0:00 This next topic is very important. In fact, it's probably the most misunderstood topic in all of Christianity. I have evangelist Harold Helm here to talk to us more about what happens when you die. Super important. What do you have for us? Absolutely. Yes. I mean, this is one of the most misunderstood topics, not just in Christianity, but in the world. It doesn't matter, even atheists are confused about what happens when you die, so to speak. So are the dead really dead? And why does it matter? And particularly, why does it matter for the times that we're living in? And how does this tie in the biblical prophecy? So that's something that we're going to dive into. We're going to talk about. We're going to use scripture. And we're going to prove from the Bible exactly what happens to you when you die.
0:49 And we're also going to unveil the deception of Satan and how he's going to do it. And we're going to use this misunderstood subject to deceive the world before the second coming of Jesus. I'm going to start with a pretty well-known scripture out of Revelations, chapter 16, verse 13 and 15. And it's about the three unclean spirits like frogs. And it's probably very misunderstood, or at least most people that cover this don't really break it down into detail as to what is it really talking about. And so I'm going to spend a little time on this. And it says, And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world to gather them to the battle, the great day of God Almighty. Now, this is pretty important because this is John the Revelator, right?
1:54 He wrote the book of Revelations. He's seeing this revelation. And what's he seeing? He's seeing three unclean spirits is what he's saying. He's saying that I've seen these unclean spirits, but they're like frogs. And he says they're coming out of the mouth of the dragon and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophets. And what is their purpose? Their purpose is to gather who? Gather the entire world to battle of the great day of God Almighty. So his ultimate purpose is to bring the world under some type of union by using these, these three entities of the dragon, the beast, and the false prophet, so they can eventually make war against God. That's what we're seeing here. And, and, you know, people need to understand that there is an actual battle, a war, a spiritual and physical. It's been going on for a very long time. If you, you know, you look at when Satan was, before he was Satan, he was Lucifer. And then when he had iniquity found in him and he wanted to be like God and wanted to challenge God, him and the third of the angels that he took were cast out.
2:55 They were cast out. They were cast out. They were cast out. They were cast out of heaven. There was war there. And it says Michael fought the, the dragon and, and Michael and his angels prevailed and they ended up kicking him out. That battle has been waging on ever since then. And it's going to culminate at the second coming of Christ. And it's, it's, you know, we, we talk about this, but it's really the great controversy. Miss Ellen White, which one of the founders of our church, you know, she wrote a collection on books called the spirit of prophecy. And one of them is the great controversy. And she lays this out and goes into a lot of detail. And talks about this hidden battle, but it's, it's great book. I'd advise anyone to read it, but you don't even need the great controversy to really understand what's going on. You can look directly at the Bible because the Bible is our foundation, of course, on everything. And so I want to really unpack this here because, you know, first I'm going to break down who is the dragon, who is the beast and who is the false prophet.
3:48 You know, we know Satan is the dragon. Revelations 12, nine tells us that, that he's the ancient serpent. And what does he work through? He works through earth. Earthly powers. He always has worked through Egypt. You know, you look at the sun, God, raw was another name for Satan. And, and, um, and you look at him work through Babylon, Medo, Persia, Greece, and Rome. And Rome was ruled under two phases. It was ruled under pagan Rome when they had Caesar and eventually Caesar transferred his power, uh, in a sense, that's what happened when the Pope came up and ruled the church in the state. It was basically Caesar hidden under a garb or a form of Christianity. But he stood. He still had the power of life and death over everybody, still the church and the state ruled. So we're going to see something very similar take place at the end of time. Um, and this is very important because it all ties in to the last end times deception in the last crisis, uh, that's going to involve spiritualism.
4:46 Yeah. And as, as Satan is the direct deceptive agency involved in on this. So let's break down a little bit about the beast. Yes. And this is called the, the, the last big thing that happens. It's essentially Armageddon, right? Cause that's what we're talking about at the very last thing before the second coming. Right now there are two resurrections and a lot of people are confused about this as well too. When you read revelation chapter 20 through 22, it really talks about the thousand years of millennial. There's a lot of Christians that think that that's going to take place on earth when we know it does not, it takes place in heaven. Yes. Um, we have to do another program on that in the future, but at the end of that thousand years. So, so when Christ returns at the seven Trump, the last day, there's only. There's only two groups of people that are on earth that are alive at that time. You got the saved and the lost. You got the wicked, the redeemed.
5:32 They're one in the same. Those that accepted Christ and those that reject him. And the Bible is very, and then you have the same group, but they've already passed away. So you have those that died in Christ and you have what we call the wicked dead that are in the graves that are, are rejected Christ that are dead. So when Christ returns, scripture is very clear that we that are alive and remain cannot proceed. Those that have already died in Christ, John five, 28, first Thessalonians 15, 51 through 54. I mean, it's very clear that, that when Christ returns, the dead in Christ will rise first. He will resurrect him, take them to heaven, but the wicked are destroyed by the brightness of his coming. Right. And so at that point, Satan's bound to the earth for a thousand years. The wicked dead are in the graves and, and, and Christians, those that are redeemed go to go to heaven for a thousand years, stay with Christ.
6:23 But the end of the thousand years is. Actually another final battle. So when Christ and his saints returned to new Jerusalem, Mount Zion, God's favorite place in the universe, uh, scripture tells us that they, we see the new Jerusalem coming down out of heaven, and this is the second resurrection. So the wicked are now resurrected and Satan is there with those that have been resurrected. And what do they try to do? The first thing he tried to do is gather them to war again, to go and try to think that, that we have one more chance to defeat God. And, you know, the Bible tells us fire comes out of the mountain and consumes them. Their battle doesn't last very long at all, who, you know, I just, it's, it amazes me that Satan still thinks that he can defeat God. Right. So we see here that, that the dragon that's talked about is Satan. It's very clear. The beast, who is the beast? Well, this there's two beasts in Revelations.
