The Dead are Dead and the Soul Dies

After my conversion, I was in the kitchen by myself and I felt it come up next to me and I said out loud, I said, God, whatever this is that's been posing as grandma for the past seven years, in Jesus's name, get it away from me and never let it come back. And it hasn't been back since. What do you think that was? It's a demon. That's my understanding of ghosts, anything of that kind of story. You don't believe in ghosts? I don't. The Bible explicitly says, after death, a person returns to the dust, knows nothing, possesses no mental powers, has nothing to do with anything on earth, does not live, waits in the grave, and continues not. In the soul that sinneth, it shall die. The soul dies.
