0:07 There's footage and records of objects in the skies that we don't know exactly what they are. We can't explain how they moved, their trajectory. They did not have an easily explainable pattern. And so, you know, I think that people still take seriously trying to investigate and figure out what that is. There are things flying around up there that we haven't fully identified yet. And keep in mind, there are basically a billion galaxies in an ever-expanding universe. I mean, you can't even get your mind around the sheer number of things that are out there. But you've seen this. You've seen the data. Well, no one knows, but I think that the probability is that there's something you would call life somewhere else.

The showings of the angels or the showings of God, always showed up as orbs of light or things like that. And today we see this as, we see these as, we call them UFOs. A pillar of fire at night and confused Russian troops. It has some asking, are Ukrainians receiving heavenly help? There's some miracle happened. It looked like some spaceship, like there was like an attack from the spaceship. There was some kind of a lightning was starting shooting from the sky. And like sparks were going, were like spreading everywhere.

And among other things, the document tells us the government can prove that UFO sightings have caused radiation burns, paralysis, and brain damage. The report also says that some people who saw UFOs experienced, quote, perceived time suspension. They also saw ghosts and other spirits. We were thinking along the lines about this whole thing that has been taking over social media recently, and just a lot of people are just beside themselves about the solar eclipse that is coming upon us, I think on the 8th. I could be wrong, but it's coming up here pretty soon. And I kind of wanted to talk a little bit about it tonight because it's such a confusing thing for a lot of people. And by the end of the program, I think you are going to be under the same impression as all of us on the show here tonight. You're going to wonder why that is too. So let's get into it. Let's talk more about it. But before, I think we should go into a clip. I think, Matthew, you found first, right? This is kind of from the news. Yeah, it's an NPR associate. So this is a bit more of a secular lead-in, just kind of some scientific elements to it. But I was surprised. Maybe I shouldn't be. Maybe nothing should surprise me that much anymore. But just wait until we get to the end of the clip. I think we'll all get a chuckle out of it, I think.

On April 8th, you could have a chance at seeing something that many have never seen in their lifetime. A total solar eclipse. And this one is unique, so you really don't want to miss it. If you've never experienced one before, just take it from me, someone who has seen one, it is worth every single moment. The 100% eclipse coverage area will hit land in Mazatlan, Mexico. It will make its way through Mexico, up into Texas, passing right over major cities like Dallas. It will go up into the Midwest, going directly over Indianapolis and Cleveland, pushing up into the Northeast, going over cities like Buffalo and Syracuse, and then making its way up into Maine, and then eventually ending in Newfoundland. And that's just part of why this total eclipse is special, is the millions upon millions of people who will have the opportunity to see it.
24:45 Now, don't get me wrong. Total eclipses, they happen every couple of years, so they're not particularly uncommon. However, for the most part, they're typically over water, so no one really gets to see it happen. Fourth is if you are in that path of totality, the path where the sun is completely blocked out, you'll get to experience the total eclipse for over four minutes. This is nearly twice as long as the 2017 solar eclipse that I got to experience. But once the moon is fully in position to block out the sun, you are free to take off through protective glasses and look at the eclipse with your naked eye. Another reason why this total eclipse is special is our sun is approaching its solar maximum, a period of time where the sun is most active. So when the sun is fully eclipsed, you'll likely be treated to quite the dramatic view. You will get to observe the corona, the sun's upper atmosphere, in all of its glory. Again, with the sun being near its solar maximum, I fully expect an absolutely insane light show that will feel like something straight out of a sci-fi movie. And the fifth and last thing that you need to know about the April 8th total eclipse is that it will be the last one in the contiguous United States until 2044 and 2045. So if you can make the trip, do it, because you're not going to be able to see another one for 20 years, at least in North America. I mentioned it earlier in the video, but the sheer amount of people who have the opportunity to see this incredible stellar event is staggering. At a time where we all feel a lot of tensions in the world, this gives so many a chance to come together and share a collective positive experience. A time where we can all just be humans doing uniquely human things, like coming together to watch a moon cast a huge shadow across the earth. But if you strip everything away, and if you're able to do it, you're going to be able to do it. And if you're able to do it, you're going to be able to observe it from a top-down perspective, you would see millions of people all coming together to stare up at the sky, all wearing the same goofy looking glasses, and all taking a moment out of their finite lives to just stop and stare at something impossibly larger than themselves. It's just a beautiful and wonderfully unique human thing to do. So that's why this total eclipse and ultimately every total eclipse is special. I hope that you get to see this one on April 8th. Definitely going to be interesting to see, and I think a lot of people... I don't know what the deal is. Why is there so much hype over this? It just seems like, didn't we just have one in 2017? Why is this one so much bigger?

