M St. G in the chat says, guys, do you think we stir evil in our Christian friends when they think they are saved by grace and no longer under the law and we tell them about the verses in Scripture proving different? I would say no. I don't think so. If you are doing proper evangelism. Proper evangelism. I do not think that ever giving someone the word of God, preaching it to them is going to harm them. Oftentimes, I mean, it's the, I forget the exact verse, but I know that it's referred to as it's foolishness among men, but it's wisdom to God to give someone a verse. I know there are times where I've just stepped in and I've seen comments and stuff on a YouTube video where it's just.

50:58 I saw one where it just talked about you religious people talking about Brad and I, you religious people, you're the evil ones because you're just going off of these scriptures and you're so rigid and you're being judgmental. You are the evil ones. You turn everything evil and you just throw out the verse from Isaiah chapter five. I forget the exact one, but it was a woe unto them that put good for evil and evil for good, better for sweet and sweet for better. That's it. I don't need to write out a lengthy thing talking about, well, here we are. This is what we're doing. And this is what we're trying to do. No, I'm just going to give the guy some scripture. And it's like, you know what? This is seed that I, this is the way I believe we're supposed to be spreading. The seed is just by pointing out scripture in a loving fashion, not to own people. I'm not trying to shut you down. I'm not trying to beat you over the head with it, but I'm just going to say, here it is.

51:48 Here's the perspective here. Here's, this is what the Bible says. And I'm giving you something to meditate on. I'm giving, I'm giving you seed that hopefully germinates. And good soil and bears fruit. And ultimately I'm going to see you in the eternal kingdom. We can hug it out and have a great, great rest of our lives together. So no, I don't think if you, if you believe something, if you have a conviction and it's a doctrinal conviction, a theological conviction, it, it is on you to bring that to people. Even if it makes them uncomfortable or it makes you feel uncomfortable, if you're doing it from a loving place, that's what needs to happen. I don't necessarily think that we stir evil because there is the matter of the law.

52:36 It's a, it's a tricky thing because people say that Jesus did away with the law. He fulfilled the law. That doesn't mean that the law went away. It means that he lived it out. He fulfilled it. It's like a contract, right? If you have a contract and it says, I'm going to do X, Y, and Z bad news for humanity, because we always skip out. We either don't do X. We don't do Y. We don't do Z. We don't do all three of them. Jesus went through and fulfilled the law. He said, yeah, I will do this. I, I, I am not going to do these things. I'm going to make sure that this law is how I live my life. And, and doing that, he was a sinless being because sin is transgression of the law. So he fulfilled the law. No sin in him, no transgression in him. That does not mean that suddenly the law is gone for all of humanity, but it means that we are no, we are no longer have to suffer the punishment of the law, which would ultimately be death because the wages of sin is death.

53:34 Sin is transgression of the law. This is just like, it's like a math equation. You kind of have to have these variables in place to know what you're talking about. But ultimately, who gives you eternal life? Who saves you from death? The second death. It's very clear. That's Jesus Christ. So yes, you're, the law is still around. Otherwise sin wouldn't be around. Hmm. There's no law. There's no sin. And then if you're not, if there's no transgression, then you don't need an intermediator. You don't need Jesus at that point because you're no longer doing anything against God. So I hope that makes sense to everybody because it is a very heady subject, obviously. It is. We're getting into some, some big theological ideas, which is good. I'm glad because we need to do that, honestly. The closer we get to the time of the end, the more conversations we should be having like this.

54:23 Absolutely. As Christians. Absolutely. Just talking about it, getting it out. Anyway, we'll, we'll get back on track here. We'll get back on track to Neuralink, talking about brain chips now. Specifically, we're going to, we're going to talk about Elon Musk and his, his plans because this, this was a little update I found that was released not too long ago in the past week, I believe it was released. But this is some very recent information talking about it. Neuralink and their upcoming plans. So let's take a look at that. In the year 2024, Neuralink will begin implanting their microcomputers into human brains for the first time. There is no longer speculation. This is reality. A major update in the Neuralink story is, of course, the approval for human trials that the company received in the first half of 2023. And we now have a better idea of what that will look like.

55:21 The company announced in September 2023 that they have started recruiting for the first human test subjects for the N1 brain computer interface and R1 surgical robot that will be used to implant it. For the purpose of the trial, an ideal candidate would be an adult under the age of 40 who is experiencing paralysis in all four limbs. This patient would have their Neuralink implanted over what's known as the hand knob area of their premotor cortex, which controls the hands, wrists, and legs. The plan right now is for Neuralink to perform 11 human implants in 2024. That will increase to another 27 implants in 2025, and 79 in 2026. If all goes well, after this point, operations at Neuralink will truly begin to ramp up. The company anticipates 499 surgeries in 2027, and then exponential growth into 2030, when they are performing 20,000 surgeries a year.

56:20 Neuralink has already completed 22,204 surgeries in that year. Wow. Wow. Big plans. Big plans. Big, big plans. Exponential plans. If all goes according to plan. That's it. The first human trials will be starting this year. It's official. There will be people on Earth, officially people, who will have Neuralinks. There's really no telling if people have or have not received Neuralinks behind the scenes. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. Actually, everyone has the ability to receive Neuralinks behind the scenes. These major companies are very secretive. People sign non-disclosures and things can happen. But what we can say for sure is that people will be receiving Neuralinks.

57:08 And, again, again, who are we primarily looking for to receive this Neuralink? Somebody under the age of 40. The non-compliant ones. Not yet. Not yet. Right now we're doing the healing the sick routine. But we're not yet. We're not experiencing it. which that is about looking for someone who is under 40, so plenty of life left to live. They have paralysis. We're looking for this person. Something about this, too, is, and this is where my heart really does go out because it has to be such a difficult thing. I don't know what it's like to be paralyzed in any part of my body, but I have to imagine that it's so debilitating. And if someone came and they said, hey, you've got a shot. You've got a shot at walking again. And it's going to be scary, but you're going to undergo this procedure and you're going to receive a brain chip. And we're going to have this procedure done for you.

58:03 What do you say? I think it becomes a very difficult thing for someone to pass up on because you're going to say at that point, what do I have to lose? It's like, what is the brain chip going to do? I might as well try. I might as well try to regain some functionality of my limbs. So, absolutely. I think something that we need to be praying for and keeping in mind are anyone who is potentially going to be undergoing these procedures, anybody who's approached with this, pray that God's hand is firmly on them and protecting them and guiding them because I think that this has the potential for some major repercussions, to say the least. Fascinating. What do you think, Brad? Well, I think it's interesting. I wonder sometimes if there's one person that's prominent that has already gone or gone the process. You do. Who might that be, Brad? Who are you talking about?

59:06 It's someone that stutters and thinks about what he's saying before he talks. Yeah. Who am I talking about? Brad's referring to Elon Musk, the man himself. So, yeah. So, this is an interesting kind of conspiracy theory, right? We're going to just throw it out there. We cannot prove this. Disclaimer. This cannot be proved. But there are some people who believe that Elon Musk may have received some type of an implant already. If you go back and you watch even the clips with Joe Rogan, the way he speaks, he does. He pauses and his eyes go off. And my eyes go off, too, to be honest, when I think sometimes I'll do this. But the way he does it sometimes is very much like, like, stark. Yeah, right.

59:55 Yes. And if we do it in. It's not analog. I expect it to be. But he's like, stops it. And it continues. And then continues. It's like his thought is being interrupted, which maybe, you know, he could just have a condition that's like that. Like I said, I can't. I cannot prove this. I can't say anything. I just know this is a theory that goes around that Elon Musk already has a brand ship. I don't. Necessarily subscribe to it. I don't think he does, but I think it's an interesting kind of an idea. I'm just saying if he comes out with it in the end, at some point in the next two years, it was like, yeah, well, jokes on all of you. I've had the neurochip for the last five years and you didn't notice. I wouldn't be wild. That would be, that would be the ultimate, I think, publicity stunt.

1:00:44 Cause it'd be like, look, I'm per I'm perfectly fine. I'm functioning. You've seen me on all the interviews, you know, what I'm capable of and I've had my brain. Chip, it's time for yours, right? Uh, let's see, let me see here. Nicholas, someone says, have you, okay. It says strange normal. I can tell you, uh, they have been asking the question on the paper for at least a year or so. I have definitely, definitely been asked that question, but I'm 50. It has been under, and now it's under 40. Yeah, I'm, I'm, I'm now 40. So I can say that it's, they're knocking. They're kind of kind of after you, Matthew, they're not going to come after me. They want, they want me to be chipped. They want me to be silenced. They want to shut down my brain with the chip, but they're not gonna, they're not gonna, I have faith in God on that.

1:01:35 I really do. I don't think that a lot of the stuff we look at, uh, and a lot of the stuff that's being projected in the world, I do not think it's going to be as bad as it could potentially get. I think it could get terrible. I think it's going to get bad. No, no doubt about it. Things are not going to be. Uh, rosy, but they could be worse than what they're going to get. And like I said, what I refer to, what, what scripture do I stand on? Just that God is going to cut the time short, less no flesh be saved. That there is so much said in that one verse, because if you think about a time where no flesh is going to be saved, man, that is a dark place that is like the darkest, uh, dystopia that sometimes humanity has spun some pretty dark stories. I've, I've seen some real. Uh, dark science fiction or even, um, not even fiction, unfortunately, these days, just speculations on how things are going to turn out. You're going to live in a pod. You're going to eat bugs all day. You're going to, you know, uh, be ankle braceleted to your, like, I don't know, pod that you're not going to be able to leave.

