0:06 Welcome, welcome to the After Show. We're going to be doing this After Show every Thursday. Sometimes we have it, sometimes we don't. But right now it's been a regular thing and we're happy to be back talking about the strange stuff that happens. And tonight's show is not going to be presented by me. It's going to be presented by our guests tonight. But before I introduce them, I want to tell you that we talk about this stuff every day on strangenormal.org and if you want to be a part of the communication that happens, join our Discord. You can do that by joining through Patreon, patreon.com slash strangenormal.

2:33 We'll get you into that program. Now, let's get into it. Hello, everyone. How's it going, Brad? I want to start with, well, we got so many people happening tonight. I appreciate every single one of you guys being here because it is a treat. And Wendy. Down here, we're going to talk with her in just a moment. She's my, directly below me. I had to look at the other screen to figure that out. She's going to be doing the presentation now. Matthew, I want you to start us off, right? You're going to get something you want to talk about first. And actually, Wendy, it's going to be about something interesting, right? It's going to be about death, right? Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Let's get into it. Why is Matthew cracking up?

3:27 You're all over the place tonight, Brad. Well, I'm trying to remember. I just realized that I usually go around and talk to everyone, but I'm so excited about what we're talking about. I wanted to get right into it. Well, it is an exciting night, so that's fair. Why don't we do this? I'm going to introduce you, Matthew, and then you introduce the next person, and the next person, and the next person. So, Matthew, how are you? Oh, I'm doing so well this evening. Thank you, Brad. Thank you so much. Yeah, we do have a great show. We have a great show, and these ladies here are going to be walking us through some stuff that they saw. You know, some of it is concerning. Other parts of it I think will be pretty uplifting for us to talk about and dip into the word a bit and compare and contrast.

4:15 You know, I think that's one of our favorite things to do here is, well, you know, we review the works of darkness, but we always have to let God have his say. It's just, it's always so clear when we do that. You'll look at it and you say, wow, I want to be on God's side. It's so obvious every single time. So, Wendy, how are you doing this evening? We're going to pass the baton along here. And then Michelle. Thanks. Yeah, thanks, Matthew and Brad. I'm good. Glad to see Michelle here, too. I'm excited. I'm super excited because I've been kind of researching about this topic all week. So, I'm really looking forward to seeing your guys' reactions to some of the things I've found. And I'm sure our audience will appreciate it all as well.

5:05 Michelle, how are you? Hi, everybody. I'm good. Thank you. Michelle's been on the program before. And so, we're excited to have her back. Yeah, I learned a lot in 24 hours. So, I haven't been researching anything all week. I've just been watching and watching. And then I realized there were connections and I had to figure out, you know, what's going on. How can I back up these connections? And I was amazed. So, we're looking forward to sharing it. I'm excited. No, yeah. So, see, that tells me something that I didn't even know. Michelle, you're doing a major part of the program tonight. I'm excited about that. I don't know what you guys have in store for us. So, let's just get right into it. Yeah. Before we dip into their presentation, we are going to continue the tradition here on the channel of answering a question. So, I'm going to ask you a question. And then I'm going to ask you a question. And then I'm going to ask you a question. And then I'm going to ask you a question. And then I'm going to ask you a question. And then I'm going to ask you a question. And then I'm going to ask you a question from the audience.

5:58 So, if you'd like to have your questions answered, please leave a comment on the video below or even on Sunday night's broadcast. We go through our comments and yours just might end up here on air. Bradley, let's take a look at this comment. So, we have Kamb3611 writes, hey, StrangeNormal and everyone. I have not watched this video yet but wanted to share something I heard. I asked a coworker if he believed in aliens and he said he believes they're demons. Then he said they have to have a way to travel because they don't have their wings or something like that. I took that as the UFO is the way that the demons travel. I never heard that before. It was interesting. What do you all think?

6:51 And yeah, Brad, I thought this would be a great question for you because you seem to have a real good handle on this. I think it's fascinating because I actually was presented with someone from another channel that I did a podcast on. They were asking me questions about it and one of their regular viewers was presenting something similar and they said, how is it that you have all these glowing orbs in the sky? Because that's what when people say UFO, they mean glowing orb in the sky. They don't mean machine. And they said that there are machines in the sky but what you're saying is people are seeing glowing orbs. They have had pictures, I'm using my finger quotes, that are unverified of these machines, again, I'm using my finger quotes, in the sky.

7:49 Nobody has actually ever seen them. There's also rumors, quite official rumors, that these things are legit. And they're reverse engineering them. And I wouldn't put it past a big deception to happen like that. But as of date today, we have not seen anything like that physically or anything like that. If we do see something glowing in the sky, what we have seen and what we do believe in is biblical evidence. And those things, according to the Bible, when you see glowing orbs, they are reminiscent of angelic beings, seraphim and cherubim. So, I think it's interesting, it's an interesting idea that these things are, that angels are getting around in machines. But I also think that they don't necessarily need a machine to get around in because God created, when God creates something, he creates them for, with all the physical purposes of what they need.

8:52 If you think of how we used to get around for ancient millennia. Yeah. Ancient millennia is, ancient millennia, thousands of years, I should say, is what I believe. It's you use horses, right? Probably that's what they were intended for because they have this four-legged thing that you can ride on the back. What a weird thing to be looking at, right? So I suspect that God didn't say, hey, by the way, I'm going to create a bunch of cars for you so that you can get around here. No, he created something for us to get around with. Something living even. I don't think we have living machines in the sky. I think that's a man made idea. When man makes something, he makes something that is either remote controlled, has no soul, has no ability to think for itself.

9:45 I mean, think just in the last 50 years or less, man has created AI, artificial intelligence. You imagine that. If God wanted to create something that had the ability to get around by itself, it would have some form of intelligence, some form of personality. That's my belief anyway. It just seems that this is the way God creates stuff. He doesn't create things that are not alive. God has life. So all these things that we're seeing in the sky right now, I believe are actually angels. If we do create something. If something does appear and has a physical form or machine, it's probably going to be a deception and it's just a gift, I guess you could say. That's what actually ufologists have been saying recently, that the recent areas where you see these things are gift areas where we have been given technology, therefore pursuing and pushing the war machine and giving technology to it.

10:54 Am I? I'm going into a long rant on this and I apologize. Did I answer the question? No, I mean, I think you answered it pretty well. You're saying that there aren't any machines involved. So when people are seeing these UFOs, they're not necessarily seeing something that the fallen angels need to hop in and travel around. It is the fallen angels that we're seeing. We're seeing a manifestation of them and that's how they are choosing to portray themselves. And it's an important fact too. I think that biblically angels, they come and they deliver messages and sometimes people, they go into vision and they can see things. I think that this is just fallen angels abusing something that God had purposed them to have this messaging capability for his glory. And instead they're saying, well, we can use this to manipulate the human beings into seeing something really wild.

11:48 Because I believe we've even looked at some cases where like Star Wars, for example, the first Star Wars came out. And there's an iconic opening scene where a big starship is chasing a smaller starship. And people started saying that they were seeing triangular shaped ships, just like the ones that had appeared in Star Wars and it was all around that time. So you're seeing kind of the influence there where people are, their minds are consumed by this media. So it's easy for them to just say, oh, they're already thinking like this. Let's just show this to them. And they're instantly going to say, starship aliens. They're not going to think military technology. They're going to think this is just like the aliens in the movies that I'm seeing. And I want to kind of go off that thought for a second because it's fascinating because people when propane tanks were invented, all of a sudden people started saying, well, look, I'm seeing propane tanks in the sky.

12:40 Or the original UFO-er that got in the newspaper, he said he saw a saucer. Well, he didn't say he saw a cylindrical ship. He said he saw a saucer, a round thing in the sky. Right. In the sky. And so for forever, that's what it's been instated. And what's also interesting is that, just like you said, that when people start seeing these things, how do angelics, the spiritual realm, how have they originally... We know that they can, let me say it this way, they can manipulate your mind, make you see almost augmented reality or dream dreams or have visions. In other words, for instance, we see in dreams in the Bible have always came from the things of the day. There's actually a verse in the Bible that says that dreams come from the events of the day. I forget the exact verse, but we'll have to look that up.

13:40 But the, even, do you remember the dream about the stocks of corn and the cows and how one ate the other one? Why did they dream that? Well, it was because that was the events of the day. They were heavily agricultural land, but God used that, right? He used that to portray information. Well, when people see things, when they have dreams and it can be from God, it's usually using the things that are already in their mind because I don't know how exactly how it works, but I can imagine on a sub cellular level, I'm going to get into the science that is probably... It's way out of my comfort zone, but they're probably touching some nerve or some neuron in your brain and going, okay, that's where that is. That's where that is. Let's connect those things so that he thinks about that and we'll add this message to it so he can understand what we're trying to say here.

14:39 It's the same way with the demonic technology. I'm going to use my finger quotes and say technology. They're probably activating something that we've seen before and saying, why don't you think about this over here? And it must be... Alien technology. Now this is all my surmising, but it's interesting to think about because this is what they're seeing and they're saying, well, we're seeing ships, we're seeing all this stuff. Most of the time you're seeing glowing orbs or white round objects. These are probably originally demonic entities, seraphim, cherubim, most likely demonic. Nice. Yeah. Michelle, do you have anything to add to this question? Yeah. Multiple things came to my mind because first of all, that's fantastic. I immediately thought about the Jetsons because what else would they travel in?

15:35 People are always showing up coming out of a spaceship in older cartoons and in current day cartoons. So I was like, yeah, that makes sense, futuristic vehicles. Second point was, what was else you brought up, Brad? Oh, the way they trigger and connect thoughts. Yeah. And then create memories. That also to me makes sense because it's always something familiar to you in a message, like in a dream. When God gave dreams in the Bible, they had to make sense for current day and life so that it was relatable, just like in parables. So really, I think that's interesting and want to see where else that goes later. Do you have any thoughts? Why can't I? Oh, man. What's going on? Wendy. For a split second there, I was like, what is going on here?

16:33 Wendy, do you have any thoughts? Brad was plumbing today, people. I think he maybe huffed a little too much plumbing fumes or something. That red hot blue glue. Oh, man. That stuff is ridiculous. For hours. He's messed up. Yeah. No, honestly, I think you guys covered it well. Aliens are... Yeah. Are fallen angels. We know that. And fallen angels have a lot of power, more than I think we really understand. And I think that the delusion is going to get larger and larger. And I think we're going to be shocked by what we see eventually. But I agree with Brad and the rest of you. I don't think angels need anything to get around with. Even if they're fallen angels, they still have all the capabilities that they had when they were God's angels.

17:21 They just no longer have access to heaven like they used to. So, yeah. I think they have a lot more capability than we really understand. Back to you, Matthew. Well, I just see in the chat, just before we wrap up this, in the chat, people are mentioning Ecclesiastes 5.3. For a dream cometh through the multitude of business. Ah, there it is. And a fool's voice is known by multitude of words. So, there you have it. There's the verse you're looking for. Thank you. Thank you very much. Thank you, Robbie Thornton. And it looks like Rocky got it. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Okay. So, we got that for us as well. Thank you. Rocky. Thanks, guys. Good looking out in the chat. Yeah. We have a great live chat, you know?

18:06 And that's the thing. We're looking on these Thursday nights. We like to interact with some comments that are posted after the show. And we like to look through the chat. And, you know, you guys get interactive. You guys bring up good points and have things to say. And it just enriches the whole experience. So, thank you again to Cam for your question. Just let us know if we did a good job answering it. And everybody who's watching. watching go ahead if you've got a question or a comment just leave it below and uh you know like i said there's a there's a chance that we'll review it on air so thank you very much all right that concludes my portion which was just answering this question i'm gonna hand it on over i'm gonna i'm gonna toss that baton we're playing hot potato tonight uh wendy it's it's it's all yours take it away all right well tonight i'm excited because the main thing we're going to look at is kind of a hot topic near-death experience and i'm just gonna preface it with this my husband and i went and saw the movie afterlife and the reason was because i have a lot of christian friends that when i talk to them about my beliefs on the state of the dead this is always the question that comes up well what about near-death experience and then it's just like this gray foggy area you're like well there's a lot of different explanations but it's so gray you always have to go back to the bible but here we have a documentary first i will say it's really really well made and um it almost reminds me of like a netflix docuseries because it's not boring there's a lot of music it switched between the characters that they were asked about to be interested in he neverوت sameysoon and that оныch i think the funny thing was that it also shows something else about doctor保i and cómo de la comenzar characters, and it keeps you really engaged, but it's made by Christians. And so you have the Christian view, I would say, of what happens in a near-death experience. And so a lot of the clips that we're going to start off with, they are from an interview. Let me just get my notes. We have a lot of clips tonight, so I have notes to keep us on track. Otherwise, I think we'd be here until tomorrow. I do have an outline for you, by the way, Wendy, in the Discord. You check out under show outline, just so you can have... The clips have been ordered, just for a point of reference. Perfect. Thank you, Matthew. Yeah, Matthew's been working really hard. I've been throwing clips at him all week, and he's like, I got it, I got it. So thanks, Matthew. I appreciate that. Yeah, thanks, Matthew, for the editing, too. That's a lot of fun. I love it. I love doing it.

20:49 Yeah. Our first video that we're going to look at, it has the president of Angel Studios, and that is who produced this film. Also, the producer of the film is there. And then four people that were in the documentary. And so we're just going to take a look at, I guess, their opinions and their beliefs of some of the things that happened. They don't really get into the movie too much. It's just their experience. And so we're going to take a look at, I guess, that they've been further delved into during the documentary. So just to preface it, the first one is a guy named Don Piper. And if you've ever heard of 90 Minutes in Heaven, some of you may. It's a movie. It was also a book. But the story for him is he was a traveling pastor, and he's crossing this bridge during a storm, and a semi-truck rolls over his car, and he dies immediately, dead for 90 minutes. And so in the movie, he recounts what took place, like, immediately when he died. So we'll just go right into the clip. Brad, if you want to roll it. Can I ask a question? I'm trying not to reveal too much. Is this the same guy? Wait, who was this again? Tell me the name of him. Don Piper. Okay. No, there was a different guy that had a similar near-death experience that wrote a book. Are we going to talk about him at all?

22:19 I mean, this guy did write a book. I don't know what book you're... Little Kid? Little Kid? No, so that one's called Heaven is for Real. Okay. Are we going to talk about him at all? That kid admitted that they made it up. I was going to say, you took my thunder. I didn't want to say it, because I thought maybe she had the... was going to talk about that. But I was like, are we going to talk about that? It's important. Okay. I will say this real quick. Mercedes in the chat asks, didn't they also make Sound of Freedom? And I believe they did. I think this is the follow-up to Sound of Freedom, which Sound of Freedom was, of course, talking about the child trafficking. And that was really an emotion. I didn't see it, but a lot of people said it was really emotional. It pulled on them. It's something no one's going to argue with. Who's going to come out against child trafficking? I say that, but there were people. So they come up with this follow-up where they built up maybe a bit of credence with that last entry and have a bit of a following. So yeah, from what I've seen, it's done pretty well. All right. They also produced The Chosen, which is one of the biggest Christian series. So it all comes from Angel Studios. Wow. I didn't know they were that interconnected. Yeah.