7:18 One beast comes up out of the sea. Scripture tells us the sea is a densely populated area. Right. And so in the time that the Bible was written, the new world wasn't known. There were no Americas that was known, Australia. It was basically Europe at that time and, and a little bit of, of Asia minor and that part of the world. So we know that this, this beast had to rise up out of that area. We know scripture tells us it's a religious political power and it receives the, the dragon's authority. Right. It tells us that this beast power persecutes the saints for times, times and a half a times, which is also 42 months or three and a half years. Now, for those of y'all out there that are good at math, in the biblical calendar, they count everything in 30 days.
8:11 So when you look at 42 months, how many days does 42 months have 42 times 30 is 1260. And Bible tells us in Numbers 14, six and Ezekiel 14, 34. That one day. Is attributed to one prophetic year. So 1260 days will be 1260 years. And you know, then we, we trace, we, we look at this time period that there's 1260 years that this power ruled. And the first Bishop of Rome that became the Pope actually was 538. And from that point, 1260 years later brings us to 1798, which was the year that the papacy was conquered. Yeah. And here we are looking at the Bible prophecy, identifying this first beast that would see the mortal wound and be healed.
9:11 And so they did receive a mortal wound. It was in 1798 that this, that this happened and their power was taken away from them. And it's, it's, and at this point, we're also identified. Yeah. in the book of Romans. It says, It says, That this little horn, this first power would think to change times and laws of God. There's only one time law in the 10 commandments. That's the fourth commandment relating to the Sabbath, which is the seventh day. It's Saturday, not Sunday. And, and the papacy prize himself, that church tradition is stronger than the Bible. And that they believe that their transfer of God's Sabbath from Saturday to Sunday, the first day of the week is there then. And, and I didn't say this, you can look it up in their catechism. They say it's their mark of authority over the daughters of Rome. Now, who are the daughters of Rome?
10:01 That would be your other Protestant denominations, whether you're Methodist, Lutheran, Baptist, Orthodox, whatever you fall into there, you know, they consider you a daughter of the Roman Catholic church. And so it's not just, it wasn't just Daniel looking forward to this beast. You even look at Calvin, you look at wine issue. You look at Martin Luther Tyndale. They all look to the papacy as, as being identified as this purse beast that was mentioned in revelations 13. Now there's some other identifying marks that the Bible tells us that this same beast in revelation 17, the Bible calls it a harlot. And in Jeremiah six, two says, I like them to the daughters of Zion is a comely delicate woman. So in other words, God's true people, which he calls the church, he relates the church and Bible prophecy. Uh, to. To being a woman now you either have a good woman who's a Virgin.
10:59 In other words, she's staying true to her love, which in this case is Christ. And they're not, she's not fornicating or taking after other gods. This is a spiritual perversion of the seventh commandment thou shall not commit adultery. And then you have this harlot who is chasing after other gods and committing spiritual adultery with them. And this is this woman in revelation 17. Yeah. It's the same beast. It's the same power mentioned in revelations 13. And it's the culmination of the beast and, and, and, and Daniel two and seven as well that we see here. That's that's made up, you know, you have, when Daniel was talking about the timeframes of Nebuchadnezzar's dream, he mentioned Babylon, Medo, Persia, Greece, and in Rome, you know, not necessarily in name all the way through, but in what these nations would represent and who they were. He mentioned a couple of them, but then he died. It was still several weeks later. It was still several couple of thousand years in the future, but his prophecies have held so accurate, uh, uh, that they cannot be disputed by any theologian. So this first beast is also mentioned as having the colors of purple and scarlet.
12:07 Wow. Now that's very interesting because you have, you have Cardinals and, um, and then you also have the bishops which have purple and scarlet or, or red and purple is the colors that they hold within the Catholic church. I think another major identifying point here is that Daniel says this beast would commit blasphemy. Now, what is blasphemy? Well, blasphemy is only identified in scripture a couple of times in the gospels. When Jesus was, was going around healing people, uh, he came up to a paralytic man who couldn't walk and, um, Jesus came up to him and, and he basically said, rise up and walk and your sins are forgiven. He had an encounter with Christ and he was changed. And, um, the scribes and the religious, the Pharisees, they were like, what does he, what did he just do? Yeah. He just committed blasphemy. He said, you know, for killing someone, we wouldn't stone you. They were saying it wasn't a bad thing to heal someone.
13:04 But when you say that you could forgive someone's sins, because that's an attribute that is only available to God. So one of the definitions of blasphemy is when you put yourself in the place of God. Yeah. The other was when he said, you know, before Abraham was. Because I am basically saying that he was God, that was another thing that they said was blasphemy. So this power in order to commit blasphemy must do two things. It must take an attribute or a power that alone is of God. And it must say that it is God itself. Now the Roman Catholic church, the papacy that, which is the Pope has always said that he alone can forgive sins. And he says that he wears a cross. He wears a crown called a mitre. And on that crown, there is an inscription is Vicarious Fila Dei.
13:58 It's Latin and it's written in Roman numerals. But numerically is that you can count Roman numerals with X being 10 and D, you know, being 500 and, and so on and so forth, one or I being one, you can count it adds up to 666. Yeah. And they didn't, this isn't arbitrary because the, when, when the John, the revelator was actually seeing this in the Bible. He was saying, count the number of his name. And so this isn't just like, Hey, if you know, you add these things up and it comes to 666. No, no, no, no. John told us to do this. Correct. Yeah. He said, it's a number of a man's name. And people miss that. When they always look at the mark of the beast, they forget that the number, it's not a tattoo or computer chip. Satan's way more intelligent that, but he tells you it's a number of a man's name. So he's given us the identifying mark to understand that this is the beast and he, and this is, this is his mark.
14:51 This is his authority. And he alone did that crown literally means in place of the son of God. There is a teaching spreading fast, hold back your tithe until the church reforms. So, so literally the papacy believes that they are Jesus Christ hidden under it's vicar of Christ or literally translated a vicar is one that can stand in place of somebody.