There was one back in 2017, and that one, I think, got some decent attention, but this one seems to be even more so. Matthew Feeney, MD, PhD I suppose I'm in that path. of the of that total eclipse that sweet spot yeah just out here in the uh in the midwest out in ohio so we'll be getting some of that and it's funny my my wife is actually working a shift that day and her boss blocked everybody off for like two hours so that they could go out and look at the eclipse which i thought was crazy okay it's that big a deal he's like i don't want any anyone to miss out on this and it's funny he's uh it's a pretty large business owner i mean he owns uh many different little franchises but he's like making sure that all of the employees under his uh uh on his payroll are going to get an opportunity to look at this particular eclipse so i don't know uh you saw at the end there i guess the part where i said we go and get a good chuckle about is when all of a sudden this uh secular guy kind of waxes poetically about you know what they're doing yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah how, oh, we're all doing a very human thing and looking at something impossibly larger than ourselves. It's funny because we do have this innate desire, I suppose, to really gaze upon something glorious. And as Christians, I've got great news for us. We will be gazing upon our Lord in his full glory, and it is going to outshine any eclipse. Although I do think that the eclipse will be a nice sight to behold. You know, God, he put the sun and he put the moon in the sky. He fixed them there for us. And there's something uniquely delightful about God's creation and the world that we live in that he so lovingly crafted with us in mind. I can't imagine what it would be like to just see something like this on the new earth. I think we'd all be able to be very relaxed about it, as opposed to now where there's...