1:02:43 Well, I've always, I've always theorized that, you know, it's going to be the Christians at the end, you know, like the, they sent them Christians to the lions. Back in the Roman days. Well, the Christians to the, the science to allow them to manipulate the brain. But I had, I, I've thought that for years, decades probably. Oh yeah. Why don't they just cut open the Christian? They're probably just going to cut open Christians' brains and figure it out because they won't have any rights anyway. And, and so, but I never thought, I never thought that they would have to come to the technology to the, to the base where they'd say, okay, well, we have these group of people over here that, uh, have, uh, no rights anymore. Why don't you just use that? And make them compliant. That never, never passed my brain. Make them compliant, manipulate the brain so they no longer have a choice. Wow. Right. Yeah.

1:03:34 And it could be that. And then ultimately, well, we know there's like a, uh, a death decree, so to speak. There is going to be an order to kill those who are noncompliant. So yeah, maybe there's an attempt at doing that. And then, like I said, it's going to get so wild. At that point in time, it's just the, the narratives that are going to be pushed and believed by the majority of humanity, it's just going to be ludicrous insanity. And like I said, luckily it's not going to last too long, but, uh, yeah, it could go, it could go a lot of places, but I do think that ultimately God is, God is looking out for his people and he's not going to let a, a trouble worse than death befall us because there, there are things worse than death, actually. You know, I think. Rfkjr said that recently, something like, oh, there's worse things that they could do to you than kill you. And to his credit, I think he's right with some of the technology we have today and the weird stuff. I would rather be dead at a certain point. Yeah.

1:04:35 Kill me for my faith in Christ. Like that's it. Spill my blood. That's it. I'll be a martyr for my God. That's what this is going to come down to. And you're going to do this. It's like a, I saw someone in the chat mentioned Steven out of acts seven. And that's exactly right. Yeah. You're right. I mean, that's what you have to do. You stand up and you just say, this is it. This is the truth. I don't care how angry you're going to get about the truth. If you're going to choose to kill me, you're going to kill me. That's it. But, um, anyway. Wow. You're right, Brad. No, no. I'm just responding to the chat. Oh, okay. Very good. Yeah. Let's continue. So, so one of the aspects about this that I want to hit on is that it is clearly it's an, it's an Elon Musk thing. It's um, it's one of his companies. Yeah. And recently it's come to my attention through watching a, another podcast.

1:05:27 I got a clip from that podcast that we're going to, that we're going to take a look at. It's called the truth matters podcast. And I really, I like these guys, uh, and I agree with them on a lot of things. There's some things that I disagree with them on. There's some things I disagree with pretty much everybody on, you know, eventually you get to that point, but they do such an excellent job when it comes to their research and some of their. Uh, analyzing that, uh, I heard it recently and it was just fresh in my mind. So when I was going over all this brain chip stuff and the Elon Musk stuff, I was like, man, I was thinking these guys, they had a point. They're going to talk about the self-driving cars, smart cars, and the largest producer of smart cars is Tesla. Uh, it's one of Elon Musk's companies and it's really, it's just so interesting what these guys have to say. I'm shouting them out big time, but let's, let's watch a little bit of their podcast. Cause I want to talk about the point they're going to bring up. Yeah, absolutely. And before we do though, make sure you hit that like button friends.

1:06:26 If you are interested in what we're talking about tonight, this is fireside. We talk about all the weird stuff, but the pertinent stuff, according to the Bible. And I think it's important that you hit the like button because it really does help us leave a comment. If you're listening to this after the show so that we can see that and also subscribe, hit that bell icon. So you're notified when we go live. We do this Thursdays and Sundays. All right. Bye. So here we go. So the first one is smart cars and I don't think people realize I didn't put this article in here. How much, uh, information your vehicle is gathering about you. Uh, and if you have a newer vehicle, especially, um, you plug your phone in, so everything is being downloaded from your phone, all the places you go, all, all the information you're giving it. Yeah. If you have GPS in your car, it has the ability to transmit information from your car to satellite to a, another location, uh, and there's an article talking about a whole bunch of categories, whether it's your phone, your Alexa, your whatever you have and what the privacy infringement is versus what the user thinks that it is.

1:07:34 And cars came up as the worst in terms of the amount of information gathered when users don't even realize it. What people don't get is it's, it's judging how hard you push your gas. It's judging how hard you push your brake. It's judging how much you weigh when your seatbelt tightens. Or when you sit and your, and your seat adjusts automatically for you, there is more information that that car gathers about an individual than most people even realize. Yeah. Well, in these smart cars now, you don't have even physical connections to your tires anymore, right? It's like just a video game steering wheel. It's just electronics that are going from that steering wheel, receiving on the sensors to turn the tires, everything else. There's no actual physical connection there. So you can turn right and it's going to go left because there's no connection and they can choose to do that at any point in time and oops, it was just an accident. When talking to Elon Musk, he said, you know, basically he doesn't need to make money on the vehicle itself because the longterm output of those vehicles is so different.

1:08:37 It's a technology company for one, it's not a car company and then they can utilize those vehicles for however they want to use that. The policies. Right? Yep. So it's interesting that they bring that up about the cars. That's called fly by wire in planes and it's been in planes for quite a while now. And the, the interesting part is that we are being programmed to accept that and that idea is the beginning of a video, a Netflix series called Download. It's about this guy whose consciousness or something like that is downloaded after he died because he died in a car accident. Car crash. Because his electric car that drives him around everywhere malfunctioned and killed him. It's actually a, I think a comedy, but it was kind of morbid at the beginning.

1:09:30 Of course it is. I was like thinking, this is pretty serious here. I know. Yeah. Yeah. It makes sense. The times we live in and the things that people laugh at these days. Yeah. Those guys had such a great point. Again, that's a Truth Matters podcast. That was from their latest episode. You can find them on the Amazing Discoveries channel. Really, really good. Watch the full thing because it's, I really enjoyed it. But bringing that up with how the cars are gathering all of this information and they're tracking where you go and the key brought up, it interfaces with your phone. So as soon as your phone is in, it can download all the information off of your phone. And even just knowing the weight and stuff. I was like, wow. Why didn't I never consider that? It's like a scale. You're sitting on a scale. It could get your weight. It could get your height. It knows everything about you. Your profile is like right there.

1:10:27 And just take that to the next step. If this is what a smart car is doing, do you want to accept a brain chip from this man and his company? It's interesting. Yeah. No, I'm not walking on you, but yeah, I want to make that point too. It's interesting. And you don't think. Oh, come on. There's things put in place so that if I put my phone on this thing, it's not going to download everything. Not necessarily. Actually, if you look back in the news long ago, not long, not too long ago, actually only about a couple of years ago, they had this major problem because people at airports were plugging their USB chargers into these devices that they had sitting down there. I mean, you'd pay to get your phone charged and it will lock your phone up into these devices. Well, the devices were going through your stuff. I mean, it was. Can I have access to this? Okay. Let me see. Look, all the pictures. Let's go through all this stuff. And I mean, that's a thing. You got to worry about that stuff.

1:11:23 What kind of stuff do you have on your phone that's private? Well, I mean, do you have passwords? Do you take pictures for medical reasons? I mean, you never know. Yeah. And the other thing too is they always have those things where it's like you have the consent forms and I see people make jokes about that too, where it's just like, oh yeah, like, you're the one checking the box, man. Like you're agreeing to their terms and conditions, dude. It's like, oh, if I have to have anything, if I have to have a phone, I have to agree to the conditions. It's like it is obsolete. I cannot do anything with it unless you check the box, no matter what it says. And at that point, it's just like, yeah, you're handing over your information. And what are they doing with the information? Well, ultimately, they're building the system, the databases. Yeah. Because it's all about wanting to be like God. God is omnipotent. He has all of the knowledge. There is no limitation on his capability when it comes to information gathering.

1:12:28 He's the source. He's got it all. But I think Satan, as much as he wants to be omnipotent and omnipresent, he's not. He's just a singular being. He's got a lot of cronies under his command. And they're desperately trying to get all of the information they can so that I think eventually when they appear, they can present themselves as God, because how else would I have all of this information? And we're dealing with angelic intelligences, too. This is not human intelligences that, oh, I can't remember what I ate for breakfast yesterday. These are angelic minds that could go through your history and say, okay, got it. Hey, you remember on December whatever? Yeah. I texted this to so-and-so, and you said this to this, and they said this to you. And then your reply was something like this. You remember that? Whoa. What? That could be enough to turn somebody and say, oh, this really must be God. Because remember, was it Philip under the fig tree?

1:13:31 They sent for Philip and said that we have found the Messiah, the Christ. And he said, can any good thing come out of Nazareth? Yeah, Nazareth. That's right. Yeah. That's right. And he came to Jesus, and Jesus said that he saw him when he was under the fig tree. And I imagine he must have been in prayer in that moment under the fig tree, possibly even praying about the happenings that are going on. Maybe he's hearing about Jesus as ministry has started and John the Baptist is baptizing, and he's saying, God, is your kingdom really at hand? Is it time? I would follow you if you were here. And then all of a sudden, someone shows up and says, hey, it's time to go. We found the guy. And you're like, oh, this is weird. Okay, I'm going. The thing the guy says to you is, yeah, I saw you when you were sitting underneath the fig tree. Wait, what? It's literally an answered prayer right in front of my face.