23:39 I'm learning tonight. You want me to roll it? All right, Brad, when I'm ready. Yes. Okay, here we go. I understand that. I wouldn't have believed any of this. If it hadn't happened to me, I was with Dr. Neil. I'm a skeptic in that regard. So it did happen to me. And the moment I took my last breath on that bridge where the truck went over me, I was standing at the gates of heaven. There are 12 gates in heaven, according to what Scripture tells us. I was at one of them, and it really does look like the inside of an oyster. It's a gate made of pearl. That's not a mythological description. It's a real description, surrounded by people I had known and loved in life who had preceded me in death. They were there to greet me. It became obvious after just a moment that they knew I was coming. I don't think you sneak up on heaven. I think everybody up there knows who's coming. They were prepared for my arrival, and I was surrounded by majesty, glory, light, a light that I couldn't have perceived with earthly eyes, but I didn't have earthly eyes there. It was simply the most real thing that's ever happened to me. That's incredible. Wait, what? So this guy is saying that he saw death. Is this one of the guys that was in the movie?

25:10 Is that? Yeah. So all the people that we're going to see are... Yeah. Experiencers of a near-death experience, and they were all in the movie Afterlife. So this is just an interview with them, kind of divulging in more to get people interested into going and seeing the movie. But yeah. Because it's documentary style, right? Yes. So there's no acting. They're real feelings and experiences. Yeah. So the thing that caught my eye, or my ear, I guess, right away, is him saying he would never have believed it if he hadn't experienced it himself. He's a pastor, and he believes in going to heaven right at death, but he wouldn't have believed about these near-death experiences if he hadn't done it himself, which I think is a telltale sign. It's just like experience seems to trump everything.

26:09 Right. And I think that's a theme that we're going to see, but I want to hear what you guys think. I'm going to be a little... quick with some of these comments, because we have so many clips, I might not ask everybody to comment, but if you have something that, you know, is really pressing on your brain and you want to share, please do. So, yeah, Matthew. The teacher is coming out in Wendy tonight. We will wait to be called on, Wendy. Don't worry. I understand. You have a plan here. Okay. So. Wait, Matthew, you didn't raise your hand. Oh, sorry. NDEs, I think, are a pretty touchy subject because they are, by their nature, a traumatic event that someone has gone through. I believe these people when they say they've experienced things and saw things.

27:03 So it becomes a touchy subject. But when people start saying things that don't align with scripture, that's when you get on thin ice. I know someone who had a near-death experience. Actually, and they saw things that didn't align with the Bible. Oh, yeah. This person is pretty close to me, actually. And yeah, they've told their story to a few people, and it's very it's it's a little too much for me to get into. But let's just say it's it's very suspicious. Some of the things that he experienced, one of which is that he met, quote, the immaculate conception. And keep in mind. This guy who who had this near-death experience, not a Catholic, but that is Marian theology. That is explicitly a Catholic term that's ascribed to Mary because they believe she was immaculately conceived without sin because Jesus, in order to be born sinless, had to be had to be born from a sinless womb.

28:06 They say that she's a clean vessel. And it's a point of contention, really, in Catholicism. If you say, no, Mary was sinful. I mean, it's. As bad as saying that Jesus was sinful, it's maybe even be worse because they say Mary Mary made it so that Jesus wasn't sinful. What are you talking about? So you're kind of implicating Jesus as well, I suppose. But back to the topic of an NDE, a guy like this, he has this experience. And I've talked to him before and said, I think I told him, I think you were visited by demons in your near-death experience. I said, Has anybody ever told you that? He said, No, nobody's ever told me that before. I said. I would seriously think about this. I would pray about it. I'd look at the scriptures and try and figure this out because you're going to talk to a lot of people who are going to either say, hey, oh, that's a that's a cool story.

28:58 It's kind of like when you tell somebody a dream you had. It's like, oh, yeah, that's pretty cool. Well, whatever. But then there are other people who are and I imagine we're going to see some of this. They're into the mysticism aspect and they're going to go, oh, you are divinely chosen. You have a purpose here. And this near-death experience. That you had is really meaningful. And rather than go to the Bible for your theology, draw from this experience that you had and let that lay the foundation for your theology. And that's a dangerous place to be. Certainly. Yeah, absolutely. We have a ton of clips for everyone to share their lovely thoughts, but we're just going to move on. But you had a great a great point there. I love that we can talk about experiences that people had that are close to us. And say, you know, we're not trying to offend anybody that's had a near-death experience, you know, your experience is real to you.

29:55 But, yes, always, we have to line it up with the Bible and see what the Bible says, because in the end, we know that the devil is going to use experience against us. We can't trust our senses if our senses and what we're feeling doesn't line up with the word. So always we have to go back to God's word and hopefully we're going to do that today enough to where people can make a great decision for themselves. So the next clip that we have is the president of Angel Studios, and we'll just let it roll. I just want to see your guys' response to this. I think it's good. Very good. And before we roll it, I just want to plug, we're also streaming on Rumble right now. We have 10 people watching versus our almost we're almost going to hit triple digits here pretty soon in about 11 people. If you guys want to, if you're having trouble with the stream on YouTube, go over to Rumble. You can find us, just type in strangenormal.org.

30:50 All right, here we go. That, you know, we're not mortal beings having spiritual experiences. We're actually spiritual beings having mortal experiences. And so... Wait, what? Say it again. Okay, we're going to roll that back and we're going to play that again. Wow. That, you know, we're not mortal beings having spiritual experiences. We're actually spiritual beings having mortal experiences. Where is that in the Bible? Yeah, and this, so this is the, you know, the owner, right? Yeah, as I have it right, the president of Angel Studios, the guy who's making like the hot Christian content for the day, saying that we aren't physical beings, we're spiritual beings, which, yeah, I mean, I don't know. Implying that we're immortal spiritual beings too.

31:47 Right. That's what Julianne in the chat said. We're not more, we're not immortal. Well, she said, yeah, let's talk about that for a second. Nowhere in the Bible does it say that we are immortal beings, immortal beings. We are absolutely mortal, meaning we can die. The only immortal one is God. I mean, and he sent his son to die. I mean, that was just an epiphany because people are like, wait a second, his son who pre-incarnate would die. I mean, he wanted to interact, God wanted to interact with all the other creation, angels, cherubim, seraphim, and they were like, well, this is God, but he died, died for us, and he died for his creation, and he's now back in heaven, so I think it's fascinating that we think that we can be like God. Where does a Christian get this from, then? Because he's Christian. They're all Christians. It's not in the Bible. Where are they getting it from? Because they believe it. So if you showed them a scripture, would they agree?

33:03 Are they going to have a spin on it? It's just a rhetorical question. Yeah. No, I'm glad you asked that because I'm hoping with all the clips that we see today, that's what we're going to find out. Like, when and where did this switch? Why did the majority of Christians today believe that you die and immediately go to heaven? I do have a scripture that I was hoping to read. My print is just really small here. So 1 Corinthians 15, and then it's 35. This is speaking about basically the transition from our physical body to our spiritual body. So in my book, it's entitled A Glorious Body. But someone will say, how are the dead raised up? And with what body do they come? Foolish one, what you sow is not made alive unless it dies. And what you sow, you do not sow that body that shall be.

33:59 But may your grain, perhaps wheat or some other grain. But God gives it a body as he pleases, and to each seed its own body. All flesh is not the same flesh, but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of animals, another of fish, another of birds. There are also celestial bodies and terrestrial bodies. But the glory of the celestial is one. The glory of the celestial is one. The glory of the terrestrial is another. There is one glory of the sun, another glory of the moon, another glory of the stars. For one star differs from another star in glory. So also is the resurrection of the dead. The body is sown in corruption. It is raised in incorruption. It is sown in dishonor, raised in glory. It is sown in weakness, raised in power. It is sown a natural body.

34:46 It is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body. And there is a spiritual body. So clearly the Bible has a distinction. You do not get your spiritual body until the resurrection. I think that's pretty clear. But Michelle brings up a point. There's a disconnect. Go ahead, Matthew. I was just going to say you nailed it. And the key there, I think, is actually found in the 42nd verse. So also is the resurrection of the dead. That's what prefaces all of that. Knowledge. And I'll tell you what. Before I came to a biblical understanding of the state of the dead, before I understood that the resurrection meant nothing to me, it was actually just so confusing because it's like, why am I going to be in heaven?

35:37 I'm chilling out. I'm with the saints. We're having a great time. And all of a sudden, I'm imagining a whistle blows and it's like, all right, it's like back in the military. Everybody get on the line. Get on the line. We're diving back down to earth. You know, you're going to die. You know, you're shooting into the ground and then you're coming right back up. And it's like, for what purpose? It just doesn't it doesn't add up. But when you understand, it's like, OK, I'm going to die and I'm going to remain dead. And only God can raise me from the dead. And he wants to. He's promised that he's going to. It's called the resurrection. Oh, OK. Suddenly this all makes a lot more sense as to why there's going to be a resurrection in the first place. Yeah. Well said. So we're going to move on to the next one. All right. So Mia, this next video is a man who died in a plane crash. He was an atheist, completely didn't believe in God at all.

36:31 And his plane, it was like him and a pilot, a copilot or something, they crashed into a building that was three stories above ground. And so in the movie, he really details the whole experience, how after the crash, he rose above himself and could see the entire crash site. He followed his ambulance all the way to the hospital. And then there was like a beam of light that sucked him through a tunnel and he met God. So we're just going to hear what he has to say. I will say that this is years afterwards, I think like 30 years after, because he was quite young when this happened, but you can see how the experience did change him. So if you're ready to roll the bread. Here we go. Thank you. I'm going to say this as well, is that his will be done on earth as it is in heaven. And we are, one of the things we are to do is to share that love with others.

37:31 You know, love, the love of God is not something that you can keep. If you keep it, it will dwindle and it'll actually diminish and it'll atrophy. But if you take the love of God. And give it away, it just gets replenished. And then you get more of the love of God. And we can do that here on the earth. There's a lot to be done. And in reality, this first dimension, which is the spiritual dimension, we're all in it right now. Some admit we are, many don't. I understand that. But we're going to never die is the point. We're going to never die. You're already in eternity. And I think we all can agree with the fact that once the body had died, we were, as Dr.

38:28 Mary just said, not only alive, but more alive. You will never die. Those who are listening to us. I'm so confused. The only question is, where will you go when... What? What? Okay, explain that to me. We will... What did he say? So his friend is... Yeah, you'll be more alive. Yeah, you'll be more alive. The catchphrase of the movie is, there's no death. There's just life and more life. And they say that repeatedly. So according to them, there's no such thing as death. Because they say it over when you die. And in these near death experiences, they say that it felt like earth was the dream land.

39:17 And when I had this near death experience, that felt... That felt more real because all their senses were magnified like a thousand times. So they're saying I felt more alive then than I ever did back on earth. So I think this is fascinating because... And for people in the chat, there's actually quite an interesting discussion going on the chat. I want to bring this back to Genesis 3 for a second. Michelle asked a good question in the last clip. Where in the Bible do people get this? Well, actually, I think there is a portion of the Bible. Where this does come from. And in Genesis 3, I hear myself for some reason, I don't know why. But in Genesis 3, I see that the snake talks to Eve and the snake says what?

40:05 He says to Eve, you will not surely die, but you will be as gods. Well, what is it? When we transcend the idea of not dying, if we, this mortal body, it's just say for a second. The duality of the soul, I like to call it that, is a legit thing. If we do die and our spirit or whatever ghostly apparition, which I don't believe that's what spirit means, comes out of the body and goes somewhere, then how... Who's telling you that? Well, it's Satan, right? Satan, you will not surely die and you become something better than you were. Right? Right now, here on earth, you're constrained to something. But when you leave this body, apparently you're not constrained to anything.

41:01 You can walk through walls. You can do a lot more than you can on this earth. Doesn't that make you more alive? More like God? Hmm. So was the snake telling the truth? I mean, that's what people really have to ask themselves if they're believing this. Genesis 3. The snake is telling Eve. You will do not die. This movie is telling people they will not die. Who is the character of this movie? That's all I'm going to say for now. I rose my hand. That's good. That's good. So the next thing I want to do, Brad, you brought up really great points, but that's one scripture that we see the enemy is the one who feeds this lion. I just want to take a look. I know, Brad, you do it a lot on this channel, going through scripture. I'm going to take a look at one that talks about the state of the dead. I think I have some different ones that you haven't shared too much. So I'm going to play teacher and just give you guys some scripture. If you don't mind looking it up for me.

42:02 Is everyone okay with that? I'll raise my hand. Okay. So Brad, I will give you Ezekiel 1820. And then Matthew, while he's looking that up, can you look up Matthew 1626? Yeah. Yeah. Okay. And 28. I think that's right. And then Michelle, can you look up Acts 2.29? And when you have it, just go ahead. Brad, would you? Brad goes first. Ezekiel 1820. The soul that sins, it shall die. The son shall not bear the guilt of the father, nor the father bear the guilt of the son. The righteous of the righteous shall be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon himself. But the first sentence says it all. The soul. The soul. I mean, we're not just talking about the person. I believe the whole person is the soul. But the soul that sinneth, it shall die.

43:12 A lot of people believe the soul does not die. And I believe that's probably what this movie says. I haven't seen it, but I'm fascinated by what you pull out of it. Yeah. Spot on. Clearly there's death in the Bible. Go ahead, Matthew. Do you have yours? I do. Sure. This is Matthew 16, 26 through 28. For what is a man profited if he shall gain the whole world and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? For the Son of Man shall come in glory of his Father with the angels, and then he shall reward every man according to his works. Verily I say unto you, there be some sinners which shall not taste of death till they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom.

44:05 Nice. Now, in this scripture, the thing that really sticks out to me is he tells, he's talking to the apostles, right, right before he dies. And he's telling them kind of some of the things that are going to happen. And he says, some of you will not taste death until you see, you know, the kingdom of God. This was really confusing for me for a while, but if you look at the apostles, right before John sees the book of Revelation, right, he sees the kingdom of God in its fullness through a vision. And so it wasn't talking about like, some of you are going to be there for the return because they all die long before. But what he says is, some of you standing here will not see death until dot, dot, dot. But the point is, they all saw death. None of them continued living. He very pointedly says, death is partial.

45:00 Death is part of the life. So, again, plenty of death for all of the saints in the Bible. Unless you're here when Jesus returns and then you're translated, you know, very, very few of us, I think, will live to see that. Which verse did Matthew just read? Matthew 16. Matthew 16. Someone in the chat said, you guys don't read the New Testament. There is actually souls that go to heaven, and there is a special resurrection that happened when Jesus was alive. That's absolutely true. But, I mean, even Acts 2.29, I don't want to steal anybody's thunder. I don't know if you have this verse on your record. I've got that one to read next. Oh, well, I'm sorry. I didn't hear you give that to her. Go for it.