15:44 So if you were a king and you were the sin of dignitary in front to go represent you, he would be like your viceroy, right? Your viceroy. That's what they called them. So that's what basically the papacy is. He's saying that I stand in the place of Christ on earth. It's blasphemy. It's blasphemy. Also, one of his titles is King of Kings. So over and over again, we see this. It's very clear that the papacy is the first beast that's mentioned there. In the fact that he rewrote for 42 months and trample upon the saints. We know that 1260 years historically is known as the dark ages. We're by some estimates, a hundred million or more Christians were tortured. They were put in bullying all, they were burned alive at stake. They were put in the Coliseum for gains and such all because they refuse to renounce their loyalty to Christ.
16:40 Many of them were Sabbath keepers as well. They refuse to convert to the first day of the sun. And so over and over again, we see papal Rome is that first beast. Yeah. That's sea beast. That's sea beast. But then we have this third beast that's mentioned here in Revelation 16, 13 and 15, that this is a beast that comes up out of the earth. Now earth, if sea is densely populated, multitude peoples and tongues, it's what water represents in Bible prophecy, then our earth would have to be someplace that's dry. It would have to be the opposite of that. In other words, it would have to be someplace that's very sparsely populated. And what's interesting is this. Is that this particular power that it speaks of said it would be a lamb-like power. Who is the lamb? John 1, 29, behold the lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world. So Christ is the lamb. So it means that this nation would have to be founded on some form of biblical principles.
17:36 But scripture tells me at some point it will refudiate that and start speaking as a dragon. And of course, how do nations speak? They speak through passing laws. So eventually this religious Christian-like power that rises out of the earth, that's that rises up someplace that is unpopulated, would have to eventually start passing laws that would go against the very foundation of the word of God in his law. And this is very interesting. And then when you look at the fact that it would also rise up right after the mortal womb was implemented to the first beast. Now, when was that mortal womb? When did he receive the mortal womb? 1798. It was put in the exile. What nation in the world? What nation in the world was recognized by the world in 1798 as individual independent power? Yeah, America. There's only one, right? The United States of America. And people will say, well, hold on. The United States was founded in 1776 on the Bill of Rights.
18:34 And then you had 1781 where the Congressional Congress came in. But it was in 1798 when France, the same nation who implemented the mortal womb on the first beast, recognized the United States and its independence from Great Britain as a sovereign nation. And for a gift, they sent us the Statue of Liberty. I mean, so it's so clear when you look at Bible prophecy. And so what does that mean? Well, it means that at some point, the United States of America, who is founded on Christian principles. And people say, you know, I hear all. They're like, no, you know, you have this whole 1621 movement. America was founded on racism and a lot of other stuff. You need to remember that the British are the ones that that brought that into the United States. The original settlers of the United States were Puritans.
19:32 They were pilgrims. They came over here on Plymouth Rock. What were they escaping from? They were trying to escape. Yeah. Combination of religion and national power. Correct. Right. They had the king over there of Great Britain that they were trying to get away from. They also they didn't like the fact they were being overtaxed. They didn't like the fact that they weren't able to worship by the dictates of their own conscience. And so they fled Europe and they came to a new world where they saw opportunity to where they could worship God and live the life that they wanted to by their dictates of their own conscience. And of course, that eventually would be found into the 13 colonies. And then you had, you know, the British come over here and then you had the the northern states and the southern states and southern states were ruled by Portugal. Portugal, France, Spain, all these different countries, even Mexico and Texas was part of Mexico.
20:24 And as each one of them joined the United States, I think it's interesting because as each one ended up joining the U.S. or we had wars and we took some of these lands or the Louisiana Purchase, we purchased from France, whatever it was, America started to lose a bit of its closeness to God. So it started as Puritans. And of course, slavery was not allowed there or anything. But they were able to do that. Yeah. They wanted to join. But then after the southern states started to join, they wanted to bring their ideologies. They wanted to bring their slaves in with them. They want to bring this culture. They didn't want to join the Union. And of course, America made a mistake by allowing them to join with keeping some of those practices. So America started to open itself up to things that were ungodly by wanting to expand its territory. And now, as we've grown, we're about to celebrate our 250th year. Yeah. Here in the United States, we are starting to see a union of, remember, the second beast, according to Revelations 13, is to give power and to cause the whole world to worship the first beast whose deadly wound was healed.
21:34 Yeah. And so that means that if you look at the state of affairs, America must become, in order to do that globally, America must become much more powerful economically, militarily, and religiously. Right. Which is why you're starting to see, one, the expansion phase of America. If we're a copy of Rome, then we must also copy the Roman Empire. The Roman Empire went through three phases. It started out as a republic. It moved into an expansion phase of the empire, or the conquest phase, and eventually it became a theocracy, where church and state completely united. And it was our version of religion, or you were going to pay with your life if you didn't convert. Yeah. So we're seeing it in America. And there's people on the far right. We see the rise of Christian nationalism, and a lot of people are concerned about that. But you got to understand that Satan loves to play this Helgelian dialect.
22:31 He's been doing it for a very long time. What is that? What is a Helgelian dialect? Well, it's a method that he uses to polarize two sides. So it doesn't matter if it's Republican, Democrat, black, white, rich, poor, red, blue, he causes an argument, an issue, some type of problem to where both sides want to attack each other on these issues. There's a solution. There's a compromise that both sides eventually agree upon. It's called thesis, antithesis, and synthesis. And the synthesis in the middle is where Satan wants to go, but he can't just go out there and do it. So what he does is he creates this friction so that both sides eventually compromise. Yeah. And the compromise in the middle was what he wanted to begin with, but he gets both sides to agree upon it. So right now, because of the far left of the last 10, 15 years has been pushing a big agenda for liberalism.
23:30 And there's been, God was starting to be removed and prayer was taken out of school a couple of decades ago. Our nation has seen a decline in morality, it's seen a decline in its education system. We went from being number one in the top five, now we're at the bottom of the list when it comes to our educational system, but yet we spend more money per student than any other country on earth, but we have one of the worst education systems. We dump more money into our cities, but yet a lot of them in certain areas look like, it's horrible to say, but they look like garbage dumps. They're just destroyed and terrible. And so a lot of these liberal programs have been fueling this, spin, spin, spin, spin, spin, with a lot of people getting rich other than the people. I mean, I always tell people, you can't spend $40 trillion, but you can definitely steal it in a sense. And so the right, which leans more towards republicanism, you got to remember America was founded as a constitutional republic with democratic qualities.