1:14:21 So having that intimate knowledge was something that Jesus had, and it really astonished Philip. I believe it was Philip. I hope I'm not wrong. Sometimes I get it confused with another disciple, but I believe it is Philip. Correct me if I'm wrong in the chat, please. Okay. Anyway, that's about brain chips. So that's our brain chip segment. We're going to be moving on to another distortion of the mind, but this is not done with chips necessarily. This is done through... I couldn't reach you. Okay, good. I thought you were pausing to allow me to hit the button, but yes, this is the one. No, you're good. I'm still a little under the weather, so I think I'm just trying to power through here.

1:15:15 This is an article out of The Guardian, and it's for this film that is going to be releasing in theaters later on in January. I will never forget this film, Samsara, the film you watch with your eyes shut. What? Weird. Ooh, this is kind of weird. Well, let's read about it and see if we can make sense of this. Drawing from the Tibetan Book of the Dead, Luis Patino's film features a 15-minute light and sound interlude in which viewers can join the star on his journey to the afterlife. Luis Patino has been thinking about phantoms when he came up with the idea for a film that people could watch with their eyes closed. What? The director's first two features, 2013's Coast of Death and 2020's Ghost of the Dead, and 2020's Red Moon Tide, show the coastal landscape of his native Galatia in sweeping spectral glory.

1:16:19 Myths, ghosts, and omens of death swirl as locals recall stories of shipwrecks, fishermen lost at sea, and rumors of a legendary sea monster. I've been digging into contemplative cinema, says Patino, aged 40, of his earlier work, and wanted to go further. What? I've been digging deeper into this idea of an introspective, meditative experience. He began thinking about the idea of the invisible in cinema. Suddenly, this very literal idea of making a film to watch with your eyes closed appeared. Yeah, I think they've done this before once. I think it was done in the 1920s, right? I think it was called Radio. What? This is us. This is us. This is us. This is us.

1:17:12 I know it, but not it! This is a little more experiential than radio, I'm afraid, Brad. We'll have to put down our handset, because what this man is looking to do—he's a pioneer and he's pushing the boundaries—there are some key words I want you guys to keep in mind here. Contemplative cinema. That's going to be interesting because we're going to look into something called contemplative prayer. I don't think it's a mistake that he's using this type of terminology. Also, I just thought it's funny. We've seen before people talking about how, oh, we channel ideas and we come up with our ideas. This man is saying that this thought appeared before him. It's not like something where it's like, oh, I thought this through and I went down this line or whatever. I think he's like, yeah, I was just like wanting to do it. And then this thought appeared to do this thing. I don't know. It's just kind of a weird way of saying this is how I came up with the idea.

1:18:15 Yeah, definitely strange. Wow. We can read a little more if you'd like. Get you a little more perspective. Samsara, its title is a reference to Buddhist notions of the cycle of life, death, and rebirth, opens in Luang Parbang in northern Laos, where a teenager regularly visits an ailing elderly woman named Mon. He reads her passages from the Bardo Tho Doll. The Tibetan Book of the Dead, a text that is meant to be read aloud, guiding the dead towards rebirth. He also. Yeah, that's that's what it is. Tibetan Book of the Dead, by the way, was hugely influential. I know at least on one of the Beatles, that being John Lennon. Really? Really into it. Yeah. I think George Harrison liked it as well. There's some music that's kind of based around the Book of the Dead that they wrote.

1:19:12 Yeah. We've seen the fruit of that. He also meets up with a friend who is studying in one of the city's main Buddhist monasteries, and they walk across forests and waterfalls, talking about their future aspirations. The monk hopes to study computers. The teenager wants to become a rapper. Very contemporary. As Mon, that's the elderly woman that they're reading the Tibetan Book of the Dead to, says her farewells and dies. She hopes to be reincarnated as a. There is a 15 minute interlude that asks viewers to close their eyes and journey with her through the afterlife. We then emerge on the other side to join a family living on the coast of Zanzibar, the bright blue ocean in view. A young girl is delighted. A baby goat has just been born. Oh, my goodness. Oh, man.

1:20:15 It's the goat, people. It's not even a sheep. They can't do it. They can't hide it. They've got to go all out every time. It's so funny in its own way. It cracks me up. What do you think about that, Brad? You know, I think it's strange that they. I still can't get over this radio thing. The audio. Hey, let's close your eyes 15 minutes. I was waiting for them to say, well, let's just empty yourself of all that is you. Empty yourself. Empty yourself. Empty yourself of any voices in your head. Think about it for a second and meditate upon the word. You know, I'm sure that that's exactly what was going to happen. We have a super chat from Rogu. Thank you so much. And I think our alarm isn't going off. Our light is kind of slow. I looked at it and it's going to go off here in a second. I'm going to have to fix this.

1:21:08 I'm sure. Well, last time it went off like a minute or two afterwards. So I'm going to have to fix that. That's that's no good. There. See? Okay. Oh, wow. That's that's so cool. Can we get the voice spread? A super chat. Thank you so much, Rogu. We really appreciate it. I know you've been watching for a while. I see you in the chat often and just thank you. Thank you so much. We are regular viewers every time we go live. And thank you. Thank you to all those who have been watching for months. Months and months, maybe even over a year now. And thanks to all of our new viewers as well. I know we've picked up quite a few along the way. So it's been so much fun. But here we are, here we are talking about, uh, this film, this film, that's going to invite viewers to close their eyes and experience death and go through the afterlife.

1:22:06 And then, I mean, you'll, you'll open your eyes. I imagine that's something like the ringing of a bell, right? Like something that the hypnotists use. A snap of a finger, and then you, uh, you open your eyes and suddenly you're, you're, you are the baby goat that's been born. I'm sure it's going to be something like that. Um, it's yeah, this type of movie is being made. I don't know necessarily that this is going to be a box office success. It seems pretty artsy. Well, it just seems pretty like art house. We're going to, we're going to watch a part of the trailer. I did clip, uh, like half of the trailer. I think it's going to be a little bit more for us to watch because it says some really weird stuff that I think we'll all appreciate looking at. But it, even if it's, it doesn't matter to me, it's one of those things where I I'll come out out here and do these lives.

1:22:58 And if just one person who's never considered this type of stuff has never seen the world in this light, suddenly has this introduced to them and it ultimately leads them to Christ and eternal life. That God bless. That's what we're here to do on the same token. I don't know. How many people are going to go see this movie, but I'm, I am certain that there will be at least one person who gets wrapped up in this and deceived by doing this type of contemplative cinema that is being promoted. It is going to drive, like I said, at least one person right into mysticism and into this false spirituality. Yeah. Contemplative cinema. That's, that's a new one for me. Wow. Yeah, certainly. Well, yeah, he's pioneering it. So maybe we'll see more of it. I don't know. I can't really see him trying to do that in like a Marvel movie, but you never know.

1:23:52 So I want to see, I want to see, do you have anything, any themes or any trailers or anything about this movie? Yeah, that's, that's what I have. I have half of the trailer. It's our next, it's our next clip if you want to watch it. Oh, okay. Let's check it out. Let's see it. Are we contemplating right now? Yes. Oh. Read this. Later. You will see your land, loved ones, and your own corpse. Are you kidding me? What can I do now that I am dead? How beautiful it would be to have a new body. It will be a long journey. Now, please close your eyes. Don't do it. Samsara. In cinemas exclusively. In cinemas and exclusively. At that location. That's what it's going to do.

1:24:54 You said you had half of the trailer? Was the other half the close your eyes? That was the other half. The other half was kind of just like, no, it wasn't the close your eyes thing. The other half was, I don't know, it was kind of meandering. Like I said, very artsy. It was, it was like the woman and she's just kind of laying around like dying and it shows the monk and the guy are walking on a waterfall. I don't know. It wasn't, I clipped it down. I'm not going to have a sit here for two minutes and dedicate our time to this trailer. I'm going to show you what I feel is pertinent. Okay. The full discretion. I do edit things. I do cut things down for, for brevity and also a get to the point type of a thing. I'm not, I'm not here to waste your time guys. But that's, that's what it's all about. Yeah. It's, it's Samsara and that's, that's the story. We'll see how it goes. Maybe I'll do a followup, a brief segment where I say, Hey, this is what happened with that movie.

1:25:48 Maybe I won't. Maybe I'll never think of it again after this broadcast. I just think the, the concept is so interesting, especially just given the whole idea of like in that trailer, you're going to see your dead body and your loved ones. And you're going to think, Oh, it'd be so beautiful to have another body. And then you go in and you have the body of a goat. That's the new body, the body, the new body. If you die. Okay. If you die and you have hope of the resurrection, the body you will receive is not going to be the body of a goat. It's going to be a really perfect, wonderful body. That God is going to give you to dwell in for all of eternity. That is the hope we have. Not of, not of coming back as any type of animal or any other thing. I'm going to be me. I'm going to be me on a whole nother level.