45:45 I was going to read it. Okay. I'll read from New King James. Men and brethren, let me speak freely to you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his tomb is with us today. I love this verse. I'm so glad I got to read it today because obviously something was going on then that it needed to be clearly said. I think Peter is the one that said it here. Something had to be going on why they would need to include this in their conversations or sermons that were going on. So something was being taught very similar to what we are hearing now. Because why would they need to clarify that? And remember two things. Remember one time, and I think the disciples had some wish-washy beliefs too, because when they were in the boat and they saw Jesus walking, they were afraid and they said, are you a ghost?

46:42 And then when Jesus was like, it's me. And he said, okay, can I come to you? Why would you think and get afraid of a ghost if you didn't believe it another time? Yeah. Right. So obviously. And when Jesus... I think it was Thomas who was afraid and he said, touch me, feel me, I'm real. So why did he have to say that? Obviously there's some belief in ghosts at some time and everybody was willing to hear that part about the ghost and wait for the answer. There's no one in the background saying, of course not. I just listen. When I read the Bible, I play it like a play in my mind and there's no side commentary about that. Even in other commentaries and other history books.

47:30 So I think that was a belief. Really quick. Michelle, since you're in Acts, can you read one more for me? So that was 2.29. Can you also read 2.34? For David did not ascend into the heavens, but he says himself, the Lord said to my Lord, sit at my right hand. You want me to go on 2.35? Nope. That's good. So the point is, some people say, well, you know, yeah, he died. Of course he died, but now he's in heaven. But there it clearly says David did not ascend to the heavens. And then either before or after that, it says that his body saw corruption. So he stayed buried in the grave. Now, Brad, I'm not sure if you're going to talk about what was, I don't see the chat right now, but what's being mentioned in the chat. There were people that were resurrected. Is that what you're going to talk about? I completely forgot what I was going to talk about.

48:27 It was about X, about X 2.29. Yeah, so I just want to find, it's in, man, I want to say it's in. Oh, oh, can I say? Yes, please do. Okay. So I think this is really important because, and everyone, we need to pay attention to this, because if there is something going on here, Satan's a crafty foe. He's going to make the majority believe something. And we all as Christians know that. He's smart. He's not going to say, hey, everybody, you want to go be evil with me? He's going to make the broad way very easy. And even some of the Pharisees said to Jesus, how is there only going to be a little bit of people in heaven?

49:17 And Jesus tactfully answered that question. There is a very, there's a remnant. That's a small little piece left on a big sheet that's going to be, that's making it a paradise, because there's a big deception. And the deception that has been stated from the very beginning is that you can be as gods. You will not surely die. So let's, let's look at this for real quick, because we found, and the reason why this channel exists is because what we're seeing right now, and I don't want to get too far down this rabbit trail, I'm just going to state this just real quick, is we're seeing from Mufasa. From Mufon directors, from Christians outside my church, from, I mean, this is a multi-denominational channel. We are seeing, we're seeing that these events are happening. Things are appearing to people. We're seeing dead loved ones, using my finger quotes, appear to people and tell them to do things that are, are against the Bible, sometimes sexual.

50:15 We're seeing some major, major things happening here, and we're having to admit these deceptions, these deceptions of people appearing to come from heaven and telling people of these things are not of God. They are not people from heaven. So could it be, and you have to take this into consideration, even if you believe that the dead truly float away somewhere and the dead aren't really dead, you have to take into consideration that this is going to be used as a deception. Why? Because maybe it's not biblical. The belief that most of Christianity, and I'm going to say that, I haven't, I don't know if that's 100% true, but I believe most of Christianity believes you float away somewhere when you die. And so I, I challenge everyone to look in your Bible, because there's only a couple places in the Bible where it actually says that it's confusing.

51:11 But the majority of the Bible says you sleep. Even Jesus said you sleep. Off my soapbox. That's good. That's good. You want to say something, Matthew? Are you grunting over there? Yeah, I kind of do. Yeah. It was a little bit of a grunt to say something. Just to, well, I wanted to add a little more of the New Testament because I do, I see this kind of an argument pop up when I discuss this sometimes is that there was some, something changed with Jesus on the cross and something did change. The sins were paid for and the way was open for us to everlasting life, but that everlasting life is given to us in the resurrection. And I believe that Paul had that understanding and he had that expectation because if we read in the fourth chapter of second Timothy, we'll start here at verse seven.

52:07 I have fought a good fight. I have finished my course. I have kept the faith. Henceforth, there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge shall give me at that day. At that day and not to me only, but unto all them also that love is appearing. So he's talking about at a specific time and we know that he's not saying at that day, as in the day when I get martyred for my faith, he's saying at that day and not to me only will that crown be given. It will be given to all those that love is appearing. So that's part of, even when you look at some of the parables where it talks about, there's a harvesting being gathered together. It's because everybody who's died is awaiting the resurrection. And then when the resurrection happens, it's like a harvest.

53:00 All of those souls that have been waiting in the grave come to life and they receive everlasting life and they go on. Now I know that this is, I hope this doesn't bother anybody. I'm going to quote a little bit of the old Testament, but we see this expectation of everlasting life in a resurrection. Even in Daniel. So in Daniel 12, two, and many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake some to everlasting life and some to shame and everlasting contempt. So there's your everlasting life. That's where it's given. The Bible doesn't contradict itself. So it's important for us to lay it out and, and use all of the scriptures to understand, okay, where can I anticipate this? I don't think Jesus was a liar. I don't think that, oh, Brad, you're like glaring. Okay.

53:49 Leaping up and down, man. What's going on? Go for it. Go for it. Keep going. Finish your thought. I'm just going to say, I don't think Jesus was a liar. I don't think I'm throwing away the new Testament with this understanding. To me, it is a whole Bible approach where I take all of the scriptures and say, okay, what are they talking about? Because they're not going to contradict each other. One thing is not going to cancel out another thing. So what makes the most sense to me is that I will live. I will not die. I will not be permanently dead. I will receive everlasting life. I will receive everlasting life in the resurrection or I'll be translated, which, folks, that's looking like a very real possibility. Pray to be translated because I think we're living in the days where that could be a thing. Go ahead, Brad. I know. I don't want to get you bottled up any longer. I agree with you. But I also want to address some of the, I mean, the chat is blowing up right now.

54:41 And I want to address something in the chat real quick. People say Luke 23, 42. He says, then he said, Jesus said, remember me when, or not Jesus said, he said to Jesus, the thief on the cross, remember me when you come into the kingdom. Jesus answered him, truly, I tell you today, you will be with me in paradise. Now, what is he saying there? Truly, I tell you, truly, I tell you today, comma, I will be there in paradise. Or truly, I tell you, I tell you, comma, today I'll be in paradise. Remember, the commas and the periods and all that, that didn't exist. That's not part of the translation. It had to be added in. Yes, because if you look at the original, it's just a block of text. You didn't raise your hand, Matthew. It's just a block of text. There's not even any indentations or spaces or anything.

55:27 There's no chapters even. It just runs and runs. We added chapters, verses, commas, punctuation so that it can be read by, well, I mean, this was back in the day. It could be read by them and for our time as well. Go on, Brad. Didn't mean to cut you off. And how do we know this? Well, we have proof in the other parts of the Bible. So check this out. Let's go to John 20, 17. John 20, 17, King James Version says, Jesus said unto her, Okay, what's he talking to? You talking to Mary after he rose from the dead? Do not touch me, for not yet have I ascended to the Father. He hadn't gone to heaven yet. He hasn't gone to heaven. How could he meet the thief on the cross in heaven if he hasn't even been there yet? And so I think it's fascinating that this verse, this verse is brought up and brought up and brought up, but it's a misappropriation of that one comma that changes that entire sentence into thinking that Jesus went to heaven to be with the thief on the cross.

56:28 He's not there yet. He's going to be resurrected someday. And he will. He will be in heaven. Anyway, right over. You know, that's a good point, though, because when we look at people that have had near-death experience, I know, or, you know, I think a lot of people gravitate towards these theories when they've had somebody close to them recently die, because it's so comforting to them to think that they died and now they're with Jesus in heaven. That's beautiful. But even though we believe when you die, you rest in the ground, you're sleeping completely unconscious until Christ returns. If you are dead, it's basically the same thing as dying and then going to heaven, because it's a second of time. You are completely unconscious. It's not like they're, you know, there's a huge span of blackness that they're enduring forever. There's nothing there. When they wake up, the first thing they're going to see is the resurrection of Christ. And that was one of the scriptures I wanted to read was in Thessalonians.

57:29 It says the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a shout, the voice of an archangel and with the trump of God and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. So if you have loved ones who have deceased, they are dead and waiting for you with Jesus in the grave. And when Jesus returns, everybody's coming together at the same time. Like what a better reunion. It's not just Jesus. It's everybody who loves Jesus all at once. Now I have, um, a friend who was saying, well, I believe, you know, when you die, you go to heaven and, um, at the resurrection, you go with Christ.

58:19 And that's when your body's resurrected. But we just looked at that. What dies is your physical body. And when Christ returns, you get a spiritual body. So is that old body even necessary? I mean, what about the people who are martyred or, you know, people who are cremated and then spread ashes around the world? I don't think, God really needs that physical body anymore. You're given a new creation at that point. And like Matthew is saying, what's the point of the up and down? I think it's really clear. Once you start looking at the Bible from a new perspective, if you take this, um, this perspective into account and start reading the Bible and saying, wait, this actually fits all of these different scriptures. You don't have to, you know, piece it all together to make it then fit what you've always believed. Um, I do have one more just for that chat that you were talking about. They said when Jesus was resurrected, they were people that were resurrected with him. And that's true. It's, it's definitely a special resurrection, but it speaks of this, I think in first Corinthians 15.

59:19 So it says, um, it's 15, 22, whereas an Adam all die. Even so in Christ, all shall be made alive, but each one in his own order, Christ, the first fruits afterward, those who are Christ's at his coming. Very clear. We will all be made alive. It doesn't even say you'll get your new body. It's just that you're made alive. Soul goes on living and thinking. I mean, that's, that's the term alive. Be either dead or alive. If you are thinking you are alive. So we are made alive in our own order. Christ, the first fruits, which I believe are those who were resurrected with Christ. That was the first fruit of his resurrection. That's like what they call what the grain offering, you give your best to God, um, at the beginning of the harvest, right?

1:00:12 And thinks of the, what you're going to get at the end of the harvest. That was the Hebrew, um, tradition with the grain offering, I believe. And then afterwards, those who are Christ's at his coming. So yeah, like, like Brad saying, if this isn't your view, that you don't sleep in the dust of the earth until Christ comes back. Like I just challenge you reread the Bible with a different set of eyes. And just see how it all fits. My favorite go-to is if you don't believe what, sorry, I didn't mean to cut you off. Uh, if you don't believe what Christ said, Christ said, Lazarus sleeps. And the disciples said, well, if he's going to have a sleep, he's going to wake up. No, Lazarus is dead. That's what he said. But then the argument, then the argument there would be Jesus hadn't died on the cross yet. So there's something different. Lazarus was in a dead state. Where is that in the Bible?

1:01:03 This is not, this is not, I will. I mean, this is a belief that's held in mainstream Christianity. I'm not saying if you hold this belief and you're watching the video or you're in the chat, I don't think you're less than holy. Yeah. I'm not coming at you and saying you're not a Christian because you hold these beliefs or you haven't read the Bible. If you, if you hold these beliefs, I get it. I had a lot of different convictions at one point in my life and they look very differently from what I have now. This is something that I just recommend to pray about. Uh, it's important to respect people's convictions when they stand by it. And especially when they're providing scripture, because it's showing that you're in the word of God, you're invested. And I think that you're only doing this as the same place that we're coming from. It's saying, well, I have a conviction. I want to share that conviction. Here's the verses that I've seen. Here's the biblical understanding that I have.

1:01:53 I'm sharing it with you. And I know that that's, uh, what's coming back towards us. So, uh, yeah, that's why I just wanted to give that point of view, Brad, because I think that, you know, there are arguments that take place in, uh, within the, the church really. I mean, this is what it is. I don't think that, um, I'm arguing with people who are not Christian, uh, because they don't have the same point of view as me. I think it's just, uh, you know, a matter of misunderstanding. I'm sure that I've got something mixed up. My theology is not a hundred percent. And, uh, I'm going to get reproved in heaven. I'm going to get a chance to see things. And, uh, we'll be in agreement because at that point, you know, we have the perfect teacher right there in front of us. And, and we can just ask the question, get the answer and say, Hey, I'm satisfied. But, uh, yeah. So, so what about, what about John 11, 25 to 26?

1:02:43 Jesus said, I am the resurrection and life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, shall he live, shall he live? And everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Does that prove that people don't die when they're a soul? No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. It doesn't make any sense. Hmm. huh? I think Jesus answered it already. Didn't he. He said that, that you shall not die. Uh, if you, what, it's a contingency. I'm the restaurants. Whoever believes in me, though he died, shall he live? Everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. There's coming a time where we're going to heaven. We're never going to die again. Death is killed. Destroyed. foe right anyway well doesn't it say right there though he shall die he shall live so it's like he shall die you shall go into a state of dead you're dead and then you shall live that to me just says okay you're dead you're and then you receive life at the resurrection that's part of why i do think the resurrection is a very uh i don't know it's such an important point because realistically i just don't see a purpose to it unless i'm dead dead right and i need to be brought back to life by a god that is the only one who has the power to bring me back from the dead so very good i don't do we want to get on to some more clips before i know we totally rabbit trailed but yeah well this is the title of the video for your big title here so of course yeah we got to lay the foundation for why you know why these people could potentially be deceived in this so yeah moving on um i don't even think i need to introduce this um this well i guess i won't so this guy um the next clip he he was an atheist and he actually he had a really bad near-death experience where he went to hell and then um he cried out to god because he couldn't handle it and then god came and rescued him um so i included this clip just to show that some people do have near-death experiences and they change them for the better because he went from atheist to a christian so go ahead brad you can roll it near-death experiences they see something like paradise and so forth and you know and hell but i believe there's only one way to the kingdom of god which is a relationship with his son jesus and i believe that in other religions you could have experiences because even as a buddhist i had spiritual experiences but when it came down to really really counting and this is where i cannot be politically correct i believe there's only one god over every nation which god says he loves he's the god of jacob and esau i do believe with all my heart he loves everyone in palestine as much as israel as much as india china the u.s and this is where every human being is accountable to god on his or her own and that he must be he or she must be right with god so yeah i do believe god gives glimpses of spiritual tastes and experiences in other religions but for eternity you do have to have a right relationship with god and it's only possible through uh the love of his one and son jesus interesting yeah um so the question that the director or sorry the um the president of angel studios asked him he said everybody's asking this question specifically for i think his name is steve um and they were asking do near-death events happen to people in other religions and what does that look like and that was his answer