24:32 In a true democracy, the minority has no representation. So if you're in a democracy, the majority rules, if it's 51% say the sky's red and you want to argue and state. Say the size blue, and they say, you're not allowed to say the sky's blue. You got to say it's red and they can implement punishment against you if you don't. And that's why we're starting to see this big push to, we got to save our democracy, restore democracy. But we're not a democracy. We're constitutional republic with democratic values. So in a constitutional republic, both the minority and the majority have a voice. That's why you have a minority whip or minority representative in our chambers of Congress. I've also heard that there will be a far, far distance. right as well that pushes people out. And even at the very end, we see that the religious are the ones that go out and try to push this idea that they should destroy those who do not follow how they want. So it seems like a big pendulum. It is. It's a pendulum. And I've been saying this for some years. When President Trump announced he was going to run for election, I was one of the few people out there saying he was going to win by a landslide and he was going to win the second time. It was because I was a Trump supporter, though I agree with a lot of the Republican policies as far as Christianity. There's a lot of things I don't. And it's like, you know, you support those things that are godly while rejecting those things are not. That's as Christians what we're supposed to do without taking any political sides. And of course, I saw the pendulum swinging because the pendulum went so far left that I could see that Christians started to unite with Catholics, evangelicals to form this movement to save Westerners.
26:12 Western civilization and their ideas. We now need to start passing religious laws and they're doing it and they're looking to do it because of the agenda. The far left is now starting to bring the pendulum back. Right now, we're kind of in the middle, but we're starting to go towards the right. But as Christians, it's a great opportunity to share the gospel right now. Why it's in the middle. Do you remember? This is when I first saw it. I first saw that it had gone and it was starting to come back about the time that. Disney started to interfere with politics in Florida. Do you remember this? I do. This was amazing because notes were coming out out of Disney's that they had sent out to their employees saying that we're going to try to interfere, that we don't want to touch it, but where our our movies are having a bigger effect on the politics of Florida and the nation. And and and that came out and it was absurd. They lost about 50 percent of their tourism inside their their parks because of that. And I and that's when. Everything shifted from what I understand. I mean, not it wasn't just Disney. This was a lot of things that was happening. Sure. But it blew my mind at the time.
27:20 Well, you look at Hollywood, a lot of big stars that are Christian stars couldn't get hired in Hollywood. So they have come to Texas now. Texas, my home state, has become a very big platform for a lot of Christian movie companies that have come there and started the film. You know, you look at the The Chosen series. Oh, yeah. That's in Texas. And a lot of the people, a lot of the producers. And and that are there come out of Texas and the show, a lot of actors that are from Texas. There's filming now in Galveston, San Antonio, Corpus and other other states as well. Florida is a big one, but they've started because Hollywood wouldn't allow them to film and to do a lot of things that they want to do on Christian value. So you started to see this big shift now back to the right. And then I started seeing. Legislature start talking about, let's put the Ten Commandments back into schools. Let's put them into everywhere we can, which sounds like a good thing, but it's like, OK, you know, if it's voluntary, that's one thing.
28:20 But if you're going to start forcing the attention of the Ten Commandments, anytime government gets involved in forcing stuff, it's never good. Right. So whose version of the Ten Commandments going to be? Because, you know, the papacy has their own version of the Ten Commandments, too. And if you're watching this, you know, believe me, you can Google it and and look, they've omitted the Second Commandment, which is thou shall not worship idols. They've taken the. Third, fourth commandment and turn it into the third commandment and just remove. Remember the Sabbath and what day it is and just said, you know, remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy. And then they've taken the tenth commandment to make it in and split it in the two. And so whose version of it? And then you start looking at, OK, it sounds a little bit like the Dark Ages to where it was their version of Christianity. And if you didn't agree with that, you were punished all the way up to death. Well, the same thing is going to start happening in the United States. As we see a big push to save America in Westernized civilization and, you know, a lot of the groundwork that the current president is laying right now with his executive orders.
29:23 You know, people have always talked about, oh, Trump's going to bring in the national Sunday law, the mark of the beast, you know, personal opinion. I don't think so, because his daughter is a Sabbath keeper. His son in law is a Sabbath keeper. He's one of the biggest friends of Israel, which is Sabbath keepers. You know, he just did the proclamation, but the recognized. What he called the Jewish Sabbath. We know when the Jewish Sabbath, it's given that creation for all mankind. Sure. However, the things that he is doing as president, he is laying out a groundwork, what we call precedence and law, which a future president can now come in and say, because it was done before, we can do it again. But this time we want to bring in a proclamation for the first day of the week. And what may start as a proclamation will eventually become a law. Yeah. Because. Because things will continue to get worse and they've got to blame somebody.
30:16 And eventually, you know, more and more power will be given and to where we start pushing things towards the sun. Now, the Bible makes it very clear that the whole world wonders after the beast. So it doesn't mean that this is just a Republican issue, although the Republicans are the ones that are going to start pushing these religious laws and laying the groundwork. The left somehow has to agree to it. And how does the left agree? Well, not everyone is going to agree because they're going to be the lead. And so that's where the problem is, is that Satan is working through climate change and some of the issues are giving the world a break in the world of rest on a particular day, which they say Sunday would be a family day. Eventually that's going to happen. And so Satan's working through these three powers. Now, we identify these powers, the dragon, the beast of the sea and the beast of the earth. So Satan's working through this, these three unclean spirits, like frogs. But here's something that's amazing.