I think that as far as what the mainstream view on prophecy is, is that the current political entity that is Israel, and the problem is that if Israel's entity that is Israel is the spiritual Israel of the Bible therefore they have to be put on the back foot and they have to have a turning to God and I believe that that can be used to deceive a lot of people because if your criteria becomes I'm going to stare at Israel and when they say here is our God here is our deliverer and our Savior and they point to this man then I think it's going to be very easy to be deceived whereas in the Bible there there isn't a very clear outline about the second coming of Christ and he doesn't come to save any political entity on the earth he comes with destruction in his wake and he will he will the harvesting will take place and yeah Christians will go to be with him where where he has been he has prepared a place for us I believe in heaven and at that point in time we will go there with him but we are drafted in this treaty we are grafted in right and the Bible's clear throughout the whole Bible that we are grafted into that righteousness and he clothes us with his righteousness and and so it's no longer just a nation although it's interesting to watch the nation because they've gone through quite a struggle but I do believe that the people who claim and and and have a relationship with him will be saved and so I like you said Matthew I don't want to I don't want to focus too much on one entity because just like in the Bible they were thinking that Jesus was going to come and save them from the Romans this is not a physical entity this is a group of people much like you said that's gonna be saved right yes and just to that end though about a treaty in general I do think that there will be some form of peace the Bible does say that they'll cry out peace peace and then there will be swift destruction I think we will see the world embracing this false peace brought about by Satan and eventually what's going to happen is God is going to pour out the plagues on the earth at that time because the earth is in this total apostasy to him it's it's it's a it's turned away it said we don't want the peace of the true God we want the peace that this God has to offer and at that point you will that's when some really insane miraculous things are going to be taking place not to worry those of us who are in Christ these these plagues and this judgment is not for us although I believe we will still be on the earth at that time I believe that we will be protected and those plagues will not touch us absolutely yeah it's it's a praise God that he is able to do that it's parallel revelation talks about those plagues and there's seven of them and there's it parallels what's happened to the Israelites in the days of their coming out of Egypt and you notice that things happened it was awful it was hard it made their work harder but they didn't affect them the way it did the Egyptians in fact Egyptians had a lot worse trouble over the whole thing so I I assume that this is going to be very paralleled period that we're going to experience. And it's not going to happen everywhere. I mean, we're going to have instances here and there and everywhere across the world that are going to have these different terrible things happen. But that's in the very far future. Well, not very far future, but the future. We'll leave it there. We'll see what happens. Sarah, do you have anything to say before we move on to another video? Yeah, basically any piece that is claimed under any name other than Jesus Christ, I would be weary or leery about believing in it in any way if it's not uniting under Jesus Christ. And I would just, I'd be suspicious of it.
36:03 Absolutely. And that's one of the things actually we're going to talk about later today. We're going to talk about this strange prophecy of an eclipse and what's to come. And we're going to talk about how do you know what is true prophecy? And one of those things that you just mentioned right there, Sarah, was one of the ways. Do they claim Christ or not? Do they claim something else? We're going to dig deeper into that in a moment, but I also want to bring out a little clip from TikTok. We're going to go over some TikTok videos of what people are saying about this because I thought it was interesting to see all the fun stuff. Some of them are right, some of them are wrong. We're going to extrapolate upon it and pull it apart. Listen to this. This is not essentially from TikTok. It is a TikTok video, but it's from one of the news agencies. So we go with MSM real quick first. Watch this. A total solar eclipse. It happens when the moon passes between the earth and the sun, completely blocking out the light. On April 8th, more than 32 million people across Mexico, the United States, and Canada could see the sun completely darkened by the moon's shadow. And that moment of total darkness could last more than four minutes in some places. It's also going to be the last one for quite some time. A total solar eclipse won't happen again in the United States for about another 20 years. Location is key. The total eclipse is only visible inside a very narrow track known as the path of totality. It stretches more than 10 US states from Texas through Maine, and the timing changes depending on where you are within that path.
37:44 People outside that narrow band will still be able to see a partial solar eclipse. That's when the moon only blocks part of the sun's face. That should be visible in all 48 contiguous US states. Now, if you're planning on peeking at a total or partial eclipse, remember to get you some certified eclipse glasses, regular sunglasses, not strong enough to protect your eyes. Otherwise, severe eye damage can occur. A solar retina burn can permanently injure your eyes, and you might not even feel it until it's too late. So now, we're fully versed on what is going on here. I thought we'd go into one of the TikTok videos that talks a little bit about this and kind of pull it apart a little bit, and then we can comment on it. So let's do that right now. What I'm about to tell you about the upcoming eclipse on April the 8th will blow your mind. Jesus talks about an evil and adulterous generation in Matthew 12 who will seek a sign, but no sign will be given except for the sign of the prophet Jonah. In Luke, the 17th chapter, it says, as it was in the days of Noah, so will it be in the coming of the Son of Man. So check this out. The path that the solar eclipse will take on April the 8th will literally go through the cities of Jonah, Texas, several towns and cities named Nineveh, and also through Rapture, Indiana, but that's not all. It will also take place under the consulate of the Lord Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. So, if you're in the middle of the year, see this, which means the whale. My God, God is giving us signs of the hour we are in. And if you believe we are in the last days, follow now for more. Follow now if you believe we're in the last days. So what in the world just happened there? I think it's interesting that he did say it's going through Nineveh, lots of Ninevehs, but I have a funny suspicion it's also going through a lot of Smithvilles, because there's so many Smithvilles.