1:06:33 um it kind of skirted the question completely because he didn't really talk about what other religions go through he just talked about his own experience but i really respected his answer and the fact that he gave credence he you know gave glory to jesus christ where in the movie i think one character talks about jesus and what they say repeatedly in the film is that there's always a religious figure that is seen in an animal named to be a prophet who is being worshipped by a god that's like a продigal god i don't know what they look like at this point um but he says there's a god in the world that's like a god that's about to come to life and i'm like hey my god that's about to come to life if you don't name him by an enochus some people see jesus some people see you know krishna some people see buddha some people see whoever i don't know some of these ascended masters from the new age faith but that really isn't brought up much in the documentary at all because it has a christian perspective so this was the clip that is played directly before this next one and i want you to see listen to how he twists that guy's word just just listen all right man i i love that my my i have a brother who said um he said he was talking to someone and they were basically asking what about all the people from other religions who pray to different gods or whatever it is and then they have you know experiences where they feel like their prayers were answered and my brother's like well i don't know exactly everything about that but he's like regardless of what god we pray to he's like it's the same god that's answering the prayers he's like you you know someone may have faith and that they're praying to something and and our like you said it's our god's a god of love he loves everyone he loves all of his children and so um that being said we all may pray to different gods but the same god is answering all of our prayers and so anyway i just love i love your statement that was that was awesome man i i love that my sorry i pressed the wrong button there so i'm gonna go to michelle what do you think about that michelle i've been keeping track of the patterns that i'm hearing and i i'm waiting for red flags but i don't see them oh my goodness it's everybody has it comes out to be a conversion at the end but more often than not it's a conversion to something similar so i just see that pattern that they're i don't hear anybody saying i dove into it i dove into the bible after that or i started some kind of study or prayer mission it's just like i got this information go back to life with new information that i'm going to use and live by this now and the bible transforms it doesn't just inform you with lots of data for you to just say okay i got it download it and move on it transforms you i'm not seeing transformation i'm just hearing this enlightened this enlightenment about how i now know this to be true for me because of my experience and i just i don't see it almost like they got a download as ufology says yeah well i'm just gonna highlight something here because i don't know if you all caught this but this to me was like a huge huge red flag the one guy says way to god is through jesus christ and then the i keep mixing it up in my head the president of angel studios gets on and says yeah yeah i love the way you said that because all these religions when they have near-death experiences what we're assuming about it is we're all praying to different gods but really we're praying to the same god wait what so people playing praying to buddha are praying to to god people praying to krishna god these different personalities to reach each person yeah ecumenical i'm sorry that's not how it works there is one way to god and that's through jesus christ there aren't multiple ways you know jesus says that other um how does he how does he word it other wolves i forget the wording that other people other you know all religions will try to get through into the sheep pen i think he calls it wolves other sheep will try to get but they don't go through the door you know if you try to enter heaven any other way besides jesus then that's a false way that's a false path and so what we're going to start looking at um is what the world thinks about this because they're not alone these are popular christian views and saying that you know all these different religions they're pretty similar and you know you might call it this i might call it that but we're talking about the same thing this isn't just a christian a new popular christian perspective so we're going to kind of break that down and see again where that comes from but the next uh clip here that we're going to see i have two

1:11:37 reviews from christians and they watched the movie and they both said after watching it yeah absolutely if you're a christian or not you should go see this film it's really good so the first one is from a guy named vlad just um to be honest i've never seen any of his videos at all youtube like threw this video at me because i have near-death experience videos now on the algorithm for my youtube so it's like hey watch this one and so i just thought it was really curious what he says in this short little clip so go ahead brad and let it roll praise that someone said in the movie that just just touched me is the fact that when they went into the other realm they felt like life on earth was sleeping like it's almost like that was more real than anything to me that's just an incredible reminder that the bible calls death sleep the bible calls you know that we will be truly alive when we come to be with the lord the movie is not an action flick okay so he said that we will the reason why the bible says uh this life is asleep he says death is asleep it's not this life is asleep that's not what the bible says death is asleep how can you twist scripture more that blows my mind it was interesting disappointed with vlad because i watch some of his videos sometimes and he's so close and i always just hope that he will get there but it sounds like the movie is changing people's minds to confirm things that sound like they could work it sounds like it could make sense it's like a recipe yeah i could swap this and swap that that could work i i don't remember anywhere in the bible that it says this life is asleep yeah it's specifically death that's referred to as asleep again and again i know that it's there's the verses i talk about we see through a glass darkly uh now in this life maybe he's like alluding to that and he's getting mixed up i don't know sometimes i try to give people the benefit of the doubt if i don't know their entire i don't really know this guy's theology uh i've seen him pop up in my recommended i just haven't uh watched his videos but yeah it just seems a little mixed up and you just you don't want to be mixed up on this topic especially knowing knowing what we know on this channel talking about the deception that's coming we believe that eventually satan and his angels will come and they'll pose as um non-human intelligences unspecific yeah from a non-specified origin and they're gonna do some miraculous things here on earth and one of those things is they're to bring they are not actually going to but they're going to create the illusion that the dead have risen and it's going to be very very hard for people to reject their loved ones because you're suffering if you've anyone close to you have died there's pain there there is um because death is a very unnatural thing we were we were created to live forever but we we suffer this death and uh it's just it really messes with us and satan knows that so he plays on our some of our insecurities or the emotional damage from death and one of the best ways he's going to do it is by bringing back people which are not really people it's going to be fallen angels posing as your loved ones and they're going to tell you how wonderful heaven is they're going to tell you i was watching you and i was cheering you on you know say you overcame an addiction and you were praying it's like i was there yeah you can just endorse the whole idea of the sainthood oh you were praying to god i was there praying along with you don't worry about it you had a whole cheering section look you know these five generations back we were all watching you and pulling for you the whole time and we're just so happy to be with you right now it's gonna yeah it's gonna really shake people up and i i feel like i don't know if there's anything i can push through to people on this issue regardless of what you believe about the state of the dead know that these fallen angels can can become imposters and can pose as your loved ones and will try to lead you into false worship so i this is part of why the resurrection is so important and it happens with the day of the lord and we have to understand the day of the lord is a day of destruction that uh the wicked dread i mean it's described in the bible they're running and hiding under the mountains and saying fall on us rocks hide us from the wrath of the lamb this is not a fun time where everyone on earth is just kind of jumping around rejoicing so when you see that happening everyone's yeah yeah exactly the dead are walking around read revelation remember it's a closed yeah yeah yeah too scary and they have no idea what

1:16:36 you're talking about so yeah it's a shame well it's a shame i know it's a shame because revelation has some of the best encouragement really uh for christians it's got some of the best reassurance it's just because it talks about the destruction of this world but if you have uh if you have an understanding of what this world has gone through the sin i mean jesus said that it's going to wax old like a garment eventually when that garment gets all ripped up with holes in it there's no point in sewing new patches on that garment you got to throw it away you got to get rid of it and that's what jesus is coming to do he's going to clean house and that's okay when all this stuff goes away because there's a new heaven and a new earth in store yeah yeah no michelle but you bring up a great point because you miss out on so much rich like i said reassurance wisdom i mean yeah blessed is he who isn't that what it says in the very first chapter revelation blessed is he who reads his book and understands verse doesn't seem like a closed book to me i don't know that's my two cents that's good all right well moving on we have one more um clip that is another christian who's looking at the film and he actually has a word of caution and he's saying that he still recommends the film but you'll see why he cautions them it's entitled um wait where'd it go christians before you see after death watch this so it's his review so brad if you would roll it all right experiences as an apologetic for there being life after death but not necessarily an apologetic for anything that has any greater theological significance so you'll have to keep that in mind as you watch the film so that way you don't leave the theater believing that all near-death experiences are essentially christian in nature and that's what we're seeing in the first part of the film as well as the reality of christianity but then the only concern is that people will start to look more at the near-death experiences and will quickly become confused as so many of the subjective experiences of heaven and god not only contradict each other but more importantly the bible and objective evidence for christianity that we do have oh that was a great point yeah i completely forgot about it yeah yeah i mean every if you look into all the different books that are written about near-death experiences and all this stuff i've completely forgot about that they all don't really give a shit line up one person says they saw old people in heaven all the person says that there there were people that they didn't get old in heaven another person says they saw babies others said there were no babies another person says i mean all these near-death experience and then one person all together said oh i just made it all up and so all the people can't align on the same thing and they saw the same place red flags hello i mean something's going on here and it might be something about how you are remember how we talked about in the beginning of the show how you perceive and what you remember about things you know what would work what would work if it would make you happy to see babies then that's what you see makes you happy to see elderly people that's what you see yeah you're not actually seeing heaven because you're not there yeah and i oh sorry it's okay i have a quick interjection you go could you go wendy uh i'm not cutting you off so i was just gonna say what i noticed in the film was that before they explained their near-death experience each of them gave a little bit of their background and what you noticed in the first the very first clip with don piper he was the pastor he's the one that saw the pearly gates he saw the huge description of the new jerusalem because he's familiar with the bible that's what he's expecting to see where the atheist he went down to a deep dark hole and started being attacked by evil entities because he expected some place to exist with like if you die and then you find out you're still alive you're gonna know oh okay so i guess i'm not with god and then your brain's gonna fill in the blanks right okay now there's gonna be demons and so he's like attacked by demons and then eventually he calls out to god so yeah it's like all these different um near-death experiences based on what they believed before dying and based on you know just what they were expecting to happen after death so yeah go ahead matthew i just have to bring attention to the article that i read a couple weeks back now on the thursday show it was a an article about pope francis calling for a paradigm shift in theology and in the very first paragraph it said pope francis has called for a paradigm shift in catholic theology that takes widespread engagement with contemporary science culture and and here it is people's lives

1:21:25 lived experience as an essential starting point notice how scripture is not an essential starting point the word of god and no that's not an essential starting point but people's lived experience now that's an essential starting point and this is i think what this man was warning against is people have these experiences and a near-death experience it doesn't mean you died you are near death you're still alive that's a lived experience that you had that is going to become something that people uh will take as the cornerstone of their theological understandings and the pope it's funny the pope is here endorsing that i think that the pope would hear someone's near death experience to go yes yes use that well who did you meet in your near-death experience see if you can pray to them open up a dialogue with some of the beings you saw in your near-death experience you know and just totally mislead people but yeah i just think it's funny and don't call it near-death experience since you're not going to die anyway that's the very right from their experience they're not about to die right they're about to have more life so go ahead and change that i have one thing to say and the definition i rose my hand i rose my hand uh skid has a uh thank you so much for your super chat he says the panel is beautiful on this subject oh excuse me what am i saying my inflection is not a number at syllable um the panel is beautiful on this subject matter rarely are these death experiences scripturally examined thank you thank you skid appreciate it that's how we thank you okay so we're gonna move on to an entirely new um youtube video that we're gonna critique so this next one is gonna show us what the hindus believe about life and death and the near-death experience so this one is entitled near-death experiences and it's professor emory brown from mit and he's asking um said guru what he believes is going on so you'll be able to see from his outfit that he's a distinguished um yogi that they all obviously respect so go ahead brad let's check him out and we see these sometimes where certain of the drugs we give patients they report out-of-body experiences when we say death the definition of death on one level is you lost your body that's what it is so i mean let's not go into other areas they'll get you into a very fuzzy places uh about near-death experience what what is being referred to as meditation we have a certain type of meditation called shunya that means shunya literally translates as emptiness that's not the right translation but there's no appropriate word in english so it's emptiness or nothingness so if you settle down into shunya meditation it's not near death it's actually death but conscious death suppose you're riding a bicycle i got distracted by the music what was the last thing he said i thought i was going he said when you're meditating you actually die he and you're having a conscious death that's um yeah that's the two opposites you can't be conscious and dead well i'm guessing this man you're going to call out the nonsense though at least call out the nonsense that they just change words and definitions to match the point they're trying to make yes well part of it is that they're having these experiences and you know they're unnatural experiences so there really aren't adequate words to describe what they're going through so they have to attribute something to it you know they have to say like well what happened to me while i was in that trance state i must have been dead but i wasn't really dead my heart didn't stop i must have been consciously dead yeah that's it i was consciously dead while i was meditating and that's where you go with that type of a thing and and what it sounds like this man subscribes to a theology that promotes ego death which that's like a buddhist eastern kind of idea is that the ego loudly describes thehost Lori, her mother isn't actually ghost... przyposed as a ghost ,sixbee and axomf did a tales phrase aboutがだ .The cell phone number And there is a part where the love of man is living in a condition where he's unconsciously dead.

1:25:59 to die so that it can be incorporated into the larger cosmic force uh that's that's out there so again it's uh it's not fun bible says that we need to decrease so jesus can increase it with i'm sorry increase in us it to me it sounds like a um counterfeit to that it's it is kind of it's twisted because i don't believe that god wants to uh like yes we're supposed to decrease because our desires right now uh they contradict the desires that god has for us because our hearts are wicked and full of deceit and you know who can know it only god can really know your heart you can't even know your heart so uh what what that means is yeah we're supposed to allow bring every thought captive to jesus christ but i don't think we're supposed to lose our individuality necessarily because god created you lovingly he desires relationship with you and it's not like he he's out to uh i don't know like plaster over everybody and make us all gray blobs that just are subservient to him i think he likes the uh diverse aspect of his creation where you take one person and stand them next to another person that's it like that is the rarest commodity on earth is a human life because no two humans human lives are the same and god knows that and he loves that and it's just that's part of the beautiful aspect of having an infinite god a god who's infinitely creative he can continue to make these unique beings that have unique relationships with him and that's really what it's all about i i think that michelle brings up a really good point though because as you know time rolls to a close i think the enemy is going to use scripture and twist it and say look this is exactly what it's saying so she's saying yeah that sounded a lot like you know he needs to increase i will decrease and then you know you have the new agers that are saying the same you know it's all christ consciousness it's not me it's not you it's we so i know i can see how the enemy could twist that so yeah you really need to be in the word and know the context of what these scriptures mean so that you're not easily twisted around in this um unless brad has a comment we're just gonna keep going with this yogi because he says some great things let's do it okay all kinds of things stand up on the handlebar and turn around jump all this why it's a certain mastery certain balance and mastery now you can jump off the cycle and again jump back and do all these things similarly with your body if you have a certain amount of mastery you can jump off and jump back quite effortlessly now it is happening accidentally because of some medication or for many people's during 60s 70s lsd time there were a whole lot of people talking about this thing sir it's your time it was your time metaphorically so a whole lot of people talking about this and it really happened to them it's not that they were imagining things it actually happened happened to many of them okay so what happened to them well he's talking about the near-death experiences but he's saying that just like riding a bike it's something that you can master so he's saying um those who practice this meditation if you do it long enough you can learn how to enter that state without the drugs you can learn how to alter your own consciousness to where you can have these out-of-body experiences just whenever you want to at your own whim if you've mastered this within your own consciousness so like astral projection yeah very much a new age you know type practice but i think it's interesting that the very same things that are called near-death experiences he's saying well yeah you could call it that but also you can you can do it with drugs or if you're like we are you can just meditate and learn how to do it all by yourself so it's interesting that he's comparing the two um if anybody doesn't have a really good comment we're just going to keep going because we got a lot of clips here happens to people if you put a gun to somebody's head and just shoot and miss them or it's a blank they almost died near-death experience they'll blank out for some time and then they come back