That means it's contrary to the word of God. So whatever it is that they're performing and they're doing, he's going to mirror scripture with truth mixed with error. So if we study the word and we know the word, we should be able to identify this as not coming from God, but something being manifested by Satan and his demons. And they're spiritual and they're going to influence world leaders. They're going to influence the government. They're going to unite political and religious powers in a false worship. And ultimately, they're going to prepare the world for Armageddon and create a global movement against God's law and God's people. And coming out of their mouth also represents teaching, doctrines, law, messages, false teaching, prophetic lies, political decrees, religious pressure. And you got to think about this.
38:27 Satan's final strategy is deception through communication. Yeah. And it's always built on false miracles and false teachings, particularly about death. Yeah. Now, in order to understand death and understand how this deception really plays out, we need to go to the origin of the lie, because this is what it is. It's all lies. So, Satan's going to pull this off through the first lie ever told, which was about death. Think about it. His end times deception is built on the very same foundation, which is why the understanding of the dead is so vital to not being deceived today. Yeah. So, what does Satan promise Eve? He promised her that, you know, he twisted scripture a little bit, right? Because he said, did God say you couldn't eat of all the trees? And she's like, no, he said, I could eat of them. I just couldn't eat of the tree in the middle of the garden. He said, oh, he doesn't want you to eat from that tree, because the day that you eat of it, you're going to know good and evil. You're going to be just like God, and you're not going to die.