This is one of those things where, and I'm guilty, I've been guilty of this as well, where you take a verse and maybe, or even you go into, yeah, some verse in a chapter and you don't necessarily go as far as you should when you're just kind of extrapolating verses from the Bible. It's important to read a bit more because that particular verse in Matthew, it says Jesus continued and he said, for as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly, so shall he be. And he said, and he said, and he said, and he said, and he said, and he said, and he said, shall the son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. So Jesus was speaking about his death, um, after being on the cross and that this would be the sign given to the evil and adulterous generation, which was the generation that he is, he was currently amongst. This is just generation of vipers. Jesus had a lot to say about Israel at that time, but he said, and he said, and I said, and I said, and he said, and I said, and I said, I'm sure that we're familiar with the fig tree. He went and he expected to see figs because the feet, the figs had had leaves and it's an indicator that it's supposed to be bearing its fruit. He goes and there's no fruit, but it's got everything else on the, uh, to the appearance. It seems that it would be bearing fruit, but it isn't. And this was the same thing. When you looked at Israel, these people who are claiming, of course, we're waiting for that Messiah.
41:45 we'd love to have the Messiah here look how we observe all of these laws look how set apart we are from the Romans that are controlling and all the other nations that surround us no, no, no we are a special people chosen by God and in appearance that's just what it seems to be however the fruit is not being born and this is why Jesus is talking to that generation about signs because they all want a sign a sign, give us a sign you know if this is really for in that hour when the Messiah is amongst us Emmanuel has come we want to see a sign he says there's not going to be a sign other than my death and eventually his resurrection just as Jonas came out of the whale Jesus came out of the tomb that is what that particular verse is referring to not necessarily a constellation of a whale where these things are going to be taking place in the sky like I said it's something that I've been I've been guilty of myself when if I just read a verse you can start applying it to anything but it's so important if the Bible gives you a definition if the Bible is explaining something to you you have to read it and go with the explanation given by the Bible you don't have to guess anymore and it happens way more often than not I promise you if you start reading scripture in totality and trying it out that way you're going to be able to guess you're going to have a fuller understanding because the Bible doesn't just blurt things out it's all leaning on its itself it's in harmony with itself Sarah what do you think? I actually was going to say the same thing that the sign of Jonah was referring to Jesus' death and resurrection and he actually the guy threw in Noah there but it had nothing to do with Noah you know like Noah is talking about the end times but I think he threw in that verse to act like Jonah was talking about you know that sort of thing I mean it's true that we all need to repent and turn to God like Nineveh did but I totally agree with Matt yeah and I thought it was interesting he did throw in the idea of the stars and the stars are pointing here look and the two main points he had was look it's going through a bunch of Nineveh and look there's a the whale in the sky well it must mean something I think we have to have a more sure word of prophecy than looking to the stars number one and also combining that with the the story in the Bible I don't think that's exactly how you do prophecy here there is there's a a verse in the Bible Deuteronomy 18 10 through 12 that talks about how you know of false prophecies false prophets specifically and it says this there shall not be found among you any one who maketh his son or daughter pass through the fire or that useth divination fortune teller or an observer of times astrologer or an enchanter a magician or a witch it's kind of like a female psychic or a charmer a person who casts spells or charms or things like that or a consulter with female with excuse me with familiar spirits a spirit medium or a wizard a male psychic or I guess you could call him a warlock is that kind of what they call him nowadays?

So like I just said, it's happening on April the, 8th and it's going to be visible all across the US, Mexico, and Canada. They're saying that while this is obviously exciting, government officials have expressed safety concerns surrounding next month event. They're basically expressing concerns because of the amount of people that are traveling to see this. There's going to be a lot of people. And they're saying that roads that are in the center of the eclipses path in particular are expected to be increasingly busy. Obviously, again, the expression here is there's going to be a ton of people traveling. So this is referring to the last solar eclipse we had, but they're saying that the roads were hit with 13 hours of congestion. So that's a lot of people. So they're saying that the roads were hit with 13 hours of congestion. People were stuck for 13 hours. So with the increased traffic in mind, some areas have warned residents to stock up on necessities ahead of the eclipse. So gas, food, water, drinks. If all of that already wasn't enough, the EMA has also just warned people that there could be some issues with cell phone signal during the event due to an increase in activity. We know that probably not as much as they think it's going to be, uh, make a lot of traffic. Yeah, probably. So get some water, but it's not going to be the end of the world. So I think a lot of people, this is just one example of one of the TikToks I saw that are really pressing for the idea that this is it folks. It's over. You better stock up. You're going to be out there for weeks. Uh, she didn't say that, but at the same time, it, uh, the, the urgency and the panic in her voice really, uh, drives that focus home and makes me pull in. Oh, I got to subscribe to this person. I want to know what's going to happen next. It's, I don't want anybody to get, uh, overly panicked about that. That's what I'm trying to say. Unfortunately, now that we have social media is so widespread, mainstream media would always do a really good job of fear mongering, but nobody trusts me. Nobody trusts the mainstream media anymore. Their trust is at an absolute all time low bottom of the barrel, no matter what network you're talking about. And so now people do turn to more pundits on social media. What are, what are the people have to say about this? Those who have done their research and yes, unfortunately, I think there are people who recognize, oh, this is a big event. Let me come out and hype you up. Let me, uh, stir the pot and hopefully generate interest in my own channel and kind of meet my own ends. I, yes, personally, I don't think that there is too much to worry about. Um, when I, when it comes to this eclipse, the national guard being deployed in that type of thing, well, maybe it is because in this last eclipse we had just, uh, less than a decade ago, we had all these, uh, these, uh, these, uh, these, uh, these, uh, these, uh, these, uh, these, uh, these, these types of issues. Maybe they're going to be trying to do some traffic calming. Who knows? I mean, obviously the event will happen and we will have an idea. I have a feeling we're going to come on air, um, the weekend after it happens, it'll happen on a Monday. So we'll come on air. And I think that everything will be, uh, as it was, I don't necessarily think there will be a lot there. I mean, could, I could be totally wrong about that, but based on, what I'm looking at here, I have a strong feeling. I saw somebody in the chat, um, asked, is this a Y2K? Let me see. Ernest. Ernest says, yeah, is this, is this Y2K or an eclipse happening? Yeah. Y2K for, for those of you watching who maybe were very young or, um, weren't even around when that was happening, it was a massive scare. They said that when, when the clocks turn 2000, computer systems are going to fail, uh, planes will be falling out of the sky. Nuclear missiles are going to be launched. And they had this whole list of reasons as to why that's going to happen.