1:30:49 they really think they went away and they came back and they saw a scene also from the top because that's because of the hollywood so human mind is capable of creating many dimensions of experiences it need not be construed as death it's life in reality there is no such thing as death it's life life and life alone moving from one dimension to another another dimension to another so if if i lose one dimension it looks like death that is it it's fascinating to me that this we get um he he seems to be all over the place because he says that this is happening all the time and he said this was about drugs in one instance another clip or something like that and then he said this is um i'm confused what is he trying to say yeah he also said that you the human mind can create multiple experiences so the possibilities are endless so i can just think of what i want and now it's valid well kind of so he's he's going along with the idea of there is no death after death it's just more life so he's saying your consciousness has multiple dimensions and so after you lose your physical body you keep living he's essentially saying the exact same thing that all of those in the near-death experience after death we're saying is that there's no death there's just life and then there's more life and he's saying again like people can experience this goodbye brad sorry i'm having some light trouble apparently okay someone trying to tell me something no i'm kidding but he's just essentially saying the same thing and you can reach these states through either um and a near-death experience he's saying because basically your brain freaks out when you're close to death yeah and you kind of you know jump to this new level of consciousness according to this guy but he's saying there's other ways of reaching it you can reach it through drugs and you can reach it through meditation so i just found it fascinating that yeah well how does he know um there's no near-death experience of his own i think it's just looking at what people are saying they experienced he's saying yeah i've experienced those same things and it's phenomenal and i don't know i don't know how to do it through you know this method um i don't know it's i think it's alarming that he's has the exact same description with his meditation that these people are having with their near-death experiences do you have something to say matthew i always feel like you've got something or should we keep rolling oh no we can keep it rolling i think there's plenty of opportunity for discussion you answered well okay so back to you know what michelle said in the very first part of the beginning how did this happen like how did christianity then blend their ideas about what happens after death with obviously the hindu religion they believe the same thing there's no death it's just life and more life life just keeps going and so the next bunch of clips like the rest of this show is going to be devoted to mystified by chris lang and i brought i asked michelle if she would join us because mystified is an amazing documentary and it's three hours long but it is well worth it and it's going to be a lot of fun and it's going to be a lot of worth it because it shows the progression of mysticism and how it has changed religion over the past uh couple i mean really since jesus right before jesus it starts with like plato and how the greeks brought in these ideas um but talking with michelle through uh patreon she said that she watched it four times i was so impressed by that so i was like you have to come on and help us talk about it so um the first thing i want to do is matthew or no sorry yeah we give matthew a photo so brad if you can just put up it should be a photo of blavatsky it's like a quote from her okay actually i have one that's called before first mystified clip yep that's it okay okay so it says this is blavatsky and she says never did i not exist nor you nor will any of us ever hereafter cease to be wow and so this is from you know her book you can see on the screen the voice of

1:35:33 the silence and this is um by blavatsky but i honestly didn't know much about her and so i asked for michelle to do an introduction for us so if you want to skip to the next picture and then michelle is just gonna explain to our audience who she is yeah please okay so while watching an episode of what's up prof uh episode 177 which was last week this links with um well you'll see so what's up prof which uh matthew and brad were talking about last episode about who walter by this so if you know about him you know that he always brings the receipts so i looked up some more about her because i've known her name but i didn't really understand how she was connected to new age so this is all that i've found in the last 24 hours so the episode of what's up prof episode 177 walter by includes the godmother of the new age movement miss helena blavatsky also known as madame blavatsky and she helped introduce eastern spiritual practices like the ones covered in the movie mystified to the west she founded theosophy or the theosophical society which is just a straightforward worship of lucifer so it was her writings that shaped the new age movement she was known as like a notorious mystic occultist she was known as like a notorious mystic occultist she was known as like a notorious mystic occultist medium and founded the theophacy sorry the oh gosh theosophy right uh which it marries the major religions the major world religions have been together so it's the most ecumenical thing i've ever heard theosophy it links reincarnation karma with the universal brotherhood that they believe will lead to social improvement so that's who she is thank you thank you you're welcome okay so the first clip that we're going to watch is um it's gonna just kind of show oh man so it took place after the um chris lang talks about the vatican too and this is an ecumenical movement and it's a council that they um they put together and like it's six oh man i forget when matthew do you know when that was put together man of knowledge in the 60s was it in the 60s i don't know i don't know i don't know i don't know i don't understand when i was 16 the accounts which就是 vatican too yeah vatican ii is from the 60s okay so yeah it's a council um that they they put together and it was basically gathering the world's religions to see you know what do we have in common and how can we basically further our catholic through this union of religions and so this first clip will show you um what they accomplished at the vatican tube the world's religion to see you know what do we have in common and how can we basically further our catholic agenda through this union of religions and so this first clip will show you what they accomplished at the vatican tube so um hell of a big amount of time i think this is great i was trying to vatican too so i have an image next well yeah we have some more images about uh helena blavatsky and then also uh gary kha this is yeah more of michelle's stuff okay right so the theosophical society um and there it is again it's again a universal brotherhood it's studying all the comparative religions so finding the um where the similarities why does this matter because they're going to explain as you'll see later how vatican ii is using the same mindset so you can go on to the next clip too all right there it is because how did i get this where did this come from so walter weith uses this chart which comes from jerry gary kha and carrie got gary kha came up with all the connections here and there it is the theosophical society leading right to the new age movement but above that what do we have the eastern religions hinduism buddhism shintoism and just so for anybody who's like why should i even trust this where did this come from gary khan at a young age like in the 80s he worked for the government of indiana in the united states in the commerce department engaging our embassies um about how to increase and promote exporting so that they could have more jobs in india so it would create more jobs if they could increase exporting so he got to travel to over 20 countries in his work and he discovered that there was a plan in place to unite the world religions that would lead to creating a single global government he noticed all the parties involved there was a severe hatred that they expressed for conservative jews and conservative christians he was really bothered by this

1:40:19 he kept studying while working so for six years he wrote researched all still working for the state department so he's on state department payroll investigating this privately but he's also speaking out about it so he's experiencing success at work getting awards and doing well but he's still speaking out and finally his job gives him an ultimatum and so he left that job believing that the lord was directing him to share this knowledge through ministry so we can trust that he's a good person he's a good person he's a good person and it really did happen in a way that a lot of us don't think about but he gave it to his family so then we can help that part of america so i just wanted to mention that he has been using a lot of religion i think it's been a very interesting interest on u.s history for him um and he's been teaching and helping people spread this knowledge and he's not just thinking about religion or religion i'm talking about religion and the life of religion um he's been teaching about religion and the life of religion and i think we would consider it a little morevest um but i think it's been a great opportunity for him to be part of those people's lives occupation. Nice. You'll have to check that out. So you can know who he is. Yeah, that is interesting. Very good. Oh, great. All right, well, let's move on to the next clip. I kind of already introduced it, so we'll just watch it and have your comments. Elvis's favorite was the autobiography of Paramahansa Yogananda, a Hindu guru who founded the Self-Realization Fellowship. In 1925, the LA Times described Yogananda as a Hindu invading the United States to bring God, preaching the essence of Christian doctrine. According to Larry Geller, Elvis tried to join this group, which also quotes the Bible, and prays to Jesus and other gods, including Yogananda, who died in 1952. Heavenly Father, Mother, Friend, Beloved God, Jesus Christ, Bhagavan Krishna, Avatar Babaji, Lahiri Mahasaya, Swami Sri Yukteswar, our beloved guru, Paramahansa Yoganandaji, saints of all religions, we bow to you all. You should feel... So, yeah, the thing here is that Jesus rightfully made himself equal to the Father, and now all of these men are just putting these sinful mortal men on the same level as Jesus Christ. And, you know, what nonsense? We have a Hindu preaching the essence of Christian doctrine? From where?

1:43:21 What? That doesn't make any sense. What? I mean, it's like saying, yeah, a Muslim went over to Japan and started teaching them all about Shintoism. No, that's not how it works, buddy. It's just okay for Christianity, because everyone just tries to steamroll and bulldoze Christianity and just say, oh, no, you Christians misunderstand your own Bible. You fundamentalists misunderstand your own Bible. Well, no, that's not the case at all. I let the Bible stand on its own. I believe every single word in the Bible. And it's good enough for me. I don't need someone who practices another religion to come over and teach me the essence of what I believe in. It's just ridiculous. We're just as passionate about what we believe as what they think they believe. So why do they have to correct us and tell us we're wrong? Yeah. Yeah. Well, on top of it... Well, yeah, sorry. That's okay. If you have a thought... I was just... If they're blatantly going against the teachings of Jesus Christ and the teachings of the Bible, and they're incorporating prayer into all of these different men, praying to them, it's like, do you even need to go any further? This is why the Bible says you can judge these things by their fruits, because all you need to do is just look and see, okay, is this coming from the true vine? We look at the fruit that it's bearing. And if the fruit that it's bearing is in direct contradiction, then it's not true. It's not true. It's not true. It's not true. It's not true. It's not true. It's not true. It's not true. It's not true. It's not true. It's not true.

1:44:56 It's a no-brainer for me. I can just easily brush it aside and say, nope, this is a deception. This is a snare. I'm not going to pay it any mind. So the reason I included this clip, it actually wasn't the one I thought about the Vatican II and what they accomplished. I have a clip later that almost says the exact same thing, but then it ties what they did in the Vatican II to occultism. So I just took out the repeat clip. But this one I included as the first one from this... mystified because i found it so interesting that here in the the first couple set of interviews the angel studios president is saying you know it doesn't matter who you pray to we're all praying to the same god and then you hear this you know this yogi teaching these people yeah we're gonna pray to all these people because it's all one and it's all the same so here we have popular christianity today uh you know marrying this idea that comes from hinduism it's not a christian belief at all but it's very dangerous when you have the president of angel studios who's making these movies and then openly saying things like this it's very very dangerous and so that's why i felt like it was necessary to connect all this and and open people's eyes to what's being pushed out there so um the next clip is going to talk about interfaithism and how interfaithism is the same thing as witchcraft a matter of awareness and if you're accessing the now god being consciousness what is use whatever word you're comfortable with it doesn't really matter it doesn't really matter it doesn't really matter richard rohr is consistent with the book the common heart a 20-year review of annual interface with buddhists tend to sufi muslim jewish christian Native American shaman participants, where they agreed that God is too big to fit into one religion. Spiritual authority is based on inner experience, and a person's soul is divine.

1:47:03 That holy scriptures are only respected if they lead to the greater authority, self-knowledge. These concepts about God and the nature of man are identical to witchcraft, a form of shamanism. Authors and well-known witches Lori Cabot and Sybil Leak explain. The circle represents God and goddess, or the Tao, the force, the all. The five-pointed star represents your arms, your head, your legs, humankind, and all animals, all living beings on earth is what that star represents. That means your knowledge comes from the circle, universal light, the God, the goddess. Okay. Author of 50 books on witchcraft, Sybil Leak wrote, we seek ancient wisdom through psychic forces. We believe in reincarnation, the survival of the spirit after death. It is essential to our faith.

1:48:16 So humans are such animals. What does that mean? Why not? Throw it all in there, I guess. Yeah, but so these principles that you saw being drawn from that book. Well, first of all, I mean, the worst, I think, is he's saying we should draw from the holy scriptures as long as it leads to our awareness of ourself. Like, as long as it, you know, builds up our experience is what he's saying, essentially. And then you're talking about retro drawer. Yeah, the book and the, you know, the things that he spilled out in there. Um, yeah. Terrible. I know you're like the person that seems Matthew, but, um, how he tied it or Chris Lang, how he tied it and showed that, um, occultism and witchcraft, they are founded on the exact same principles that without the spirit continuing after dead, their religion falls apart. So, you know, we have what we believe in the Bible is you, you die and you sleep in the dust of the earth. But now we have popular Christianity. Saying, no, no, wait, it's death and then life. And that's the exact same thing that, you know, clearly the occult believes and how it pushes all the rest of their beliefs and makes them possible.

1:49:33 So it's a really interesting tie. Go ahead, Matthew. Richard Rohr is actually a Catholic priest. I don't know if that was stated in there. I don't think it was. But, um, yeah, he's a Catholic priest who is very controversial. But he hasn't been. been like kicked out of the church some of the books that he's written is the universal christ falling upward and everything belongs so you can see kind of where he's coming in it's a very all together now type of a thing uh that he wants to bring uh all to every religion every person everything belongs like but god is a holy god so you know what doesn't belong is anything that's sinful anything that goes against him can't stand in his presence uh i actually see here that on july 1st 2022 pope francis met with him he met with richard rohr and richard rohr after the meeting said that francis had expressed support for his work so this is the kind of priest that gets an endorsement from this pope and recently there was actually someone who got kicked out of the catholic church it was a priest in texas and this priest in texas was openly going against the pope you know i think that there are some people within the catholic church even some of the priests who really are deceived and they're confused and they are going to be coming out of babylon maybe they're going to be kicked out of babylon maybe they're going to be walking out on their own but it just it makes me think of those uh those reformation teachers because so many of them came out of the catholic church and they held positions within the priesthood and they just said something is fundamentally wrong here i don't agree with it spiritually something is wrong and for that man to go against the pope and then get kicked out but richard rohr can say there's a universal christ everything belongs you can fall upward you know that's like um i've heard that's from mormonism and uh brigham young i believe said it was a blessing that adam sinned because he didn't fall down he fell upwards he fell into a higher state of consciousness by sinning and this is just uh gross contradictions of scripture and see who gets lauded in the world and who the uh antichrist who is the pope will reach out and say this man has it figured out let's listen to this guy right here but uh you know people who take really stern issues with the pope oh no no no no no don't you do that that's not right i just have to bring this up because matthew um this is a scripture in daniel that always kind of makes me wonder what it's talking about i don't know if it's speaking of the antichrist specifically but it sounds like it to me so it's daniel 11 and it's talking about like the northern king and the southern king and all that and i'm not going to get into all that it's just one little scripture but it says so he shall return and show regard for those who forsake the holy covenant so again like he's going to favor those people who are turning aside god's word it's a pretty common theme with the enemy you know as long as we can get people to turn away from god's word and that is well they're going to believe whatever i feed them so um i think we should go right into the next clip because i think uh brad's gonna like this one okay all right i was still looking up that verse that was verse 30 correct he will show favor for those who forsake uh the holy covenant i found it i found it yeah verse 30 into verse 30 very yeah very interesting yeah i'm down let's let's look at this next clip first federal grant for psychedelic research in over 50 years joining the growing numbers who believe that psychedelics could hold promise for curing depression anxiety addictions and ptsd i think generally uh people should be open to psychedelics elon musk tweeted i've talked to many more people who were helped by psychedelics and ketamine than antidepressants and amphetamines oh no new generation gets into political power i think we'll see uh great