Look at Romans 125 says that they exchanged the truth of God for the lie and worship and serve the creature rather than the creator. The lie. The lie that you could disobey God, that there's no consequences. It doesn't matter if you make it to heaven, you'll be still serving in hell. Right. And the lie that the soul is somehow immortal, whether you're saved or lost. In other words, in other words, Satan said you can disobey God like there's no consequences. You're going to live forever, no matter what you do. And we're seeing that very prevalent society today because, you know, I just noticed an article came out in Spectrum magazine here. I think it was like a day or two ago about a same sex couple that is serving the Lord together. And they're talking about how great it is. They're in the church and they're serving the Lord. And, you know, like God is. Okay. With their lifestyle. Now, God loves the sinner, but hates the sin. Yeah. Doesn't matter if you were like me selling drugs, you're living in a, you know, a wrong lifestyle, according to the Bible, it's sin. Yeah. And if you don't repent from your sin and ask Christ to change you and accept, you know, his, his gift that he gave us on Calvary by paying the price of the law, you will perish. Yeah. And, you know, but we need to understand that, uh, what the Bible actually says about the soul, because so many people don't believe that they're going to perish. They think, oh, you know, God's going to come down to my level. Um, you know, I can do whatever I want to do and God will understand. I'm a good person. Um, you know, I hear people say this all the time or they say, well, you know, I, you know, that's another, like God will understand. Yeah. God will understand. Or, you know, the Christians today think, well, if I mess up, I'm going to die. I'm going to die. I'm going to die. I'm going to die. I'm going to die. You know, all I got to do is, is, is, is wait for the rapture. And then I have another seven years to three and a half years to get it right. No, that's a lot. Devil always wants to make us think we have more time, um, that we can put off salvation somehow. Right. Yeah. Yeah. The Bible says as in the days of Noah, so it will be in the time of the coming of the son of man. And so did in the time of Noah, did they have a second chance to enter the ark? No, no, no second chances.