1:26:37 It's all thanks to God. Speaking of that, I just want to reiterate what you said there in first Corinthians 15, 52 says in a flash. In a twinkling of an eye at the last trumpets for the trumpet will sound and the dead will be raised imperishable and we will be changed, changed. That's exactly right. And that's exactly what you're talking about. Yes, that is what I'm talking about. And that is our hope. That is what we can, we can hope for. So we, we've gone over now this idea of contemplative cinema, but I, um, to, for people who are fans of the broadcast, you already know my, my background, I am a former Catholic and I was a practicing Catholic, which means I actually got into it and I went to mass and I did the sacraments and I took it very seriously, uh, believing that it was God's will for me to practice Catholicism. And that is how I was meant to have a relationship with them. I totally was on board with that. And one of the methods that was introduced to me was contemplative prayer. Really? This is a. Yes. In the Catholic church. This is a vertical. In the Catholic church. Absolutely. Contemplative prayer has been in the Catholic church since its introduction by Ignatius of Loyola, also known as the founder of the Jesuit order.

1:28:05 Huh. That's fascinating. Did you know that? No, I didn't. That's one of. I hadn't studied Catholicism that deep. I, you know, I, only place I saw contemplative prayer and the prayer labyrinths and stuff like that was in, um, a Sunday church that we were renting from. Um, my church back in California at the time, uh, and they, I thought it was very strange, all this stuff and symbolism they had on it, but, uh, and they didn't introduce it to us, but I just saw it in their sanctuary and stuff as we would act that, wow, what's going on here? They must, uh, really be into the new age, but I didn't know it was, it was introduced, but wow, that's, that's fascinating. You should do a whole show on that sometime. Anyway, go ahead. I'm doing a, I'm doing, I'm doing a segment on it. Right, right now, because we're going to look at an article about it.

1:28:53 Do it. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, that's me. Yeah, that's you. So this is, uh, an article that I found on, uh, Loyola Press. So I should let you know where we're coming from. And this is called The Gift of Contemplative Prayer. And, uh, we're going to read some of this article to get an idea. Probably most of us, if we think of contemplative prayer at all, regard it as something that is beyond us and practiced only by a few contemplative monks and nuns whose whole lives are devoted to prayer. Yet I have heard respected and experienced spiritual guides say that contemplation is often given to those you would least expect, to harassed mothers and people who think they can't pray, to children, to the sick and sick.

1:29:47 To people with no head learning about prayer or scripture or theology. God sometimes seems to speak heart to heart in this mysterious way to the untaught and unpracticed. None of us should imagine that the ways of contemplative prayer are closed to us because God is always infinitely larger than our expectations. What are you thinking of this, Brad, just based off of this opening? This is that. This is that article by Loyola Press, right? Loyola Press. Loyola. Is that how you say it? Loyola. Loyola. Well, there's no L. It's a Y. I don't even know. Loyola. Okay. Loyola. Loyola. La, la, la, la. Okay. Probably most of us. I don't know. I don't know what to think about this. Well, in contemplative prayer here.

1:30:50 Like she's saying, there are certain monasteries that are kind of devoted to that. And I imagine that some people who take vows of silence are probably very involved with contemplative prayer because it requires a silence on your part. It requires you to be very passive in contemplative prayer, which I don't think that prayer is necessarily a passive activity. I think that it's an engaging activity. And it's an engagement between you and God. It's like a dialogue, essentially, without necessarily hearing the audible voice of God. Some people have claimed to have heard the audible voice of God. I have not in my prayers. But I do believe that God answers. And I do believe he's listening. And I do believe he's communicating with me, definitely communicating with me, sometimes in just the quickness of the responses to my prayer. And even then, I've prayed about things.

1:31:48 And then months later, the prayer has been fulfilled. And it's so funny when that happens, too. It's not even a, I need to dig around in my mind and say, is this something I prayed about? It just immediately comes to mind. I'm like, oh, yeah, I remember the distinct moment when I prayed about this. You were listening. Thank you. I knew you were. But this is like, it's just a whole other level when it really comes through. Something that, so something I want to point out here is that it can happen to people with, no head learning about prayer or scripture or theology. So this is a very naturalistic type of approach to prayer. You don't really, you don't have a methodology necessarily, which I think that this is kind of dangerous ground to stand on. Not that I don't think that God never reaches out to people who haven't been through, read the word necessarily.

1:32:48 Or have theological learnings. But Jesus was clear. They asked him in what manner should we pray? And he outlined it. He showed you what, you know, what you do. He gave the template for how to pray. And he also warned not to pray as the heathens do. Specifically, he referred to vain repetitions as the method which you should avoid. But I think you could extend that to not pray as the heathen do. To even this type of prayer, which is the contemplative prayer, which we're going to see a little later on in this article, exactly how you engage with that and how you do it. It is essentially Eastern mysticism meditation. It's what you were talking about earlier, Brad, where you said you're expecting to empty yourself, you know, that type of a thing. You know, I don't want to cut you off if you have something else, idea to make.

1:33:44 But I asked ChatGPT what contemplative prayer was. Because I figured, you know, ask the beast and he'll know the best. What did it spit out for you? All right. So you ready? Wisdom. This is what it said. Contemplative prayer is a form of silent prayer or meditation that focuses, and we're going to vet this, see if this is true, that focuses on fostering a deep personal relationship with the divine or a higher power. It is often associated with various spiritual and religious traditions, including Christian mysticism. The practice involves... It involves quieting the mind, letting go of thoughts, and simply being present in the moment with the intention of connecting with the divine. All right. So key aspects of this contemplative prayer. I thought this was important to kind of hash out what this was because I saw some questions in the chat. Silence. Interior silence. Apparently that's different. So silence is just practice or seek a quiet environment.

1:34:46 An interior silence. Silence is quieting yourself, moving beyond words and thoughts to experience a direct wordless communication with the divine. Contemplative prayer emphasizes. So that means just quieting the Holy Spirit. I don't know. That's what I think of it as quieting whatever it is inside yourself. Presence. The focus is on being present in the divine rather than actively seeking or asking for a specific outcome. What does that even mean? The form of repetitive attentiveness. The presence. Attentiveness. Okay. You're just a, you're like a receiver, you know? Oh. You're not a transmitter. You're just a receiver. Be aware of what's being done, I guess. Centering prayer. I thought that was something different. You're going to get acted upon. Some forms of contemplative prayer involve a specific method called centering prayer where practitioners choose, I feel like I'm getting a doctorate in this, choose to say, uh, say, a sacred, a sacred word or phrase to gently bring to their attention.

1:35:49 Okay. Centering prayer is focusing on one thing or saying something over and over again. Mystical experience. Contemplative prayer is often associated with mystical experiences where individuals feel a profound sense of union with the divine, transcending ordinary consciousness. And then of course it always provides disclaimer. I'm not even going to read it. I don't even know. But the long and the short of it is, um, it's creepy. It's strange. I don't think this is. Talking to God at all. I think that, um, God specifically said we shouldn't, uh, do repetitive prayers. So the fact that it's saying that we should just that alone tells me something's wrong with this thing. Right? Yes, it is a repetitive prayer. Uh, that's what it can be when I was talking about centering your, your mind on something. It's just really, it's a dwelling on a certain thing.

1:36:41 It, it bothers me because again, it's just, it's treating God like an impersonal force. That can be manipulated through, if I just sit here and I focus all my Chi and all my energy and my aura is perfectly aligned, then it's going to attract the God power into my life. And then what I want is going to happen. All right. Where is that in the Bible? I will be done. That's right. I'm going to tell you, I'm going to tell you too. I'm going to pour my heart out before you. I'm going to let you know where my desires lie, but ultimately I would like your desires to be fulfilled. What is fulfilled in my life, the, um, yeah, just the, the whole aspect of, uh, the mysticism, it's just a, it's a really sad thing because I think there are people who really do believe in this and they think I am a Christian and I'm practicing this.

1:37:36 And again, you, if you get into it, you're going to think God wants me to do this. And this is an acceptable form of prayer when really it goes against what he's asked of you. I'd like to read a little more of the article too, unless there's anything else. Okay. So this is, we're going to get into it. So perhaps a good way to open our hearts up to the gift of contemplation is to simply become still and quite literally to breathe out our waste, all that clogs us and deadens us and to breathe in God's renewing life as we breathe in fresh oxygen that the plants have made for us. This simple, deliberate breathing exercise can become something like what the French peasant was doing as he looked at God and God looked at him. We are becoming aware of the mysterious exchange of life between ourselves and God. And there is no reason that any point of, of quiet might not become prayer of this kind.

1:38:36 There may be other creatures who can help you cross the threshold of contemplation. If there is a baby in the family, try simply holding her in your arms as she sleeps and letting God hold. Both of you in his nothing more, no deep thoughts, no search for meaning, just be there. So what is, okay, bring it back up. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You're breaking up, but I heard bring it back up and you're gone. Matthew's gone, but we must continue. The show must go on. Okay. I'm here. I am here. No worries. I don't know why. Whenever this happens, I can hear you and everything is working perfectly. I could just see myself frozen and I have to wait until I move again. It's the most frustrating thing, people.

1:39:31 Yeah. Anyway, what is being described here is quite literally, as the article says, breath prayer. This is just breathing in, breathing out. Essentially, you could do OM as you do this. This is meditation. What is practiced. Yeah, this is, this is Eastern meditation. It's not biblical meditation. It's, um, and look, I'm not against people breathing. This is another thing too, right? Because people are going to come against you no matter what. I know there is a calming aspect of sitting there, taking deep breaths, just letting yourself relax. That I think is fine. It's when you ascribe this spiritual value to it. When you start to say, I breathe like this and not only does it relax me or it gives me like oxygen. I'm getting decent airflow now. But I'm communicating with God. By doing this, that's where it's a no, no, that's where we draw the line.