1:53:54 receptivity to the benefits of psychedelics wait what but why in this second as a new generation gets into political power i think we'll see uh great receptivity to the benefits of psychedelics but why in this secular research are so many experiencing what they believe are spiritual answers to the meaning of life not everyone is convinced yet i mean rick strassman he terrified himself right out of the dmt research as far as i could tell because all his subjects came back and said well you know i went somewhere else and saw aliens it's like well it was a dream no sorry wasn't a dream was way more real than any dream in fact it was actually more real than life we don't know what to do with that wow that was an amazing clip i haven't finished watching this by the way that's fantastic they and so many people have said and gone and seen heaven and said it was more real than life itself and these people are having experiences and seeing aliens and saying it's more real what a parallel that's interesting huh yeah there's more yeah michelle there's a lot more yeah so exactly i just i brought this out to show it's kind of like i'm like i'm like i'm like i'm like i'm like i'm like i'm like i don't know what this yogi guy is saying you can get to this same altered consciousness through many different ways and again i think it's back to what brad was saying where the enemy just knows how to do this he knows how to tweak our thoughts he knows how to implant thoughts and and help us to see realities that aren't necessarily real you know he knows what heaven looks like he knows the people who've died he knows everything that happens on the earth so all of these things that happen in near-death experiences he's privy to that knowledge he can easily manifest these things in our own mind and you know he can make us feel a certain way so it's possible um wow okay let's just keep going the next clip is going to talk about um immortality of the soul and how it originally came from the greeks very good inside the vatican palace is a famous painting called the school of athens which was completed in 1511 celebrating the ancient greek philosophers plato aristotle pythagoras and many more it's no surprise that such a painting exists in the vatican for we've just seen that the greeks are the source of mysticism and christianity and the belief in the immortality of the soul the early huh the greeks the greeks so yeah i just wanted to include uh chrislings research because he does such a great job at breaking down the beginning from the end you know if it came all the way from plato and it was long before jesus you know this it's not like a new concept like michelle was saying even in the new testament they were having to talk about this and talk about the concept of ghosts and the concept of the immortal soul and what happened after death because they were so influenced by the greeks we know that the new testament was written in greek so you know they emerged in this culture that was changed to the spirit of the spirit of the spirit and so on and so forth but they're all from different cultures but i think the best way to begin with is for them to understand that christians and the ritual shamanics are both from different cultures and how they all have to come together in order to be inched into this culture and i think that's something that people are looking for and constantly trying to get bigger and bigger because they are the most important in this world and they are trying to package what they're learning so for my spirit of antibaptism there's a lot of biblical stories it says that the bible was made out of the job in bringing all this out um if anyone has something to say you may speak or we can just move on because there's a lot here so okay so just the the school of athens was commissioned uh raphael painted it and i believe the figures in it are actually philosophers from his day that are portrayed uh are portraying the different philosophers from the past so i know that uh leonardo da vinci is uh plato in that for example he used his face his likeness to represent and you see this this idea of a reverence for the the greek philosophers that that there is a tie to that in the catholic church uh i know just from coming up in it going through um rcia and learning

1:58:44 a lot about well where are some of the backbones well these philosophers from greece they really had it going on we're not they don't necessarily teach from the bible they'll just talk about them and say yeah these men were wise and they knew what was going on and it's just one of those things i think especially stepping in from the world we're taught in the school systems how great the the philosophies of these men are in public schools that's what you go through when you're looking at uh philosophy you never learn the philosophies of the bible those are not taught you could don't you can't have a comparative course where we say okay what did the philosopher say and what did the bible say no it's just you're you're conditioned to accept that these were wise men really just intelligent and you should anytime someone says well plato once said oh now you gotta listen because that's plato who said something but you know if you say as a christian if you can say well you know you see someone and having a hard time and they're doing something maybe they shouldn't be doing say well you know jesus once said what are you gonna bash get out of here with jesus once said yeah i don't want to hear about what jesus had to say but go up to that same person say aristotle once spoke about a problem that you're going through right now well what did aristotle say about it because uh i'd like to know what aristotle had to say but jesus no people will just reject him out of hand and we know why but anyway just to share that thought about these philosophers um the next clip is pretty short it's only 30 seconds but it's gonna show you how the got their ideas and it's all pretty linked so it's fascinating Greeks legacy of mysticism also appears to include psychedelic intake in the annual illusory and mysteries a religious event near Athens Plato and other ancient Greeks fasted and drank a potion of a specific dose that gave them heavenly visions many believe this potion contained ergot from which LSD is derived so that was around yeah yeah for Micaiah I had a word for it Bradley yeah yeah that's what it is yeah the oracles were also on psychedelics the oracles were like young women that were taken up and they were said to have the oracles were like young women that were taken up and they were said to have the like power in the connection and then they would they would trip out and give visions and you know like people take take them really seriously men of prominence in those days we go Alexander consulted the oracles before he went on his legendary campaign and that's the kind of people who go and seek counsel from this it's like mmm I don't know nowadays people just kind of dismiss this sort of stuff and they say oh you know like these people were so uncultured or they'll even go as far as today to be like oh they were just putting on a show like the learned people of the upper class there's no way that they actually thought that the gods were doing anything they were doing it just because the plebs the lower class people that they were in control of were superstitious so they had to keep up an appearance that they cared about what the god said that's not true at all I mean read through some of the things like Julius Caesar wrote about the gods and he talked about how he in certain situations he attributed military victories to divine luck and intervention and he spoke about his legendary luck that the gods favored him and would deliver him from from situations that otherwise would have killed any other man and christians don't believe in luck right shouldn't yeah it's interesting to me because um peter lavenda and his book with tom de long he links all of it together just like this ecumenical movement and says all these cultures they've all experienced the same thing and early shaman it was the same thing they're taking these drugs and having these out-of-body experiences and reaching heaven and having all these new revelations this new religion then to share with his people and then it gets passed down and they say you know all the mysticism comes from shamanism you know originally and so again there's just this huge link plato found out or discovered or more correctly was told about the immortality of the soul through drugs the same way that these people are now taking drugs and saying oh it's completely changed my idea about reality and religion and i no longer am myself i feel like

2:03:35 the entire world is in me i am i am the world i'm the universe i didn't include many of the clips but chris lane talks about this and how the drugs the psychedelics were used by the japanese a lot and um and and you know world war ii and they were taught to think of themselves as a collective because when they were giving their lives you know it was like in in war they had no fear of death at that point because they were no longer a unique individual soul it's like oh it's for the collective good i'm not gonna die and just die i'm gonna die and live on in a better existence than i am and now and so they were using these drugs back then and yeah again like just the parallels that you see here the immortality of this soul and the fact that all these people are reaching the same state of consciousness in the same ways but it all just boils down to you know you either go down the path of god or you're going to find an alternative route you know we all we all want to seek that immortality because um like matthew was saying or maybe it was brad we were made to die god didn't create us so that we would die god created us for life and i think we all know that there's something inherently wrong in death and and that's why we try to avoid it or try to you know escape it somehow and if you don't have god you don't have that eternal uh promise of life after death it's like you're not satisfied until you find out an answer for yourself that satisfies the the whole concept of death and so that's what they're doing they're just saying wait there's no death it's okay we're all fine nobody needs to be afraid so um yeah okay we looked at plato and let me add that they they um weaponized that mindset as well because that's how they created kamikaze pilots if anyone ever wondered how on earth anyone signed up for that it was they were trained with that mindset with drugs right that's what came to my head yeah when you were talking about that wow i was like i can't believe it i mean how can you not think this is going to hurt that's okay i'm doing it for the collective what does that even mean it's not going to hurt that much they were flying their planes into ships i mean pretty pretty quick instant yeah and that's part of it too there's like a motivation i've actually uh funny enough i've read through uh some letters that were left by 19 year old kamikaze to his family uh because he was chosen as part of the squadron that was going to do it and he was just like i'm perfect really at peace with this this is an honor to be chosen i'm excited he like wrote to his little brothers like i hope that one day you'll be honorable japanese men and you can sacrifice yourselves the same as i'm about to do i mean it was it's a death cult essentially uh is what it was and in japan it is it's deeply rooted there's a lot of reasons why they believe that way um part of it even goes back to the samurai i mean they they wrote death poems that you're supposed to recite as you're dying on the back of the ship you're supposed to recite as you're dying on the back of the ship you're supposed to recite as you're dying on the back of the ship you're supposed to recite as you're dying on the back of the ship you're supposed to recite as you're dying on the battlefield this is like really depressing stuff about you know like a leaf falls on the water so is my life that's gone like with the winter and it's a bunch of really japan is is uh is an interesting place sometimes a sad place you know kind of like your heart breaks for these people who have this culture that um on one hand there there's like this idea of honor and decency i've been to japan actually i just i think japan is one of the greatest countries i've been to actually japan is one of the greatest countries i've been to actually polite people everything ran well the food was just fresh as can be everybody took a sense of pride in just being decent to one another but at the same time there's this underlying factor where japan is a very small percentage of christians and they they lack this uh this hope they lack the promise and you just you know you wish that they could see that and understand that you know god wants you to live forever and uh you know you don't have to fixate on death yeah i have seen i have seen that sometimes work becomes the god instead and it becomes you know that is what life is i uh i don't want to downplay and i do think that you are right in some cases i'm going to go back to the death thing real quick because i think in some cases absolutely you can't go unconscious when you do things that are i mean you're basically turning yourself off i can't use the word on this on this broadcast but um at least too much but the um i have had experience with this not personally but people that are very close to me where they

2:08:20 relate exactly what happens when someone does turn themselves off with weapons or with with other things and um polly would want you to believe that one bullet or one pill is going to just you're going to go to sleep and nothing's going to happen that's not at least according to all the experiences that i have been recited to that people that have that i know of the brain wants to remain alive we as people want to remain alive and it will fight every ounce to keep itself alive even while it's in pain and so there at least there's very few instances where you just completely turn off and so i want to i'm telling this to everyone out there who might be depressed don't think this is going to be an easy out it's not hollywood wants you to think that because that's what happens balkans come up and grab people's shoulders and they just fall down that's not how it works you know you you come up and chop someone in the back of the neck and they just fall down that's not how it works one bullet to the shoulder just makes someone fall down and they're they're dead for the rest of the episode that's not how it works and so getting it to the right place uh that's not going to be how it works so i want to challenge anybody who's thinking about that don't don't think it's going to it's an easy out that's all gonna say yeah it's a good word brad okay the next group of um clips we have is about a guy named sam and chris link follows a couple different stories during the documentary but sam i found really interesting um and so i'm going to have michelle just introduce him because she's watched it so many times oh yes all right so sam was born samir in northern iraq he practiced islam while growing up and then his family immigrated to sweden so living in sweden as a teen you know it's tough that's a major transition life change is happening and all he saw around him was starting to make him feel lost just saw a cruel society evil in the world and he decided there was no god so he's going to give it up there's no god moves to the us becomes a realtor working in l.a and selling hollywood houses and also became the caretaker for his mother so his mother suffers and dies from cancer and with sam being so close to her he was very lost after that started working with a spiritual teacher to understand how to get past the loss how to recover and that spiritual teacher helped him to learn how he can how those spirits could help him to move on help him deal with that now he starts experiencing dreams uh or flashbacks of past lives so now he's got some more confidence feeling like he understands death because these things have happened to him and how can anyone say it's not true when he's seeing these images and then it gets deeper because now he's experiencing set i'm sorry success so he's manifesting his future he's experiencing success now ce kilka is experiencing self-return so he's now experiencing six of those back ilar we're gonna keep going gonna wrap up a little bit more and then we'll watch the clip so uh the magic mushrooms right leads to ayahuasca where he sees his mother who descends from a spaceship to come and talk to him and comfort him and let him know that his mother and these spirits are helping him taking care of him and confirming what his lifestyle what he's doing all right so he's falling in love with the feeling he's enjoying the increased success i'm talking about selling five million dollar homes to 50 million dollar homes he gets a new gift an ability to compose music where he gets to compose music for this the u.s olympics synchronized women's swim team that gets played live in new york city so this is a big deal because this is worldwide right olympics new york city synchronized swimmers right the talent he gets to be a part of that there's no idea where

2:13:06 a gift to compose music comes from so you think he's gonna stop now no he's encouraged by his mother and um that friend to do ayahuasca and with doing ayahuasca you have to state your intention in the ceremony but he tells a friend his very best friend about it because she's not experiencing the kind of success in his life in her life so he thinks this will help her but it doesn't work for her it actually um turned out really bad because sam asked for something very different than his uh his very best friend asked and so i encourage him to watch this clip watch mystify and hear the entire experience to see what dmt which is in ayahuasca can do oh cliffhanger i gotta see this we have the clips this is like in order we can break it down but each clip will tell a section of this story okay check check it out i'm playing it brightly called the most blessed of mysteries we looked upon perfect apparitions which we saw in the pure light in the light of our hearts they were incredibly astounding and ascending we also witnessed in each of the songs the decadence of costume movements that each drama was impulses by which we saw in the pure light being ourselves being and thought of as, pure and not in tuned in this which we call the body it's the next clip so we're looking for oh is it not this because this is like yeah that's four and two celebrities so that's the dude everyone he met sold their homes oh he sold their homes his life now in 2016 I was top realtor number 24 in the nation my co-workers at the real estate company they said what is your marketing strategy I didn't have a marketing strategy I said I meditate I get help from spirits friend of mine had something called magic mushrooms I don't know I'd never done them before and I said let's try it so I do magic mushrooms every time I did them all of a sudden I was transported into what I thought what past lives one time I was a Roman soldier one time I was a fisherman and my family we were all sitting in a boat and the boat sank and that's why I have fear of water in this life that's how they explain like how these things from past lives continue on to this life one time I was at like a five-year-old during World War two and I was running around in Germany like I was like if these things didn't happen how could I see those things they felt very very real it makes me wonder if these things are memories of me he's terrain of demons and they've been planting them in his head that's terrible well I mean again it's drug-induced so it could be what I like yeah you know if you're taking drugs you're basically opening up the door to the enemy you know you're saying come on in have your way in my mind and so yeah again he's This was so real. How could it not be true? The same line that we're hearing from, you know, the rest of these people, the same experiences. I can sympathize because... This happened in Deliverance Ministry too. Deliverance, really? This happens in Deliverance Ministry where you remember things like this?

2:16:41 The dreams you have and the curses and the spirits in your life come from ancestral connections. So, it explains why you're this way, why this has happened to you, where it came from. Wow. That's what they claim you're saying. Yeah. That's the reason. Yeah. That's the explanation. Right. Nothing real. Nothing real about any of these in my book. Yeah. Well, I can sympathize with the guy with the psychedelic mushroom trips. I've done psychedelic mushrooms before and I had some pretty strong visions. One... One of which was the first time I did it and it was just like a group of friends that hit me up randomly at like 2 a.m. and they just said, hey, we've got these mushrooms.