I think it's going to go down, but I don't think it's going to have a massive impact and plunge the world in the crisis. I mean, I think there's like less than a 1% chance that that happens. As it stands right now, I'm very confident in just saying this eclipse will be an eclipse, and we're going to be okay. There's going to be very unusual things that do happen in the sky, and I think there have already been some very unusual things that have happened in the sky that are signs of Christ's soon return, but I'm not sure if this is going to be one of them. I like what Kalito said in the chat here. He says, I was a programmer during that time. It was crazy. Well, of course, because you were trying to change all the code so everyone else wouldn't go crazy over it. I totally get that, and I like what Rocky says in the chat here. He says it's like the toilet paper scare. There wasn't really a toilet paper shortage. It was just a bunch of people that went crazy, and people were just hoarding it like crazy and not leaving any for the rest of us. I don't know about you, but I remember that time I bought these giant industrial rolls of toilet paper. I still had them for a couple years after that because they wouldn't fit in our counter, but people go crazy, and it's primarily because it is the social media that really pushes that because it's the love of money.

As many of you know, the prophet Jonah was swallowed by a whale before being spit onto the shore to go preach repentance to Nineveh. Jesus says in Matthew 16, 4, a wicked and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and no sign shall be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah. I got a really big kick out of it, because before I'd actually read the book of Jonah, and I'd only kind of heard about the story, I had thought, okay, Jonah, that was a guy, he must have been afraid to go to Nineveh and the Assyrians, because it's...

But really, Jonah didn't want to go to Nineveh, because he said, God, I know that you're merciful and forgiving, and that if they repented, you would forgive them. It's just, it turned my head around. I put the book down for a second. Wait a second. That was the reasoning? So, let us at least, if we're going to be focusing on Jonah and the repentance of Nineveh in the book of Jonah, let's embrace proper evangelistic practices, and let's just call for people to be repentant, not necessarily because there's an eclipse coming, but because you want to get right with God. You want to be a repentant person. You want to have your sins forgiven. It's going to be really beneficial for anybody to come into a relationship with God. And we can point to the Bible and say, you know, these people are talking about the cities of Nineveh, the towns of Nineveh, and that there's a whale constellation.

No, that's not true. Only two of eight places, only two of eight named Nineveh mentioned, will experience a total solar eclipse, the one in Indiana and Ohio.

What happened to these Ninevehs over here? And that's, so it's a lie. It's a complete lie. But you know what we have I think is a more sure word of prophecy. And I want to give you four ways to know.