1:40:22 It's the same thing with yoga and stretching. I can engage in stretching, have a great time. You know, I'm sure that God wants us to stretch our bodies feels good and it's good for you to stretch. But when you start stretching to get in touch with divine energies and it becomes a spiritual practice, that becomes a danger zone. Yeah. And this can happen with anything. Something else that I wanted to point out too, is that. She specifically says to hold the baby as you do it, I don't know, this is something that I thought of as I was going through it, but I know that a lot of times just from us doing research into the, the occultists or even the ufology, people seem to have a lot of, uh, Catholic backgrounds and it starts here. I mean, it starts in the cradle, right? Your, your cradle Catholic, that's kind of one of the sayings that it is because you're, you get in your infant baptized and you're going through the sacraments and you're kind of pushed through. This, uh, idea of spiritual formation. And unfortunately I think your family can open doors for you as a, as a young person, they're given, uh, they are entrusted with your care.

1:41:33 And if they're leaving the doors and the windows unlocked, bad things can creep in even worse. If they're going to be opening up the window saying, Hey, let's get some fresh air. When, when the devil's waiting outside to climb in, you know, this is a, this is the danger that, uh, that oppose. And it's a shame when people are fall for this and they're susceptible to it, but keep reading the article a little bit more, got a bit more of it. Um, thank you in your own home. Prayer awaits you in the opening of a flower, the rising of your bread dough or the study in sorry, and perceptible development of a child spend time in silence, aware of the wonder of God. And it's a shame when people are fall for this and they're susceptible to it, but keep reading the article a little bit more got a bit more of it. Prayer awaits you in the opening of a flower, the rising of your bread dough or the study in silence, aware of the wonder that is being unfolded in your cakes and your children, your houseplants, or your garden. For this is the essence of contemplative prayer, simple awareness, allowing God to be God without trying to put the limitations of shape or meaning around him.

1:42:33 Beep, beep, beep red flags. So I see my, yeah, Alia Leah's already on it. Red flag. This is what I'm talking about without trying to put the limitations of shape or meaning around him, you are reducing God to an energy. You are reducing God to an. an impersonal force that you can have act upon you and can achieve whatever it wants with you. And that is not the God of the Bible. The God of the Bible is very clearly a living, there's a personage to God. There is emotion involved in God. I mean, God talks about how it grieves him when there is sin, when there's disobedience. It talks about that there's joy whenever people repent and turn away from it. There's certainly, God has meaning and has shape. Why would you ever reduce him to something less than what he is? This is frustrating to read this and know this is a Catholic woman and she's practicing this contemplative prayer.

1:43:33 And you just want to, I feel like reading through it, you think, okay, this person is just misled, that they just don't get it. It's so clear to me now, looking at contemplative prayer and understanding how damaging it is. To your relationship with God. Can you see that? Yeah, because it's hard to have a relationship with the invisible force, which I'm going to plug Sunday. You're going to want to watch Sunday because there's some new footage of some invisible force that's floating around the internet. We already have all seen on the Discord and it's pretty wild. There's some new UAP footage. It's more demonic content trying to make you believe that something's out there. This. This force is invading military bases near you.

1:44:23 All right, commercial over. You've got to watch Sunday. Okay. I'm going to just finish up this article. Contemplation, like all prayer, is pure gift and not anything we can achieve. It happens when prayer becomes holy and utterly the flow of God's grace. Again, that's like terminology. Transforming the land it flows through. Like Ezekiel's stream. Because Ezekiel sat by a stream, right, when he had his vision. So it's like we're just extrapolating from the scriptures. We're just going to say, yeah, Ezekiel was practicing contemplative prayer when he was sitting there. This is God flowing through. This is not what's happening. It's never described that people in the Bible communicated with God like this. And he wouldn't want them to. They would be rebuked lovingly. Or it happens when we lose consciousness of our own part in it and become simply receptors.

1:45:16 And carriers of grace. It happens when we realize that our transformation depends on nothing but God's grace and love. And like the chrysalis, let go of all activity to try to achieve our own redemption. This is something that I found really strange. This is how the article concludes. And it is on a Catholic website. This is not Catholicism. The works are very much part of your salvation in Catholicism. Right. Yeah. Personal works. Things that you do. You are attaining to salvation by doing things. Yes, there is faith involved. They won't dispute that. But they will say, there's got to be some give on your part. And I think what. So if we could just pull up that article. Because I just want to make this point while I look at this. The last one. While I look at the words.

1:46:08 Yes, yes. This is the last one. Because this saying that like the chrysalis, right? This is. This is referring to like the metamorphosis of a caterpillar to a butterfly, right? This is like the cocooned stage. So like you're like you're a caterpillar in a cocoon. You'll just be transformed into a butterfly as I guess God works on you and you're a passive. Just like a passive, like it says, receptor here. Well, that that is not what you're called to do. James outlines it pretty clearly that you have to have a living faith. And that living faith means that you don't just if you if you have the power to do good. This is also this is from Proverbs, actually. And it's funny because it's this is Old Testament and New Testament coming together. But if you if you have the power to do good, if that is that power is within your hand, do not withhold it.

1:47:04 And that is essentially what James is saying when it was you can't just if you see someone who's hungry and needy, you have the ability to clothe. You have the ability to feed. But all you do is just, hey. Brother, and you just grab their hand. He's like, God bless you. And you walk away. Where is your faith living at that point? You know, you you should be moved to in your own capacity, assist this person. That's what we're called to do. You can assist them bodily. And even Jesus said when he was talking about how essentially there are going to be people who say because he's going to tell them. When I was hungry, you fed me. And when I was in prison, you visited me. And when I was naked, you clothed me. And they're going to say, Lord, when did we ever do that for you? I don't remember that we did that for you. And he said that what you do unto the least of men you do unto me. Yeah. So there there is there is action that's involved.

1:48:04 And I'm not saying that those actions are going to get you salvation, but I'm saying it is an expectation that God has for you. It is a desire that God has for you. Do you want? Do you want to fulfill the desires of God by following through and having a living faith? That's great. Then that's what you should do. It's not necessarily I'm just a passive. Yeah, I'm just in a cocoon waiting for redemption. We're active participants in this world. And in some ways we're called to be observers. We're called to watch in some ways. But in a lot of ways, we're we're called to have interpersonal communication with our fellow man. Yes. For for the benefit of spreading the gospel and bringing souls to Christ.

1:48:52 Absolutely. Hmm. That is what I have to say about it. That's fantastic. And I think that's super important. I had I know I didn't know a lot about this stuff, like I said, and I've said this on many programs. I don't know a lot about the the the the contemplative prayer and the occult. I studied Christianity, so I've been a church going person that realized that. This was this there's some major deceptions happening, and I think it's very important that we go over something. That's why this channel was created. And so it's fascinating to have someone for the Catholic background like Matthew or even someone mentioned in the chat here, Stephanie. Stephanie Griff Ministries. She talks a lot about being in the New Age, a lot about contemplative prayer. And and she was she was heavy into it for quite a while. We've had her on the show before. We need to get her back on here. But very, very interesting stuff. And I've it's good to be aware of this stuff because someday someone's going to mention this stuff to you as a believer.

1:49:56 And you're going to be like, what what are you talking about? And or maybe just nod your head and go, OK, yeah, I pray to you got to be aware of this terminology that people are using because this is it's just like I would have these boys come to my door and they knock on the door. They want to do. Bible studies, you probably know who this is I'm talking about, but their terms that they used were completely redefined anything that I understood. So when they would use these terms, it was it was I would say, oh, yeah, I understand that. But it was completely different. You have to understand the definitions because Satan's a master at changing definitions of words. And so going over this stuff is vital, important for the Christian and for a Christian person to understand. That's my thoughts.

1:50:46 Yeah. I agree. We need to be be aware of this. It's funny. Yeah. That you mentioned are you're talking about some latter day saints, correct? Yeah. They're knocking on your door. It's that it's that or Jehovah's Witnesses. Yeah. Yeah. Well, the funny thing was, I mean, I think there's a lot of churches that actually go around and knock on doors and stuff. Even some of the Adventists, we definitely went around. We knocked. I mean, I during my training as in the amazing facts. Center of evangelism, it was my duty to go around and knock on doors and invite people to this thing, ask them about books and stuff. There's a book program that, you know, you give books away or you sell them. It's a major, major thing, and people will receive more truth that way.

1:51:36 But it seems that there's more prevalently it is more Mormons and secondarily Jehovah's Witnesses that do this the most. You're right. Well, I ask because I've had I don't know if I feel like I maybe have shared this on the broadcast before, but I had yeah, I think I have shared this, but I have invited the latter day saints. I clarified that with them, by the way, they don't like to be called Mormons, at least the ones that I met didn't they like to be called latter day saints because they're the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. They're not Mormons because it's the Book of Mormon and Mormon is like a guy who wrote the book. Yeah. I don't know. I thought that's a funny nuance of their their thing, but anyway, regardless, you're right. It does. It's just it becomes redefined a lot of the terminology, but that's because of it's all based around Joseph Smith and his writings and the Bible really doesn't have any bearing at a certain point.