2:17:32 Do you want to do them? And at the time, I was just down for whatever. So, I said, yeah, sure. Where are you going? We went to the woods because it was, you know, we had this idea, oh, it'd be good to be in nature. So, we do these mushrooms out in the woods and it turns out they're pretty potent mushrooms because everybody kind of has some level of intensity of a trip. I had a pretty intense one. And mine was positive. There was another guy in the group who had an intense one and it was negative. I ended up separating from the group and I went into the woods by myself. I was wandering around out there. Some weird stuff. I mean, I got like super close to a deer, closer than I've ever gotten in my life to a wild deer. And it walked away from me. It didn't like storm away or anything. I remember I could hear like laughter, like just like kind of friendly laughter. Nothing at the time that I thought was too sinister. But I had this moment where... I flashed back, not to a previous life necessarily, but to when I was a younger child.

2:18:28 And it was a very specific time. And I remember it was so vivid. I could see my father and he was a young man and I could see my mother and she was a young woman and I was... Because I'm the first born. So, they were in their 20s, early 30s again. And, you know, they're talking to me and interacting with me. And it was so heavy. And I remember, you know, I just wasn't a religious person even at that point. But the sun was coming up in the woods. And, you know, I had this random thing popping in my head. It was just the prodigal son has returned. And I didn't even know that was in the Bible. I didn't know it was in scripture. I was just like in my head. And I was just like, wow, that's beautiful. So, I was having this type of an experience. And I know because it felt like something really meaningful, obviously, to me. And they gave me the good stuff. They gave me the light and the joy and the ecstasy of it.

2:19:19 That other guy, he didn't have a good time. He went off the rails. He was screeching. He was nuts. Ended up having to put him in the car. And he was just kicking the back of the seat over and over and over. And what was really weird was he ended up urinating on himself, right? And people were like, oh, what are you doing, man? Why did you do that? He said, I didn't do that. He said, a cat came up onto my lap. And it peed on my lap. And it jumped off and it went away. Like a cat? And he said, yeah, it was a calico cat. He was adamant. He was like, this cat peed on my lap. Like, don't say I don't. I peed myself because I did it. He was dead serious. And it was so weird that it was this experience. Well, come to find out, the guy, right, so this happens at a friend's house because they ended up going back to the house.

2:20:07 So the guy's house that he was at, his uncle got sick randomly a week later after the mushroom trips, and his aunt came over and dropped off for them to cat sit there. And he said, no, it's a calico cat. No way. And we were all like, is that the cat? What happened there? So they obviously, like, you know, it's how they can orchestrate things. And they try to give prophecy and that type of. So that was just like, I thought it was wild. And all my times doing those mushroom trips, which I do not recommend. Please don't do them. That's really nothing good will come from them. But I will say I was always given, like, a positive. And that way, too, I was the guy who could say, if someone asked me, oh, I'm considering doing this, I could say, yeah, no, do it, because it's a great time.

2:20:59 I've never had a bad time. Some people have a bad time. I've never had a bad time. You know, I was into the whole, like, set and setting thing, where it's like, if I respect it, my mindset's positive, and I'm in a positive environment, I'm going to have a good time. And I would just always have a good time. And, yeah, I mean, I shudder to think. I'm sure that I led some people into some dark places just from giving this testimony like this guy is. Saying, oh, yeah, you get, like, wisdom at a good time. Yeah, you had a back-to-future experience and saw your parents, just like he had a great experience, but his best friend didn't. It was a crash and burn, just like you just described with your friend who freaked out. Same thing happened. But I need people to watch the movie and see for themselves, because that's a whole other storyline. Yeah. Yeah. Good. Wow. All right, well, let's keep moving with Sam.

2:21:49 So the next part is his ayahuasca trip. He's going to keep thinking about that calico cat, right? No, yeah. I'm just enjoying Hans' commentary in the chat room. He's saying Matthew still wonders about the calico cat until this day. He has this ongoing commentary that he's always – he also said that I apparently have never done anything wrong or drugs. That's not true. Me neither. I haven't. I have, but I don't talk about it much. And even if you hadn't, you're still – there's something wrong with you. I guarantee it. Well, I mean, everyone has sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. That's what the Bible says. And so I think that's important. And so it's just one of those things. So I will talk about my crazy life someday, but not today. Right now, I'm focused on other things. So let's move on to the next story.

2:22:43 You ready? Here we go. A million-dollar homes for and to celebrities. That's the same one. They promote it as whatever it is that you're seeking, you will find it. And he told me, voila, now I have found something called ayahuasca. You have to come. This is something that I think is going to help both of us. We've been best friends all our lives. I saw how she suffered in Iraq. She suffered in Sweden. I said, this is something that's going to help her. So before the ceremony starts, the shaman asks every participant to say their intention. Why are you here? What is it that you want these spirits to help you with? Some people were like, I want. I want to find the right person to marry. I want my company to do well, or I want to get pregnant. I asked for my mom, and Vala asked for the truth.

2:23:36 The truth about who I am. The truth about why I am here. Oh, that's so sad. So the ceremony starts. You drink this little black drink. It tastes like you can't describe it. It's disgusting. And they give you a little bucket because everyone, it's called purging. Everyone throws up, and they say, you're purging away all the negative stuff in you, all the past. All of a sudden, there is a very, very clear communication with these spirits. First thing they said, we have certain rules here in the spiritual world that you must trust us 100%. You cannot even imagine the amount of success, just everything we're going to give you. There's one obstacle, and that is your niece.

2:24:33 Vala is a child of darkness, and you're a child of light. You may not understand, but if we're going to be able to help you, you have to separate from her. This is crazy. This is crazy. Okay, I'm going to tell you some more about that. Oh, well, go ahead, Wendy. You tell me when to go. No, it's okay. Go ahead. All right. So after a dozen ayahuasca services, things start to fall apart for Sam. Because he's gradually feeling lonely. He's lost because he's not able to connect with his mother. And then he starts to spiral. So from what he started, he's now going through withdrawals. Because he's gotten to the point where he's not hearing from his mother who comes to him.

2:25:22 So you'll hear about that. He's not experiencing success because he's not doing so well. And then his best friend, well, he was told to cut his friend off. And now he's not doing well. And he has to actually check himself into rehab because he's falling apart. So now his friend, who can't talk to him anymore because the spirits tell him not to, is interceding for him. And it's all she could do because the spirits advised him. They directed Sam to cut her off for his own good. So remember, he asked for his mother. She asked for the truth. He's having a good experience. She's not. She's not. She's not. She's not. She's not. She's not. She's not. She's not. She's not. She's not. She's not. She's not. She's not. She's not. She's not. I think we can stop it now. Okay, go. Okay. Yeah, just because some of the clips will fit in before you kind of like tell the rest of it. I didn't know you broke them.

2:26:15 Okay, good. Thanks. That's okay. We need to separate. I did not understand. Samuel is my only friend. So the other way, those spirits, they won my trust. My full trust is what it looked like, my dead mother. And she talks like her. She talks like her. she acts like her and my mother came down in a spaceship she knows my soul so when i asked her about who i am she said of course she's sitting in his eyes her wings are everywhere she protects me every day every day my mother was my everything so if my mother is telling me something of course i will do because i know she only wants what's the best for me i always get very intelligent i was able to tap into that my sister had a i saw as beginning stage of breast cancer in her left breast and i texted her that and it was amazing that she's been to the doctor like there was a health thing possibly a big health thing it keeps reconfirming the message of that i can see visions that it's real and it's just like i love that i love channeling that well i want to find out what happened to his relationship he just left his wife because the spirits told him to not his wife that's his best friend no oh his best friend okay technically it's his niece um yeah it's nice family which is like there's a living family member that he could have a real relationship with so they kick her out and they sub in a dead relative to take the place man i hate this life oh my goodness right but then again what we're seeing here is you know it's all drug induced so once you take those drugs it's like fair game so what does he see after the drugs exactly what he asked for he got his dead mother back and like he's saying he believed it completely he trusted it completely because she was able to tell him everything about himself that's one of the things he's like i asked her all these questions and he said that um the mother spirit replied i don't know what to do with all these answers showing that he she knew everything about him and so you know it's like we've we've been saying on this channel like brad's been saying on this channel you know this is a really uh delusional stance to take if you're going to believe that there's life after death and that the dead can come back to you then all this stuff is fair game and if you don't like if you know for a fact that the dead are dead and that they're in the grave this isn't even an option so um very very dangerous road to leave down the drugs man you gotta stay away from those drugs and i think it's amazing how much connection there is to ufology in this i mean just the fact i mean the i mean not just weird topical connections but actually seeing ufos or extraterrestrials tell each other this and it's obviously demonic i think he did a fantastic job bringing that out anyway well that's all i'm gonna say because i'm the ufo guy um so we have one more clip with sam and this is he just kind of talks about some of the same things so let's just go through that and then we'll do some more comments okay chosen me actually i was chosen by them to promote new age and i was very loyal to them because remember i thought it was my mother i took that lie they gave me and i believed in it fully because it was so well fabricated the shaman was calling me and asking about her and he said in the 25 years he's been doing these ceremonies he has never seen anything like what happened with vala no one had ever asked before for the truth when vala had gone back to sweden vala had started praying for me she was praying and praying daily and god heard her prayers she was able to stop the work of these demons they

2:30:36 were not able to communicate with me and i also understand today why there was so much emphasis on vala that she was a child of darkness get rid of her they knew somehow that she would be an obstacle to their mission if they speak not according to this yeah there's no light in them speak not according to this light wow wow yeah it's good it's good so i love i love that in chris lang's story we get to see you know the full circle of it all he doesn't just stay in this delusion he he ends up seeing the light. But again, I know Michelle's like leaving that cliffhanger because it's such a good film. It is such a good documentary. And it really, you know, paints the whole picture of people who were brought under these ideas and then what brought them out. And like you just saw, the biggest thing was prayer. Somebody was interceding for him with prayer. And clearly that's powerful. You know, Michelle will probably talk a little more about that. I don't want to steal your thunder. Go ahead. Oh, sure. Okay. Let me link this to deliverance because that's my specialty because that was my testimony. My mother was praying for me because I sounded like a crazy person and she couldn't reach me. And she quoted tons and tons of scripture. Now deliverance tells me that I need to keep working out the spirits that are in me. And so I'm trying to work them out and nothing's happening. I think just like Vala, who was praying for him, which you'll learn, those same spirits were unable, to contact Sam during this time. Because you'll hear that he has this downtime where he can't reach his mother. Things aren't going well. Career's not doing well. He's addicted, of course, right? Because he's taking drugs. He's living the lifestyle. He's got a Hollywood lifestyle. You know that there's partying going on and he's not doing well. We see this all the time. But when somebody's praying for you, there's some limits that the enemy has that they can't cross. I think they were being withheld. And watch Mystified.

2:32:42 For the complete stories of Sam and his best friend Vala, his niece, just to see what was revealed to them. Because he did also add in that he was chosen. He was told by the spirits that he was chosen to promote the new age. And he had the influence. They built him up with his career, with his friends, with money. He had the influence. Anything he said, he was number 24 in the nation. I think it was Keller Williams. That's a big deal. So he had the influence. And those spirits want, they have a plan and they need to work through it. And I saw that same experience where in my life that if somebody's praying for you and the Lord knows that you truly want the truth, like Vala, his best friend, his niece, they can't proceed. And so you're stuck because you're feeling down. Like, why aren't I having progress? Why am I not moving forward? I was getting there. Because he was, there's another part of me that's like, I'm not moving forward. There's another part that explains that he's comforted by this love that he feels. And so I've been taking notes from, not just from the movie, but in our Strange Normal episodes, there's a pattern. There's always dead loved ones. I had that experience. That's what won me over, is I was told to close my eyes. I saw dead loved ones. And I was convinced, not even catching on, that that was spiritualism. You only believe it when it happens to you. Same thing happened to me, happened to Sam.

2:34:12 There's always a spiritual experience that makes you believe there's immortal lives. There's always a tragic experience. Remember, his mother dies from cancer, but then his mother's spirit comes back and tells him about his sister who has cancer, and they were able to stop what was going on. There's a little short mention there. Then there's this feeling of love, comforting, answers to the pain, and then it leads to a conversion. And that's just so far. I mean, I'm sure as we keep going forward, we're going to see more and more of that. And I'm sure as we keep going forward, we're going to see more and more of that. And I'm sure as we keep going forward, we're going to see more and more of that. And I'm sure as we keep going forward, we're going to see more in these episodes. We'll find more patterns. But you only need one of these things for someone to be like, yes, you get me, you understand. And now you've gone off on another path. Yeah. Those are really, really great points, Michelle. I like, too, that you had brought up in the story of Sam, he was seeking after solace from including his mom. And that's when he went after the spiritual guide. And that's when his... That's when his success started. So once he started manifesting, then he started selling these million-dollar properties and having wealth beyond his reach otherwise. And then, like you said, he had all these musical abilities. In the documentary, it said that he couldn't even read music. And then he just out of nowhere got this gift from the spirits and then is chosen to perform for the Olympics. This is a huge deal, what they're giving him. But like you're saying exactly, they've been doing it for a long time. And then he's like, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know.

2:35:42 I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. They've built him up. They're empowering him. They're giving him a platform because they have an agenda to push through him. So amazing, amazing to see that through his needs, through her prayers, you know, all of that was halted. And that's what the Bible says, you know, greater is he living in me than he who lives in the world. And a lot of times as Christians, I'm sad to say that we kind of throw around like, oh, you know, I'll pray for you. Like, sorry, that's all I have to offer. It's a huge thing. It's such a big, powerful thing that we have to offer. And I think sometimes we neglect it or we don't, you know, give the faith to prayer that we should and emphasize that the power that Christ gives us, you know, the resurrection power lives in us through prayer and through the faith of Jesus Christ. And that's what Roger Menard did. Roger Menard went into an intense prayer life. He helped himself and others. Yeah, he's, his story is so inspiring. I love that. Um, what was his name again? This guy that was a realtor? Oh, this, his name is Samuel Jacobson. Sam and you S I M. So this is a little bit of behind the scenes. I might cut this out, but this is fascinating to me because I think that as I'm a realtor myself and I can, I have access to the backend and I can look up other realtors in specific organizations and I can see who, what houses they sold. And what I'm really, really curious about. I don't know if I'm going to do this or how I'd even go about it, but it'd be really curious to go back to the houses, the people that he sold and say, how did you find his name? Yeah, that's a good question.

2:37:24 Just all of a sudden, did they dream it one day and said, yeah, I need to contact this guy. Was it brought to them? Was it like a random flyer? I mean, what, what happened? How did the spiritualism, spiritual realm work to make him? I mean, I'm, I'm not thinking about this from personal greed, but I'm thinking, um, if we can understand how this stuff works better. And I think the Bible explains a lot of that because it has stories and explains what, what's going on, but it's fascinating to see exactly how this is happening in our lifetime as well. And so maybe I'll make a, it would add to the story. I'm definitely going to do the story of how your real estate agent, the majority of them are being presented this, this way of doing business and it's total spiritualism. And they're, everyone, everyone is pushing it right now. And, uh, it just blew my mind, but anyway, uh, that's another episode. Um, sorry to take away, but that was, uh, I want to get his name down again. Samuel. We knew that you would catch that. That's why we, cause there's other stories in, in the movie. There's other characters, but that was the one. And remember the enemy is watching for an opportunity. He was rejected God in his team. And left his, his Muslim faith deciding there was no God. He was something that he was someone that the spirits could work with, that the enemy could work with is how I see it and lined up all the opportunities. He's obviously partying and getting those contacts. Yeah. And the kind of people who are contacting him already, uh, involved in occult practices. So, you know, he's getting in touch with all these big name celebrities. We already know they practice manifesting. So if you have them manifesting, quote unquote, right.