Matthew, you might have, we kind of went in tandem and both are doing this program. Both leading it. Too many cooks in the kitchen, I know. But this is my crux of the whole program here is first, the first one is it has to be in harmony with Scripture. It has to be in harmony with the Bible. Isaiah 8.22 says, The law and the testimony, if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. The second one is it has to teach the truth. It has to at least claim Jesus Christ or the prophet or whoever is speaking about this has to claim that Christ is Lord. 1 John 4.2 says, Every spirit that confesses Jesus Christ is come.
1:15:06 In the flesh is of God. And this is not only talking about people, but this is talking about in the latter times, testing the spirits. I want to make sure that those things that are going to start talking to you someday, and that will happen, that these things are confessing Jesus. The third one is it has to have a godly life. You have to, whoever is telling you these things, are they right with God or are they kind of, you know, they're a drunkard on the side? Are they partying on the side? Are they involved with some tax evasion on the side? I mean, what kind of person is this that is involved with this? Well, you got Matthew 7.16 says, And the last one, number four, says it has to have accurate prophecies. So a person that's telling you these things has to say, are they accurate? And you can probably unsubscribe from all those TikTok videos that you subscribe to, not saying you have or have not, but that you thought, oh, I'm going to find out what this person actually is going to happen to this person after they've said, you know, the end has come, or this is a huge sign.
1:16:21 Deuteronomy 18.22 It says, When a prophet speaketh in the name of the Lord, if not the thing, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, is the thing which the Lord has not spoken, but the prophet has spoken it, is speaking presumptuously, thou shalt not be afraid of him. Or Jeremiah 28.9 says, the prophet which prophesieth of peace, or if he says something of peace, when the word of the prophet shall come to pass, then the prophet be known that the Lord hath truly sent him. So he has to have, it has to truly come to pass. It has to happen. And I would suggest that it has to happen more than just once. And you have to be, if you're really talking to the Lord, it has to be something that is regular and not just conditional. You can't go through a soothsayer or a person and then say, well, you know, if the stars align and this X, Y, and Z happens, then it's not going to happen. But if it does happen this way, no. It has to be more sure than that. It has to be, you have to be, oh wow, this person is, that could never happen. It's like the fleece that was put out in the yard.
1:17:33 The grass was wet, but the fleece was dry. And then the next day, the fleece was wet, but the grass was dry. How is that? The only thing that could happen is, from God. So, that's my, the four things that I think really test prophecy, test prophets, test these ideas that come about this stuff is, if it's truly prophetic from the Bible. Any thoughts until I move on to the next clip? Actually, and I was looking for the scripture. I can't find it, but I was listening to something the other day, and it's exactly what you said about the person who's prophesying their life must be reflecting God's word. And I was looking for the verse that basically, and I'm going to paraphrase, but basically that where there's no law or observing God's commandments, there's no, He doesn't speak to people who don't follow Him. I really wish I could find the verse. I'll have to put it on Discord when I locate it. And I would even go further and say that they were, they were saying terrible things about Christ in court, in the courtrooms, you know, and they were, and the Bible says that they, though the witnesses weren't agreeing with each other, you know, they were only able to come up with, well, He said that, He said that He would rebuild the temple, and you know, if the temple was torn down, He would rebuild it in three days. And so, they were trying their best to accuse Him, so we can't look at accusations because at the end of the time, I truly believe all of God's people that will have dreams and visions, the Bible says that, will also be persecuted. They will also be thrown into jail. They will also be in court, so we can't say, oh, well, look, look at those terrible people, they can't be the true people because, look, they're in court. Look, they're accused of all these terrible things. I mean, absolutely atrocious things, I'm sure it's going to be. And if that's happening, we have to take a second look to see if those things actually come to pass, or if they're kind of swept under the rug by CNN and Reuters and all that stuff.
1:19:44 So, be aware of that as that comes down the line. Any thoughts on this? Matthew? Are we just kind of sharing some scripture at the moment? Yeah, we have two more clips I'm going to go through, but I thought it'd be a good time just to kind of go through what is a true prophecy and stuff like that. How do you know? But go on, if you have something else you want to say, you're leading to. Well, I do have some scriptures kind of referring to this idea that looking at the sky for signs. Because that's really what this whole eclipse business is about. I think that's the strongest thing you could rest it on as well. This is a big event happening here, and it's affecting a lot of people. And God does use the lights in the sky for signs. And that is true. If you look in the very first chapter of Genesis at verse 14, and God said, let there be lights in the firmament of heaven to divide the day from the night, and let them be for signs and for seasons and for days and years. So in addition to telling the time, it would also give signs.
1:20:57 And probably the most famous light giving sign in the sky would be at Jesus' birth. We had the wise men. They followed a star in order to reach Jesus. And that comes out of Matthew 2. You can read it. And let me see. So now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, saying, Where is he that is born king of the Jews? For we have seen his star in the east and are come to worship him. And then it goes on to say that Herod was troubled when he heard all this. All of these things. So he's, uh, there is something here. Not only did the wise men come and they said, yeah, we're following a star for this, but it caused a stir. People were saying, oh, uh-oh, this seems to be right.
1:21:59 And Herod, although he was acting king at the time in Israel, he absolutely did not want the Messiah to come in and take his power away. That was a big concern of his. And he ended up having a lot of children slaughtered. Which is a terrible event. But also we have in, um, in Isaiah that, um, he, there was a sign given from the Lord, and it was, you can read it here in Isaiah 38.8, Behold, I will bring again the shadow of the degrees which has gone down on the sundial of Ahaz, ten degrees backward. So the sun returned ten degrees by which degrees it was gone down. God turned back the sun, and this was um, just proving himself, and proving his mastery over the sun. So we have a precedent here of God using things in the sky. That's why, I suppose when it comes to this eclipse thing, I can see why people would be getting, uh, excited about it. However, I do believe that there are also natural occurrences that happen in God's creation. He's, he's set certain things in motion, and they move, and they do things.
1:23:25 I mean, the, the constellations in the night sky, we're not supposed to necessarily look to them and derive them like zodiacs, but you can track across the sky. What season are we in? Based on what stars you're able to see, you can uh, follow a star that you know will point due north and essentially use it as a, as a compass system. God is, uh, is brilliant. That's, and that's an understatement. But he's put all of these things, and they're very active, and they're, they're moving, and they're doing things. And I suppose that's, this is really, uh, up to us as believers, and having discernment and pray and ask God, okay, what, what do some of these things mean? And that's why personally, just through, um, I suppose, studying the Bible and praying about it and looking at the situation, I genuinely just, I do not believe that this is one of those things that is prophetic or is going to, is a sign, necessarily. And, as I said, I'm, I'm very certain of this, and on that off chance that I'm wrong, I'd be wrong. But, I, I know that this is probably the more boring take. It might, it might be more fun for, for me to come on air and be like, well, folks, guess what? This eclipse does herald the beginning of the end, and boom, boom, boom, I'm gonna lay it out, for you, and I throw all this... And like and subscribe.