1:52:35 I learned that from having them come to my home week after week. I just kept inviting the same same guys over and that's really what I discovered because I would be sharing the Bible. And it always would just be like, right, well, in this right here, this Joseph Smith writing or in this translation that he got of a sacred book that was lost and he found, you know, this is what happens and it's, I don't know, it gets to the point where you come to an impasse because it's like you're saying that you're the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, but I like I can't preach Jesus from the Bible to you. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That is a false Christ. And it's like, don't you see where I'm reading from the Bible and Jesus is warning that there will be many Christ. And I think that, yeah, Jesus was talking about literally people coming and saying, I am the Christ and worship me. But we also have these Christ's that are, uh, Oh, your, your alarm is going off. 47 seconds. It took to acknowledge that thing. I was counting, I was listening to you, but I was counting in my head cause I was like, how long is this thing going to take? Before it actually acknowledges we have a super chat.

1:53:47 I'm going to fix that. I I'm getting rid of the mill man and I'm going to, I'm going to program this thing. So it actually works correctly. Anyway, so he'll do it now to tune in on Sunday for a working super chat alarm and you need to pro you need to program a super chat. Super chat says it on air. Yeah. So it says it automatically. Cause I love that. This was a, yeah, let's get to the super chat before it goes. Yeah. So, um, Julianne C says, like comments, sub, keep up the great work, thumbs up, smiley face stars in the eyes. That is, that is great. Yes. If you're watching and you have not liked, uh, you will be able to leave a comment whenever we go off air. So stick around for that. And you could be, you can be the first commenter really, because as soon as Brad shuts down the stream, it's, it's open season on that comment section.

1:54:42 If you're watching, you haven't subscribed. You. You got to subscribe. This is, uh, this is imperative that you do so we're, we're going to be pumping out more stuff. Yeah. Uh, anyway, to conclude that, um, that a latter day saints spiel, I was on Jesus warned about false Christ. I don't think it's just people who are going around saying I'm Jesus. I think that a false Christ could be a misrepresentation of Jesus Christ saying, this is him. This is Christ. And I'm talking about Christ from the Bible. No, you're not. It's like people who say that Jesus was a political revolutionary figure. No, he wasn't. You very, very clearly was not trying to upend the political system. It's not, that was not his purpose. And I see people trying to claim Jesus as a revolutionary figure to say, yeah, he was like fighting the power, certainly.

1:55:36 And, um, I suppose the, the politics of the temple he was going against, but that's, uh, to me, that's not a political system as people generally think of it. It's, uh, not like marching, uh, protest style. Yeah, he's not. Yeah. Yeah. I totally agree. He, he was here to me to, to make, to make a, um, character of God known, but he wasn't here to fight against any earthly power. That wasn't his purpose. His purpose was to absolutely, uh, to show vindicate the character of God and show that it's living a life according to God's will by his. Love is absolutely 100% possible through Christ. I mean, through God alone. And, um, he did that. He vindicated, he, uh, gave us justification and, uh, he sanctifies us, uh, through a process of a lifelong journey.

1:56:32 So a hundred percent agree. Um, I'm catching it before the siren, this time for the alarm, I see it in the chat. Oh, there we go. Uh, Danny, Danny Torres. That's your alarm. Thank you for your super chat. And it says here, one, does that, that mean that's your very first super chat? Well, thank you. So I think that's what that means. Thank you so much. Uh, yeah, we really do appreciate it. Yeah. It says let's celebrate their first super on a live stream. Let's celebrate it. How can I celebrate it? Is there a way I'm going to give you some, uh, these are my, uh, confetti is I'm spamming the chat with them. Everybody who's seeing that confetti. That's that's me personally. I'm celebrating the, that right. There. Anybody else? I see more people are joining in. Yeah, everybody throw it out for the celebration. Uh, um, yes, I want to see here speaking on that note, Ken Hutchins brings up this excellent point.

1:57:29 Yeah. Render unto Caesar. What is Caesar's? That is what Jesus did when they tried to trip him up when they tried to frame him as a political revolutionary. Cause it'd be so easy. I mean, you go against the Roman empire, politically, that's a death sentence like that. That is how. Strict. They were, that's how they're going to run. The Roman empire had so many insurrections that even the faintest sign of someone about to be going into revolt, got to crush it. They're like nip it in the bud. We don't, we can't afford another rebellion on our hands, but Jesus, he answered it perfectly. And he asked to the, the whole, that whole scenario is genius because he asks, uh, what image does the coin bear? And they say, Caesars. So he says, render unto Caesar. Caesar, what is Caesars and you are to render unto God. What is God's? And this blew my mind.

1:58:21 I didn't, this was like kind of my early, when I gave my heart to, to, uh, to Jesus, I surrendered to Christ and I started reading through the scriptures. I remember going over that specific scripture and it just clicked with me. And I mean, it's just seems so obvious now, but it's the, we are made in the image of God and Jesus is saying to render unto God. What is God's it? You are made in. The image of God, render yourself unto God. Like you, you render the currency unto Caesar because it bears his image. Whose image do you bear? It's so genius. Isn't that awesome. You did. Did you ever think about it? I never thought about that. Wow. You are made in God's image. Yeah. It, it seriously blew my mind. It could pull that up and read it. That's great. Go ahead. You can, that's image does it bear?

1:59:15 That's that's good. So no. I'm still contemplating that not, uh, through contemplated prayer, but just contemplating my head. Actual meditation. Yeah. I'm going to Matthew 22. Yeah. True meditation. Not, what do they call it? Uh, transcendental, not transcendental meditation. Is that what it's called? No contemplative meditation is what we're going over tonight. Yeah. There's the old, yeah, I was, you were talking, yeah, but I was. Transcendental or you're going to astral project this thought. Just going to go nuts. Let's get, I want to get the scripture. For you though. Cause if this is a new concept, uh, it really, if this, like I said, mind blowing, right? Yeah. What's the scripture or what's the verse it's, it's Matthew 22. We're going to start at Matthew 22, 16 and read on down. And they sent out unto him, their disciples with the Herodians saying, master, we know that thou are true and teach us the way of God and truth.

2:00:09 Neither cares thou for any man for thou regard is not the person of men. Tell us therefore. What think is thou, is it lawful to give tribute unto Caesar or not? But Jesus perceived their wickedness and said, why tempt ye me? He hypocrites show me the tribute money. And they brought unto him a penny. And he says unto them, whose is this image and superscription. They say unto him, Caesar's then say, if he unto them render, therefore. Unto Caesar, the things, which are Caesars and unto God, the things that are gods. And when they had heard these words, they marveled and left him and went on their way.

2:01:00 Totally bamboozled. Wow. Jesus is so awesome. This is why he's worthy of your worship, because he's just, honestly, it's like, I got to describe Jesus as the coolest guy who ever. Lived hands down. There's really, no one is smoother than Jesus Christ. He's like on a whole nother level. That is so good. And even, uh, it said, uh, superscription too, uh, which I think is interesting because, uh, that would be Caesar's superscription. Wouldn't that be Caesar's name? And we're supposed to be sealed with the name of God. So it goes even further really is see where the image of God and God is going to seal us with his name, his superscription genius. So good. I see her. I, okay. I see the alarm is going off. I'm sorry.

2:01:50 We have a, another super chat and it's coming from Christ first, Jessica Ramirez. Amen. I like that. She's she cares so much about putting Christ first. It comes before her own name. God bless you, Jessica. Amen. Surrender all you are made in God's image. Yes, certainly. Yeah. I think it's. Uh, it's so important to keep that in mind. Like we were going over the evolution earlier, Joe Rogan and Elon Musk talking about the evolution, how you're like coming up from a crouched over cave man, half monkey beating on rocks. It's, it's such an, uh, an egg noble beginning, isn't it? It's if we were all just walking around in the loin cloths, clubbing each over, over the head, it's that that's not how it went down. See, I believe that the antediluvian world was filled with technology that it's. Yeah.

2:02:44 It's at the very least on par with what we have the very least I'm inclined to believe it was better than what we have. And I think that part of the reason why, cause I actually just went over that, uh, account in Genesis and it was like, wow, it's raining for 40 days and 40 nights. And it describes at a certain point, it's like it was above the, uh, the Hills it's above the mountains. It's, it's telling you how much of a deluge of water there is. Cause you're reading it at a certain point. It's like, all right, God, they're dead. Like, right. Like why, why, why are you? Pouring out so much water. But if there's an entire civilization with this advanced technology, God taking the flood and just shoveling that deep, deep, deep under the earth's crust. Yeah. So it's just buried away and there's no chance that you're gonna, you're gonna find it or have any, uh, any memorabilia from this ancient civilization that existed. I think that's, uh, that's really, that's what I think it could be happening there with why, why the flood was as extensive as it.

2:03:44 Was and kept raining and raining and raining, even after all of the wicked had perished off the face of the earth. I'd be very interested to happen. I have a lot of theories on, on, on that stuff. You know, you've heard of the theories of Pangea and you know, that were, and you have one big continent and stuff. And it does look like the world at one time was a little more of a continental type thing and a little less of a water type thing where, and we know in the earth, there wasn't any rain before the flood. Right. So it w there was, there was this. Amazing. Amount of water that would come up and water the grass and go back down. That's biblical. And so I think what we saw as, as, uh, a people that would live on that earth, if we could see it from afar was a very green planet, beautiful planet. Um, I am inclined to believe it was, uh, a separation of waters and I'm not going to go into, I'm not going to get into all that other stuff, but I think that there is a, there is, there was a bubble of some kind of high pressure bubble around the earth.