2:39:12 Putting all their energy into, I need my home. I need my perfect Beverly Hills home. And at the same time you have this realtor, he's manifesting. I need to sell this perfect Beverly Hill home. They're like, Oh, perfect. We got a match right here. Hook them up. And really it's just like, what, whatever happens to make whatever goes down to make that happen. You know, that's just, uh, you know, it's nothing compared to the fact that they know, okay, this person wants something. This person wants something, bring them together. It's going to benefit us in the end. And, uh, yeah, I, he said that they had a plan for him and I think it's important. Yes. We can acknowledge that the enemy does have these plans for all of the individuals and, you know, they want to lead us astray. They want us to essentially to be in rebellion against God, to join in this grand rebellion that they have against the almighty, but God has plans for you too. And this is, I I've read this before, but it's really some wonderful scriptures from Jeremiah 29, 11 through 18. And it's really, it's really, it's really, it's really, it's really, it's really, and, you know, here it is for, I know the thoughts that I think towards you say at the Lord thoughts of peace and not of evil to give you an expected end. Then shall you come upon me and you shall go and pray unto me and I will hearken unto you and you shall seek me and find me when you shall search for me with all your heart. So let's, instead of trying to manifest the house or manifest the job or whatever, let's pray for truth. Let's pray for God to come into our lives and that he can, he can rot in our lives, the plans that he has for us, the thoughts and all of those great intentions that God has for you. Let those things come to pass because you don't need to be in rebellion to God. It's that simple. You can be in a loving relationship with God. You can be obedient to him out of love. It's really a beautiful thing. When you grasp, the relationship between creation and creator, and there's just a pure bond of love there.

2:41:20 That's where the amazing things can happen. That's where you, the faith that can move mountains will be cultivated in that relationship. So don't, don't be too overly impressed by the millions of dollars that these people have and the awards that they receive and the fancy shows that they get to put on. What God has in store for us is so much greater than all of that. It really is. It really pales in comparison. And it lasts forever. Yeah, right. There's nothing on this earth that we can take with us except for souls, right? So we can't take our property. We can't take our inheritance from our parents. We can't take anything with us. Only the brothers and sisters that we meet along the way. And we give the good news to, they accept Christ. That's the treasure that we get in heaven is seeing people there that we knew on earth. And, um, Matthew, I love that scripture because a lot of people, um, I feel like that scripture gets thrown around a lot for like graduations and, you know, it's so uplifting hearing God say that he knows, uh, the plans that he has and that they are, uh, plans for a future and a hope for us. But what I really love about Jeremiah 29, 11 is the fact that when that word is given to the Israelites, it's when they're under judgment and really horrible things are happening to them, right?

2:42:43 Mm-hmm . They're being seen. Mm-hmm . Mm-hmm . They're being preached. And Jeremiah is giving them this prophecy of, yeah, this is happening in judgment from God because you refuse to obey me. But even in your rebellion, look, I have good plans for you. So, I mean, it just speaks to anyone in our audience that doesn't know the Lord. And, you know, the enemy is so good at planning the thought in our heads of you're too far gone. You know, there's not a place for you in heaven because you've done too much or, um, you guys got to clean yourself up before you come to God. And God says, no, come to me as you are, and I will do the cleaning. And so I just love that scripture because it just shows at our filthiest, God still has good plans for us. Now, he's a gentleman. He's not going to, you know, overpress his will upon us. We have to receive him and accept his will for our lives in order for his will to be worked out. So if we don't actually ever turn to God, those good plans that he has, prepared for us before the foundation of the world, they will never come to pass.

2:43:48 That is our duty. And bringing it all back to the movie, that's one of the things that really, really bothered me about the near-death experiences that these Christians had, because they came from all diverse backgrounds, atheists, pastors, people that weren't overly religious, you know, just random people. And what they saw in their experience that was no matter what, they had to grab them and brought them to heaven. So there's one example that wasn't included in those clips. And he died in the hospital and he was brought out into the hallway and these horrible demonic spirits took him down to a pit. And then he said it was just like too much and he couldn't handle it. And it lasted a really long time where he felt like he was being tortured in hell. And then he said he remembered singing a song when he was little about Jesus. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And it was like, you know, I don't know, this little light of mine or something. I don't remember. But he said at that moment when he remembered the song, a light came down and like grabbed him and brought him to heaven. And then he said that for like ages, he had this conversation with Jesus and asking Jesus all these questions. And it was like a panorama of his lifetime that flashed before his eyes. And he said, Jesus and all the angels were mourning over the life that I had lived. And he said, I told Jesus, put me back.

2:45:13 I don't belong here. And Jesus said, no, you do. You belong here. And it's a beautiful story because, yes, Jesus wants everybody to come to heaven. But what I see in the Bible repeatedly, when Jesus starts his ministry, the first thing he says is repent because the kingdom of God is at hand. And that was not mentioned anywhere in the Bible. Sorry, not the Bible. Sorry, in the movie. There was no speaking of repentance whatsoever. It was just this idea of no matter who you are, no matter what you've done, God's taking you to heaven. It's not that God loves you. It gives you the chance for heaven because that's the reality. You all have the option of heaven. But it's that. No, it doesn't matter. You're going to get there. After death. After death. Okay. I didn't realize we were. Okay. Okay. I got you. I got you. Sorry. I'm tracking. I know.

2:46:05 I'm just trying to connect it all for us because like this, we've seen a lot today, but it's all like so close. Cleverly interwoven, the enemy and his tactics and it's crazy. I do have one more thing and then we have one last clip and then we can all sleep because it's like tomorrow already. I bet. It's late. But I found a really great page in early writings and this is from Ellen White and it speaks to this same tactic of the enemy. And I know some people on this channel are not SDA and they kind of write. off Ellen White, but I'm just going to lay this out. Yeah. Just think of it as Bible commentary. Think of it as inspirational writings. I mean, we all have commentary. Well, sure. It is. Some hold it a little closer than others.

2:46:55 But this was written in the 1800s. So over a hundred years ago, this was written. And I'm just going to say this about prophecies because 1 Thessalonians 520 says, do not despise prophecies, but test all things, hold fast to what is good. And so I know Brad has said it before. But what I've been taught about prophecies is that you listen to it and you put it on the shelf and you leave it there. You know, you don't sit there and, and of course, compared to the Bible, but you don't have to take it at face value unless it comes true. When things start coming true and you want to like open it up and read it again and be like, wait, what, what was said? So if you don't give any credence to Ellen White, that's fine. But I just want to read this and let people hear what was written, you know, over a hundred years ago. Sorry, my voice is really raspy too for my cold, but it says, I saw that Satan has power to bring before us the appearance of forms reporting to be our relatives or friends who sleep in Jesus.

2:47:56 It will be made to appear as if these friends were actually present. The words they uttered while they were here with which we were familiar will be spoken and the same tone of voice that they had while living will fall upon the ear. All this is to deceive the world and ensnare them into the belief of this. Delusion, I saw that the saints must have a thorough understanding of of the Bible, which they will be obliged to maintain from the scriptures. They must understand the state of the dead for the spirits of devils will yet appear to them professing to be beloved relatives or friends who will declare to them unscriptural doctrines. They will do all in their power to excite sympathy and will work miracles before them to confirm what they declare. The people of God must be prepared to withstand these spirits with the Bible truth. That the dead know not anything, and that they who thus appear are spirits of devils. Oh, my voice.

2:48:48 So, yeah, I, I feel like, um, that was just very relevant to all the things that we've seen today, because you're, uh, none of these testimonies of near death experience would even be possible if the world of Christians believed that you sleep after that. None of that would even be questioned. Um, I do want to caveat and say. I don't believe that all near death experiences are from the enemy. You know, God can do miraculous things. And I don't want to pretend that we're putting God in a box and saying, no, he can't give people visions. Because if you look at, um, the book of revelation, I don't think totally losing my voice. I don't think that John in the book of revelation was, uh, actually at the new Jerusalem because that that's not here yet.

2:49:41 I mean, God. He can take people out of time for sure. But more than that, I feel like he was shown a vision of what's to come and God can do miraculous things. You know, the book of revelation is a huge span of time. It's not like one, one hour of vision, you know, everything takes place in that hour. It's, it was a miraculous thing that God did. And so certainly God can, can give people messages and God can, uh, reach people and multiple ways, but we only know. What's from God. If we back it up with the Bible, if your experience does not line up with the word, throw it out, you know, don't find, find ways to then twist the scripture to make your experience fit. Um, like we've said this whole, this whole time, Satan knows our weaknesses. He knows the way we think he knows our experiences and he he's constantly trying to find ways to pull us away from God's word because all throughout revelations, it says the saints.

2:50:41 Um, the enemy tries to overcome the saints, but those who hold onto the, the 10 commandments will overcome, you know, it says here, this is what calls for the patience of the saints. Yeah. Thank you. Um, so we have one more clip and then I'll let you guys have some final comments before we pray out. God is too big to fit into any one religion. God wants there to be many religions, religious diversity. Pope Francis signed a document that says the very same thing. The pluralism and diversity of religions are willed by God. While referring to this document, the Pope called for a unity that transcends a mere political pact.

2:51:45 God is manifesting himself in all the religions in some way and in different ways. Yes. And so we can transcend. The intensity of. The different interpretations by the experience of the oneness that comes through contemplative prayer. Accepting everything and everyone, and there's more than one way to God. So the spiritual formation practices really deconstruct doctrine. And it's meant to bring that false unity among different religions. What happens with this as it incorporates truth? And error mixes them. So it looks beautiful. And then when you bring up fundamental truths of the Bible, we are seen as troublemakers, divisive.

2:52:45 We're the problem, not the fact that they're teaching error, but the truth is the problem. And those who speak up for it. We need to have Stephanie back on the channel. She's been on here before. That's, that's really cool that she was featured in this, in this documentary. Yeah, it actually goes through. Go ahead. Yeah, she, she is one of the characters. So in the chat, someone posted that John was not in a near dead state. Like when you said John's seeing new Jerusalem and how God can do things. I don't think that's what you were saying, but it sounds like the person in the chat did think so.

2:53:33 I just want to remind everybody that there was a, was it a Yogi? He was saying that the near death experiences were the same as the meditative state that you can go in where you have visions. So is that what you were saying? Here's, here's John's own words from revelation one 10, before he starts giving an account of the things he saw. I was in the spirit capital S on the Lord's day and heard behind me a great voice as of a trumpet. So there you go. John gets that out of the way by. Describing what state he's in. He's he's in the spirit. He is in vision. And that capital S that denotes that it's the Holy spirit he's referring to because there's a personage. So, yeah, he's not in a near death experience.

2:54:22 He's not having some weird meditative trance. This is a, this is a vision they received from God. Just as we go back through all the books that proceed revelation when people have visions. And so I want to remind everybody that. Right. These. Are what we call doctrines of devils because madam Blavatsky was a medium and her writings are what brought the new age movement. So when your doctrine is just a teaching. So when you're hearing a new teaching that doesn't match the Bible, the Bible says that it's a doctrine of devils. So if you're going to call yourself a Christian, what's the point? If you're not going to believe what the Bible says, I think we should treat the Bible like a book. Look at the author. Who is the author? What is the setting? What is the theme? Instead of picking it apart and cherry picking to what matches our experience.

2:55:15 That's the truth. So, yeah, that's all I have. It's just a broad, broad sweep of near-death experience and how it relates to all these different religions. And then that last clip, I feel like really shows, you know, like, what's the point? What are they doing? What is the agenda? Why are they bringing? Why are they bringing all of these faith religions into one? And we see, like, the Pope is behind this. This is his ecumenical movement, the Vatican II. That was the point of their council that they gathered in in the 60s was to, you know, further this agenda to get everyone on the same page and to then, you know, push the Catholic agenda that's coming. And so, yeah, it starts with mysticism, but it is.

2:56:07 It is highly. It really influenced the Christian culture today, which, you know, it's sad to see. But again, as always, you know, God has his people everywhere. So just because you believe differently than we do doesn't mean that we believe you're not his child by any means or that you don't have salvation. You know, God brings his light to people in different times and in different ways. But ultimately, you know, he's going to lead us all to truth. And I think. When all these things unfold in the end times, no matter where you are, if you have a close relationship with Jesus, he's going to lead you and guide you with his truth. If you are depending on the Bible and reading the Bible and having that daily relationship with Christ, you can't read it, you know, like once a month and think that that's good enough. It's got to be the daily bread. Otherwise, you're not going to know the scriptures well enough, and it's going to be twisted in front of you by a clever sermon or, you know, someone with a really great experience and has.

2:57:08 A couple of scriptures to to go with what they're saying, and then you don't know the context of the scriptures. It's easy to twist them. So again, you know, we say it on here a lot, but the Bible is the Bible. You got to always be in the Bible and have that as your sure found foundation. Yeah, absolutely. So any last words or any comments before we pray out? I have one. I wonder if I'm going to speak to the audience specifically. Does anybody here like these longer ones? Because I kind of do. But I want to hear from you in the chat, not just the live chat today, but on the actual saved physical chat, because I want to see if you made it to the end of this show, leave a comment and say, I made it to the end of this show, because I want to know that you made it to the end and that you're not just watching pieces of it and then going off and doing something else. If this is interesting to you and you like the longer episodes, leave a comment. Don't pass me up. I'm really serious about this. I want to see you say, I watched the whole thing. Thank you for the longer show. It's interesting. Or if you don't like it, you made it to the end, you skipped through it.

2:58:20 Say, I didn't. I skipped through it. We want to know. Thank you so much. Yeah. Yeah. If anyone was confused, it's because we're dealing with Babylon and it brings nothing but confusion. Yeah. Amen. Well, I think it's. Kind of a tradition to have the newest guest pray us out. Would you be comfortable with that, Michelle? Oh, yes. Thanks. Happy to. Okay. All right. Heavenly Father, thank you so much for an opportunity to share your truth above all the different mindsets and truths that people think they understand. Your word is above all. Will you please help everyone who's listening, who will watch? Later to come to know you personally, accept you as your truth. I'm sorry. Except you and your truth as our savior, forgive us of everything that we've done wrong and give us a fresh start in Jesus name.

2:59:24 We pray. Amen. Amen. Amen. Very good. Thank you all. And I, man, I do appreciate every single one of you that come on here and anybody in the discord. That's a Patreon member is allowed to come on here. So if you guys. We're listening. I make, I make appeals. Hey, come on here. Let's talk because everyone has something to say.