I can't come on and do that, not necessarily because, I mean, it would go against my conscience, really, if I were to drum something up for you as an audience and get you excited for that, but I, genuinely, I do not see it. I don't see it here, and I, I do have a very calmness going into this, and regardless, even if I thought this was some massive event, I would still go into this with calmness. That is so important. We can't present a face of, um, just radical, just going crazy about this type of thing. So, like, if you're approaching your family members to talk about Jesus on the basis of, hey, have you heard about the massive eclipse coming up? Uh, yes, we have. Yeah, there's a lot of news about that. Right. Well, it's time for me to, like, lay the gospel on you. It's, I don't think that's the approach to take. I think that the, the correct approach is, uh, is ministering to people on a personal level, as Jesus did, and going through, and not necessarily just getting on board a, a hype train and getting excited about it, but just being reasonable and calm about it, and every, I think everything is going to work out. I really do. I do too. There, I mean, there are some amazing things that are, are still going to happen. I've heard growing up that some of these things have already happened, but I'm going to switch to Matthew 24, 29, and this is fascinating to me, because I think that not only has some of these things happened, but there's also going to be some dual prophecy in some of these. This is immediately after the tribulation of those days.

In other words, you know, something happens, and I guess the earth is moved? I don't know. How do you, how do you move the stars unless, and, and, and I'm going to say, welcome to all my flat earth people, or they're going to come out of the woodwork, and I love you all. I really do, but I don't believe that, but I do believe that this verse is very strange, and I'm going to leave it right there, because how can you have the powers of heaven shaken? That's really strange. Really, really, really weird. But I'm going to ask you guys too, and this isn't to get off on the flat earth, but how is it that the moon is over the top of us and between the sun? I'd really like to know how you, how that is rationalized. Uh, in flat earth, and I'd love to see your comments. I really would. I'm not just saying that. I, I really, really would like to see, understand that. Okay. I'm, I'm over with that topic. I will say too, Brad, though, even just pointing out that from Matthew, again, it's, there are signs that are given in the heavens. This is why I can't, people, so that's why I brought out that Jonah verse, because it's like, okay, that I think is just wrong. You're misapplying the scripture here, when you're saying that Jesus is talking about the sign of Jonah. He's not talking about the sign of Jonah. He's not talking about this eclipse. He's, he's talking about his death and resurrection. So it's like, boom, right there, I can, I'll dispute that. But I can understand why people would say, okay, there's a big event going on in the sky, and they think this could be a sign from God. I'm not going to call you, I don't think you're stupid. I don't think you're crazy or anything like that. It's true. God has been explicit about the heavens and signs being given. I just do not think that this is one. But, go ahead, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to cut you off. No, no, no, that's all I had to say. I didn't want to actually get into that topic. No, not you, Brad.