2:04:43 That was. Uh, allowing some people to live a lot longer through maybe oxygen, high pressure oxygen, or there, there was a barrier of cosmic rays of some kind and it all came tumbling down. There was some major, major, major God allowed this to happen so that, uh, uh, man wouldn't turn wicked so fast. I know my flat earth or friends are going to be mad at me for saying that, but, uh, it is what I believe. It's okay. Uh, I believe that the world has to have gone through some substantial change. Uh, whether that be at the flood, I think the flood was absolutely, it's a global, uh, cataclysmic why I say global, right? So it might upset somebody. I, my stance on the flat earth, um, thing is I, I just, I go with the idea that the earth is, is a globe, but if at the end, when I stand before Jesus and I look back and that earth is not a globe, I am not going to be surprised because I've been lied to.

2:05:42 I'm not going to be surprised. Uh, about so many things I am, uh, I am telling you right now, anybody who believes in flat earth that is watching the channel, I am a hundred percent ready to be like jaw dropped. Like, yeah, it was, the earth was flat. The earth was flat all along. They lied to that degree. I am not even surprised. Thank you so much, Jesus, for pulling me off of that flat earth because I couldn't stand another second on it. So I will, I'll tell you that right now. Um, I just want to, I just want to pet the turtle that's, that's, that's running in space right now that runs on. That's, that's all I want to do. Yeah. Some cultures think we're sitting on a turtle. I don't believe that because there's no biblical evidence for that. None, none whatsoever. But I do think the world has gone through some cataclysmic changes. I think the flood certainly could be that, but we know that, uh, Jesus, this is one of another, one of my favorite passages because Jesus says so many awesome things.

2:06:42 Uh, I'm going to pull it up. Uh, so just give me one. Yeah, do it, do it. And, uh, I want, I want to have that no paraphrasing here. I was saying it was Jesus, but it was actually from Isaiah. It's like, cause I believe, did he say something about that though? And later on in Matthew, oh, no, it's in Hebrews. What's going on? I was, I was, I'm trying to add lib for you, but you keep talking so I can't fill a bust for you. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm looking up. So the, the scripture, just so everybody knows, so I don't seem like a crazy person. I'm looking up the scripture specifically that talks about the earth waxing old like a garment. So I can see it here in Isaiah, uh, 51, six, lift up your eyes to the heavens and look upon the earth beneath for the heavens shall vanish away like smoke and the earth shall wax old like a garment.

2:07:37 And they that dealt therein shall die in like manner. But my salvation. Shall be forever. And my righteousness shall not be abolished. So I like misattributed, I'm glad I looked it up because I was misattributing this to something that Jesus had said, because I thought maybe Jesus had said it, uh, when talking about the, the end of time, but here it is in Isaiah. And it's also appears to be in Hebrews one 11, uh, where it says they shall perish, but thou remainest and they all shall wax old as doth a garment. So there's this idea. Of, um, of the earth getting old, like a garment. So what does that entail? Like, have you ever, have you owned a shirt, Brad, for a long period of time, like years? I still have shirts. I have shirts since college and, and yeah, I have sweaters. 40. I tell you an old garment that is a very old garment.

2:08:36 Now is that garment the same color that is when you bought it? Mom, I let my sweaters are, but the shirt. No, not so much garments, no garments. So, so your, your shirts are kind of worn out. Is there possibly any threading that's kind of come a little loose in those shirts? Maybe a button is a little looser than it was when you first got it. So think about, well, for the sake of this parable, Brad, let's say it's gotten a little looser. Let's say maybe even a button fell off because we're talking about the, the world it's waxing old, like a garment. It's not as it was when it was first instated. It is not as it was when it was originally created. And that ties in. If you get that concept, it will carry over into a lot of different things because you'll understand, uh, okay.

2:09:26 For example, there is no death right at the beginning and all of the animals, it says in Genesis. Very interesting that they are, uh, eating the, uh, herbs, herbs of the, of the earth. Every green herb is for, is for meat for them. And it's talking about how it's living. In this world where everyone's being nourished by the plant life on earth. And you look around and you say, well, that's not possible. Uh, that can't be Genesis has to be lying because I know of lions and lions are carnivorous and bears. They're, they're, they're not above grabbing some fish or some vulnerable, uh, animals to, to feast on. So, you know, this can't be the way it was. Well, if the earth is waxed old, like a garment, there are some plant life that once were. That were once bountiful, plentiful in existence, providing nutrients that are now found in meat found in certain organs that these carnivores are after.

2:10:23 So when everything can be made new, new heaven, new earth, I think we're going to see some really attractive plant life. That is just, just delicious because, um, speaking as someone like, uh, I, I, I eat a chicken and I think chicken's great if I make it a certain. Way or, uh, you know, I have a Turkey, uh, my wife recently got a Turkey. I'm looking forward to her doing the Turkey up. It's going to, it's going to be tasty, but there's, if I'm in the new earth, there's going to come a time where, uh, you're just, there is no need to consume the meat because the plant life that is available. It'll be like right there in front of you. It's going to be the most delicious thing you've ever tasted beyond anything that this world could satisfy. It's going to be totally different. I can't. Wait till the ice cream tree shows up. I just say, I just, ice cream tree is going to be better than the ice cream truck.

2:11:19 That's for sure. But I don't, I don't, uh, yeah, I, my, I'm, I'm under the personal belief that, um, and my parents have been this way. They, they raised me this way. I've, uh, I've been vegetarian all my life. I don't really think we need all that meat anymore. I think we have plenty of vegetables that are pulled in from Mexico and, and Sweden and everywhere else. I can't believe that. I mean, how do you get bananas from? Um, Argentina and, and they arrive and their second day, I mean, they must, they must spend a lot of money pulling this stuff up. But, um, we have so much from so many places. We can't even grow bananas here. I think we can get a lot of our nutrients right now, but, uh, I, I'm not saying that's a, um, uh, uh, a neg on you, Matthew, at all. It's not a salvation issue. No, no, I, I don't feel like you're, you're negging on me at all.

2:12:11 I have, um, yeah. As far as my diet is concerned, I, I felt, uh, yeah, I don't think that diet is salvational at all. I'm usually put that out there right now. I don't think that eating anything or abstaining from eating anything is going to, uh, get you salvation. This is strictly through faith in Jesus Christ. Uh, that being said, what I, what I have observed is I just like to eat clean meat. I clean, uh, the clean animals that are outlined in my, one of them, this is my reasoning for doing so. And I read it over as God is specific about why you're eating the animals you're eating is because certain animals, it's their diet. It's what the animals themselves eat. So when he says like, don't eat swine, it makes sense because swine, uh, they eat a lot of nasty stuff. They put a lot of nasty things into their system. So in turn, if you're going to eat that animal, you're going to get some nasty stuff. Don't eat shellfish, right? Well, why wouldn't I want to have a nice shrimp cocktail shrimp?

2:13:09 If it is not prepared correctly. I mean, those are bottom features. They're eating like basically insects and, uh, there, there's a reason why I, I think God wants you to abstain from it. Uh, and that's, and I've heard arguments. Honestly, I have good friends who disagree with me on this. We've had chats, civil conversations about it. And it's just like, yeah, whatever, you know, this is just the way I see it. This is the way you see it. Glad we can come together, have civil talks about it. But yeah, even diet, it's such an interesting thing. I'm just saying, I know no matter what your diet is right now in the new earth. I fully anticipate that it will be strictly, uh, plant life is, is your diet at that point in time. I see no reason why, uh, you'd be killing an animal because death and what is a death death and hell are the final things cast into the lake of fire.

2:14:00 Death is done away with. So that to me, it doesn't just mean the death of human beings. It means the death of animals as well. Um, and I do think that this is an interesting, I just, I'll tie a little bow on it because. We know Eric, Eric hasn't been around for a little while. He's been busy in his personal life, but Erica comes on the show. He posts, he's very prolific in discord. He likes to drop a lot of really fascinating articles in the, in the discord. But one of the things that we had talked about before we got into a whole conversation about, well, if you're eating the plant and you're plucking the fruit and you're eating the leaves, like you're killing that, like, you know, and that's death because it's, I don't think that that's necessarily death in the eyes of God because. Uh, it talks. Specifically about, um, the blood is the life and the plants don't have blood in them. I think that biologically we have classified plant life as living or dead.

2:14:57 And I think that's a fair classification. Sure. But I don't think in terms of God's rule and his, the way he is laying things out, you, uh, cause it talks about like the tree of life, right? We take the leaves are for the healing of the nations. I don't think plucking the leaf off of the tree. It's like, oh, death, death has entered in to the new earth. No, I, there's no bloodshed. Um, there's no, it's just a plant material. That's my view. Just wanted to get to that because I think it is a. Very good. I want to acknowledge Danny. Oh, we had a super chat. I am so sorry, Danny. Another super. It's okay. This thing didn't go off this time and I don't know why. And so I was waiting for it to go off, but, uh, you were, uh, you were on a roll there and I didn't want to interrupt you. So, um, yeah, I hadn't looked at the chat in a minute. So sorry, Danny, I'm going to read it now. Danny Torres says, what does Job mean in chapter 38, 14?