Yeah. And the mediator is not going to be there for you if you don't accept him. Wow. So it's pretty serious that we get this right. So that was the, the original sin or the origin of the lie that Satan gave to Adam and Eve that, you know, you can do whatever you want to do and you can live forever. There's no consequences. And so that's the foundation. But is that, is that true? See, because how does the Bible first, you got to understand how's the Bible define a soul. If we're going to talk about whether or not a soul can live or die, if what Satan told them was true or a lie, then it's going to be a lie. And so that's the foundation. And so we have to understand what is the biblical definition of a soul. Genesis 2, 7 says, the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils, the breath of life and man became a living soul. Now soul and being one in the same, but this is who you are. The soul makes up your intellect. Yeah. You know, that is your being. It's the body, which represents the dust of the ground with the breath, which represents the spirit. That's that Yurok in the Hebrew. That's the spirit. That's the spirit. That's the spirit. That's the spirit. That's the Yurok. And so, Yeah. And so when you put the spirit of God, that you're rock with the body, then you have a soul or you basically have, you're alive.

And so that's very important to understand that your understand so the bible teaches that human are souls and not that souls float around after death and that's very important for us to understand that um you know it never it never teaches us you know a soul is is not something that's separate uh it's not a mortal piece of of human living outside the body you know it's not a ghost it's not a spirit floating around a soul is what a person becomes when god's breath of life animates the body yeah and so that begs the question can a soul die well we have several pieces of scripture there's a lot uh but ezekiel 18 20 says the soul that sinneth it shall die yeah that sounds pretty clear but what it specifies here is the soul that sinneth um they said well we all are sinners and we all fall in short of the glory of god but this is more talking about continual sin sinneth is is is when you know hebrews 10 26 verse that changed my life when you come the knowledge of the truth you continue to keep saying there is no blood sacrifice take with a remission of sin only fearful weight and judgment from an angry guy so for people out there say they can continue to live in sin and they're okay god's okay with it he's going to look past their sin and somehow or another they're still going to make it in the heaven it's not what scripture tells us and then james 2 26 says the body without the spirit is dead yeah so once again we see that correlation between the yurok the spirit in the body and when that spirit is removed when you die that's what actually returns to god is the yurok not our soul a soul like ceases existence at that time it's the spirit of god's spirit matthew 10 28 do not be afraid of those who can kill the body but cannot kill the soul but rather be afraid of the one who destroyed both soul and body in hell yeah i mean that's very important so god is the only one that is immortal and the immortal soul doctrine it's just not biblical and so many people out there are buying into this lie the first lie um and it's it's it's not just in christianity uh new age movements it's it's many different you know you you have many different religions out there that believe a lot of different things about the soul but so what actually occurs at the moment of death that's a good question ecclesiastes 12 7 tells us that then the dust will return to the earth as it was and the spirit will return to god who gave it once again that spirit is yurok it's the same spirit that god breathed in the atom and that he created life with it is his life force you know that's it's not a conscious of ghost or a spirit that's living on afterwards um we also see that at death the equation it's simply reversed if you think about it right so the soul is the body in the spirit equals a soul well in this case the body returns dust the breath of life returns to god and then the living soul ceases to exist which means it's no longer alive so thinking about that going a little deeper what does the bible say about the dead then if that's what happens in the spirit yurok goes back to god and the the body returns to dust you know what what about the soul it's just kind of not there well the bible says that in psalms 104 29 that it returns to dust that it knows nothing uh that there's no mental power so there's no thinking beyond the grave um there's no communication so to speak with the dead so anyone you're communicating with isn't someone that had died it's got to be a demon it's got to be a demonic force uh there's you know ecclesiastes solomon said you know that one thing that he learned is that it doesn't matter how hard you toil on the earth that after you're dead that you don't have anything else to do on the earth because you're dead um you're you're not conscience um and you do not live again at least not in in these bodies as we are right now that stage of of our life is over and what do we do we wait in the grave according to jobes 17 13 so if we're waiting in the grave we know nothing at that point how much does one know or comprehend after death well ecclesiastes 9 5 and 10 the living know that they will die
49:12 but the dead know nothing their love their hatred their envy have now perished nevermore will they have a share in anything done under the sun there is no work or device or knowledge or wisdom or wisdom in the grave so you know that's pretty serious um that the dead are just like it's over there is no opportunity for them to do anything else on the earth it also tells me that you need to come to christ before you take your last breath it's kind of like you mentioned earlier about those that were outside the ark right right when the door closed and god sealed them in there was no opportunity to get it right you were either saved or lost right well when you take your last breath you're not there yet right um there's nothing that you can do to save those people so it's something it's a decision that you have to make before you take your last breath yeah it's very serious i've often um when talking about this people have come up to me and gone well if you die if you die and nothing else happens it will you're not there yet well then you don't believe in heaven i do believe in heaven christ is coming again we meet him in the air that's right and we're going to talk about that in just a minute and the the biblical you know the bible is very very consistent on the state of the dead that they're unconscious they're resting and we're going to talk a little bit about what that means resting and they're waiting on what you just mentioned there the resurrection yeah okay and so um speaking of that i mean scripture contradicts completely that the idea that the dead are i mean they're not being recycled into new lives um are waiting on on uh anything else to do as spirits or ghosts which so much of the world believes and is missed in fact it's so much so that god actually forbids contact with the dead now think about this liticus 2027 says a man or a woman who is a medium or who has familiar spirits shall surely be put to death they shall stone them with stone so god's very clear that he even forbids this because the dead cannot communicate now people say oh that's proof that there's really people alive after death death no god knew that these were not your dead relatives or anybody that you knew they're demons impersonating them and you would have no part in communication with demons and mediums and those with familiar spirits were to be stoned showing that this was a very serious thing to do and so god's very clear that he even forbids this because the dead cannot communicate they know nothing so anything that appears to speak from the dead in reality is a demon it's just impersonating a deceased person yeah and this is going to come more and more prevalent i mean in a sense we're already doing it with ai yeah if you think about some of the stuff that i've seen some commercials really quite disturbing to where they're talking about putting holograms on top of it and they're like oh my god i'm not going to do that i'm not going to where you can go out there and have a full conversation with your dead family member and they learn so much uh you know here's the thing god god is he's all-knowing right all powerful he can be all places at the same time so what is omnipotent omnipresent omnipotent those are all three points on powers of the godhead satan wants to counterfeit those but he can't do it just without the use of technology so more and more data more and more ai that we get in a sense satan is trying to counterfeit the all-knowing attribute of god and if you think about it if you have enough data points and you have enough information we know that you can pretty much know outcomes before they happen you can set trends you can manipulate people because you know with almost 100 accuracy not quite a hundred but right up there close to you you can manipulate people because you know with almost 100 accuracy not quite a hundred but right up there close to you you can manipulate people to it like 99.9 of how someone's going to react to a certain situation if you know enough about that person yeah now god knows a hundred percent about us so god knows and he puts things and decisions in our life so it'll bring it closer to him you know god helps us and orchestrates things as romans 8 28 says all things work for the good of those that love the lord called according to his purpose so you know regardless of anything that's happened in your life god allowed it satan did it nine times out of ten it's something bad satan did it god allowed it but he allowed it and he's going to use that to bring about something good out of it because he knows us so intimately well he knows how we're going to react he knows our response okay and then on the attribute for those that are lost he knows
54:11 exactly how wicked they are so he gives every opportunity for them to repent and have an opportunity when they don't make it in the heaven then those that were part of their families or their close friends will know that god is the one that's going to make it in the heaven and vindicated in his decision uh because he gave them every opportunity to change well satan wants to counterfeit that attribute of god so how does he do that by gaining knowledge and so the more you know people think these devices and these phones and all these cameras is a good thing but every time we get on social media we get on a zoom meeting or anything we do we are giving ai artificial intelligence the ability to know what we look like from a million different viewpoints to understand our walk our tics our mannerisms our decisions when we go to the grocery store the foods we eat the places we go everything about us and you have enough information about a person yeah you can basically recreate that person in almost every single detail and so we're starting to see this now and and we also have remember the lie the origin of the lie that you can live forever you know elon musk has recently had a big conversation about creating robotics at some point in the future to where you can just download your conscience into a machine this is trying to refill the ancient promise that you could be like god and live forever maybe not in this body but in a new body we create yeah we can just transfer your intellect obviously not your soul but we can transfer the accumulation of of who you were as a person digitally through data and move that this is part of you know you've created this idea of being so and so but living up to everything and not the real you you know like what i'm saying this is a way toilingual you know sort of eigen image like here we got goo the birthright talking about the what in the meg dependent i mean and also you know you've of course you have your own subconscious mind I think you can you pick that up and bring if we're gonna say пятhth century if y'all don't get on that other side and you're this participation of this good and bad knowledge of the tree that we were not supposed to partake of.