Now, exactly seven years later we have this other eclipse on April 8th going over seven cities named Nineveh. Not to mention the city of Rapture, Indiana. God says in the book of Luke that before he comes back, he will give us signs in the sun, the moon, and the stars. We also have the moon, which is turning to rust. The Greek origin of that rust, hematite, means blood. He says the moon will turn to blood before the terrible day of the Lord. The Euphrates River drying up.

I get, I just got a video of a million and a half views taken down because I was talking about how tired I am of this world. Tired of looking up in the sky and seeing the lines. He knows that God is coming back soon. And so he's going to do his valiant effort to try to get as many souls to go to where he lives. And I just want to remind everybody that you have time right now. This eclipse is not the rapture. It is a direct warning from God.

And so just saying that there will be signs in the heavens without it being specific towards you know there will be a crisscrossing of this latitude and longitude in order to find where the moon is it's not a prophecy in the Bible. And so God is coming soon but don't let people that are Christian that make these false claims dissuade you from believing what the Bible says because that's what I believe might actually happen because if people continue to make these false accusations eventually a lot of people are just going to say whoa okay just stop it. We're not going to listen to any of that Bible stuff anymore. You guys have said too much. And that's my thought. The most ironic thing about that TikTok was probably that she said Satan is working. He's working actively to distract people and then talks about how the eclipse is a direct warning from God.

I mean you go through the entirety of Revelation. It's pretty much three quarters of it. We're talking warnings and explanations of what is to come and things to be on the lookout for. And Jesus was asked what is it going to be like in the last days and he gives a whole speech about it. You can read it. It pretty much takes up an entire chapter. So yes God is tender and caring enough to give us those warnings but I just don't know the eclipse being the warning. I guess this is where we can we can use it to our advantage as I was saying in a way of rather than fixating on this eclipse and this event it's like okay what is the significance of Salem for example? She was talking about in 2017 it passed over a town's name Salem. For most people Salem is a town in Massachusetts where they burned people who are accused of being witches. But if you go to the Bible and you look in Genesis 14 you'll read that Melchizedek was the king of Salem. And Melchizedek was the high priest. He was a type of Christ. He was not Christ but he was a... there are people who kind of embody what Jesus is about. Imperfect men like David is a great example.
1:35:22 David is like Christ in a way. He is not the Christ but he exemplifies some of Jesus' traits and so did Melchizedek. So there's an opportunity to talk about someone who a lot of people probably don't know. Even nominal Christians don't even know that there's a guy named Melchizedek in the Bible. That's a whole Bible study you've got in front of you just based off of that. How much more effective is that than just saying hey did you know that the eclipse in 2017 passed through all of these towns named Salem? Whoa that's crazy. It's like okay where's the significance behind it? Again that's why it's like we point to Nineveh, Nineveh, Nineveh. It's like okay talk about the story of Nineveh then. Talk about Assyria the greater nation surrounding Nineveh that it was a part of and their role in Bible history. There's opportunities here. There's always an evangelistic opportunity but to just point up at this eclipse, the eclipse, the eclipse I think it's the wrong way to go about it because you're gonna I'm telling you from a person who was once not Christian and I wasn't raised in a Christian environment if I were outside of the church today and I saw a bunch of Christians come up to me and they're like yeah the eclipse get right with God. I would laugh.

But if someone came and they had a meaningful conversation with me which did happen when I was a non-believer. Just give people something tangible so that when they're trying to explain to their family why their beliefs have changed they can say something more than just the moon went over and covered and Salem and just all these key words. Like, y'all, it says that nobody knows the date. God is not a God of confusion. God is not a God who scares us. Y'all gotta stop letting people predict what they think is gonna happen on this day and that day and just be prepared. Okay. Stay ready so you don't gotta get ready, really. And stop believing everything you see on the internet. People come on here all the time with all their conspiracies about God. Y'all, we don't know. They don't know.

This man was born in sin to tell us something. It's like looking at someone and casting an aspersion on them. I'm not saying that you're doing that, Sarah.