2:15:53 Well, I have to look that up. I do not know it off the top of my head. So let's read, let's read a whole section out of that real quick. Uh, 38, uh, 12 to 15. Let's try that. Have you ever given orders to the morning or shown the Dawn its place? Oh, hold on. Hold on. Can we get context for this? This is. This is God talking right now. God's voice comes out of the whirlwind at the end of job. If you don't know, uh, just for, uh, can I just introduce it? Yeah, go for it. Uh, basically how the book of job is structured is for the first two chapters. Job has a lot of, uh, bad things visited on him. And then there's a whole massive portion of the book where it's dialogue between job and his friends. And then at the very end, God, oh, it was right here. It's at the beginning of job 38. Then the Lord answered job out of the.

2:16:42 Whirlwind and said, and so this whole chapter is God answering job as job has been crying out for answers and not getting any from his friends, but go ahead, Brad. Sorry. No. Yeah. It's a very poetic, uh, uh, way to answer him. It's very interesting. It says verse 12, where have you ever given orders to the morning or shown the Dawn its place? So can you imagine that giving orders to the morning? Yeah. I mean, talking, can you talk to the morning? No, but it's, it's poetry, right? That it might take the earth by its edges and shape and shake the wicked out of it. No poetic, right? The earth takes a shape like a clay under a seal. It's features stand out like those of a garment forming the mountains, right? Making those things beautiful. Um, the wicked are denied their light and their upraised arm is broken.

2:17:36 Did that actually happen? All this stuff is in here is very, very poetic, uh, way to say things. What, what version are you reading from by the way? Oh, it's just probably the non-inspired version. Non-inspired version. Yeah. Oh, what are you saying? The new international version. Yeah. Yeah. That's what I meant. I was like, what are you? What non-inspired version is the one that takes verses out? Yeah. I'm sorry. I thought you had like your own private Bible. You're about to be like, this is, this is the Brad inspired. I did a joke about that. The, uh, the PF. Uh, V and one of our videos, the Pope Francis version of the Bible. No, I, I get, I'm reading from the KJV. One of the things that it said was in 15, the wording is different. Cause it says, and from the wicked, their light is withholding and the high arm shall be broken, which yeah, the high arm shall be broken.

2:18:31 A lot of the times, even if you read in Proverbs and in Psalms, it talks about this fate of the wicked, the wicked will be destroyed. They're going to, you're going to deal with them. You're going to have this ultimate, uh, Yeah. You know, ultimatum with them. And yeah, we haven't seen that yet, but we know that that's coming. That's going to be, uh, fulfilled. Um, I'm sorry. What were you wanting to say though? No, no, no. That's, that's all his question was, what does Job mean in chapter 38, 14? Well, what it means, it is, it is turned as clay to the seal and they stand as a garment. And you're saying that's the formation of mountains. Is he talking about 13 though? Because that has Matthew that it might take hold of the, well, I'm sorry. Matthew, he's a flat earther and he wants to know that he's showing us that this means that the earth is flat. That's what he's trying to say. Oh, but that's fine.

2:19:21 No, he's giving biblical justification for his belief. Yeah. Uh, it looks like 13 now be more in support of the argument because that says, um, that it might take hold of the ends of the earth, that the wicked, uh, might be shaken out of it because 14 is just, it is turned as clay to the seal and they stand as a garment. So yes, it does say, uh, the, the ends of the earth. And I do think that, I mean, is it talking about like geologically, geographically, sorry, get a little sick geographically, right? That's what it would be. It's a map, right? If we're thinking of a map, the ends of the earth would be like the furthermost parts of the earth. And so I suppose, yeah, if you're, if your view is that it's a flat space, then these. So Matthew's having some. Glitching problems.

2:20:12 I'll just take over for a second. It's, it's difficult for the people in the Bible to understand the whole globe thing. We have proof now through math and science and understanding that it is a globe. This wasn't the purpose of the Bible to prove that the earth was flat and that proved that earth was a globe. It's just proof that the glow, the desire of the Bible is to prove salvation and that, that Jesus was on earth. Jesus is coming to earth. It's. A major, major part. And sorry to interrupt Matthew, but he's back. So I had to take over. Sorry. I was waiting to see when I came back. No, I mean, um, yeah, the, well, the shape of the earth. Yeah. It's a, it's a hot topic. And I, I didn't see personally, I can see where people arrive to the conclusion of over Bible.

2:21:04 I don't, I don't, I don't hate you. I don't hear Matthew's losing it again. It's okay. We're, we're, uh, we're eventually going to get there. I don't think you're a fanatic basically. If you, if you hold to a flat earth view, I, but at the same time, I, I do not think it's a salvational issue. I'll just be. A hundred percent clear is what Matthew's trying to say. I'm okay here. This is so frustrating. This needs to be said, and it's, it's trying to prevent me from saying it. I. Unfortunately, uh, while Matthew, uh, regains his consciousness over the wire, he's, uh, still, are you, are you, are you on wifi? No, I'm, this is a wired connection. Wow. Huh? You're dropping packets for sure. Is it raining outside? Yeah, it's been windy and rainy and cold and all sorts of stuff. I don't know. Whatever. All I'm saying is that I have a salvational issue.

2:22:11 And I. You know, I'm open to being incorrect about it being a globe and. Yeah, as am I. I just run with the globe. I run with globe. That's it. I. I think a lot of things. It could be anything else. Happen. I think a lot of things, uh, in the Bible are, are very interesting and a lot of things seem to be proven from the Bible, um, but there's a lot of confusion on some verses too. And, uh, what we've seen and what I, what I've seen, what I believe and what I find most evidence for is that it, the, uh, biblical view is there's a globe, but, um, there are some confusing verses. There are some poetic language. We do see that about hell too. We see that about the, uh, the, the man who could cool his tongue with a drop of water and things like that. Yeah. And the parable. Well, Jude says that, uh, their worm shall not die. That's a, that's something that's interesting because I was talking with someone who believes in like an eternal torment.

2:23:11 Um, their, their view on it is that God is not necessarily there inflicting torment on you, but you are like conscious and you're experiencing hell for all eternity. And that was one of the, the reasonings was their worm does not, uh, where the word does not perish. I was saying that the worm is, uh, yeah, it's like a poetic way of your worm doesn't perish because it's forever feasting on the corpse. It's forever. Yeah. It's the end of your death essentially, because that's what you're only, you only have worms in you when you're dead body as gross as that is. I mean, that's, that's what happens. Um, yeah, some of it, it's, you could say it's poetic language, but it's really, I mean, God created everything, right? Like we're, we're, we're all in agreement on that. Uh, so I'm sure the mind of God, the way that he sees, uh, problems before us or even situations, he can draw in these.

2:24:10 Examples because he's, he's the creator, he's the progenitor of all of it. So it's just like, okay, it just makes sense to God to be like, yeah, this is what I'm referring to right here. The biggest thing, and I don't want to draw this out any more than we have, but the biggest thing that I, I find in the reason why we don't talk about this, it's actually, I banned it from being discussed in the discord flat earth is because, um, it, it doesn't, it doesn't provide any salvation issue. It only draws people apart. Like politics. It really, really damages relationships when talking about this issue, because there is some interesting verses in the Bible when talking about this, but proving it from the Bible is not going to help people be saved. It's just not, it's not going to do anything like that. And people have said, oh, well, because you can prove that aliens, aliens, uh, aren't true. Not necessarily because if we're in some kind of, you know, shaker, uh, uh, what's, what's it called? A snow globe thing. There's still something outside of that thing. There's still something that exists beyond it.

2:25:13 And why, why couldn't they, as these beings that can walk through walls, go through that and come to earth? So there's, there's all kinds of stuff that we can say, but ultimately the flat earth thing, it damages more relationships than it helps bring people to Christ. And that's the, that's the long and the short of it. Anyway. It's okay. Here I stand. You can, you can make that, make that, um, am I breaking up again? I'm not breaking up. I'm not breaking up. This is seriously happening. It's as soon as I talk too. It's like, everything is fine. I see myself moving. It's all right. I'm all right. I go to speak and it breaks up on me. Sorry, everybody. No. Uh, yeah. Wait, whatever. Whatever. I'm done. I'm done talking. I'm still sick and I'm like, I'm barely hanging on folks. I'm really happy to have gotten on tonight. Thank you so much too. I know that people were praying for me to feel better. Please pray for my family. They, um, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they're sick now.

2:26:01 My wife's not feeling the best. So yeah. It's just that time of year, unfortunately for us, but, uh, I'm so happy to be on the live. So happy to bring this show to you guys. 2:26:51 Don't you worry about that. This is tea, but, you know, orange juice. You've got to get to bed, Matthew, if you've been sick, so I think we should close with prayer. Okay. You should pray. You should. Me? I'll do it. I'll pray this out. I'll do it. I need to. I haven't been on in a little while. Allow me. Father in heaven, thank you so much for just the capability to come on and to share these talking points and ultimately glorify you. There really is so much darkness in the world. It's true, and I feel that it's getting more and more prevalent, but it always gives us an opportunity to refer back to you to show people that there is ultimately a God of love, of light, and of true power and just such gentle care and compassion.