It's going to be a part of the deception. So we really have to, and number one, not just, yes, we know, according to the Bible, that the dead do not live beyond the grave. But even if they did, God forbids us to have any communication.

If they come to you, it's okay? Does that make any sense at all? None whatsoever. I mean, it's playing with fire and expect not to get burned, right? Right. You know, and it's one of Satan's oldest tools is leading people away from the word of God, and it's going to be one of his biggest end times deceptions. Twisting the word, trying to make the word line up with what you want. So Satan does, have a counterfeit. That's his crowning achievement. I want to talk a little bit about that and some of his counterfeits, because it's also involved in the stay of the dead.

You know, you have, we talked about that on another episode here about channeling and, and, but that's another one of his deceptions. We're going to see more and more of that.

And when it started to rain, what happened to them? They got, they got serious, but they got serious, but it was too late. Yeah. It was too late. And, you know, that's why in revelations 22, 11, when Christ returns, he says, you know, he that is holy, let him be holy still.

And when you're high, um, or you're under the influence, whether it's satanic music or media or, or pornography, if you were to die in that moment and you were to, it, could you ask for forgiveness?

Uh, we see Daniel 12 to, these are some great scriptures says many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake some to everlasting life, some to shame and everlasting.

And he tells them concerning those who have fallen asleep. So he's comparing death to a sleep. Then you have first Corinthians 15, 51 through 54, which says, behold, I tell you a mystery. We shall not all sleep. Yes, but we shall all be changed. And when not at some secret rapture, but it says at the last trumpet, the last day, right? It says the dead shall be raised in corrupt and we shall be changed. It's interesting when Jesus resurrected Lazarus, Martha was there. Martha was, was crying. And it was right before she was like, if you would have just been here, my brother would, would not be dead.

The soul cease existence for a time. You're just, it's kind of like you go to bed and you don't remember sleeping for seven, eight hours, whatever it is you sleep. It's kind of instantaneous. Well, that's the way death is. You're asleep. Whether it's, it's a year or a thousand years when Christ returned, he's going to wake you up and it's instantaneous for you. Right. But she knew about that. And John five 28, right. That, you know, behold the day's coming, which, which those were in the grave will hear his voice and some to everlasting righteousness, some to everlasting contempt.

It says, we cannot proceed those who have fallen asleep, right? Because if we're alive and Jesus returning, he resurrects those out of the graves. Well, if you die, if you go to heaven and I've been to many funerals, non-adventist funerals, I've always hear the pastors talk about so-and-so's in heaven. I never hear them. Talk about they're in, they're in hell. They're always in heaven. But, but regardless, if they're in heaven, who is Jesus bringing up out of the graves? So is he taking people out of heaven, throwing them back in the graves, killing them and then resurrecting them again?

They believe that at some point in the future, Jesus is going to come in a secret gathering of the church. And he's going to remove the faithful, take them to heaven with him, and everybody else is left here is pretty much lost. And then they're going to have either a three and a half.

And it was always confusion there. Yeah. And I knew it wasn't totally biblical because it was fiction. But then when I actually understand the true gospel, obviously, it's like, Oh, I see how Satan is using these books to confuse Christians in the believing one, they have more time, but two, if they're all looking for a rapture and it doesn't make it hard for Satan and his demons to try to fake the second coming to Christ and even fake a rapture.

There should be no more death. There should be no more sorrow, no more crying. This is a beautiful, beautiful, beautiful passage of scripture or death is swallowed up and whole.

And it's so important that we know the state of the dead, that they are dead and they do not live again.

We thank you for you have opened up our eyes today to the understanding that the dead are really dead, that this is just one of many of the tricks of Satan of one of his end times, deceptions that he is bringing on the earth through re impersonating the dead, spiritual, spiritualism, demonic forces and supernatural entities.
