0:00 Did you know you're in a cult? Apparently, we all are. In fact, it's so easy to start one, even Harvard University has figured it out amongst their own students. Check it out. Here's how I started a cult at Harvard University. That's me right there. This is midnight on a school night. Let me explain. The premise was that every week was a week. The first week was pool week. We swam in pools, we played pool, we played with pool noodles, we played pool with pool noodles, we carpooled, we pooled our money. You get the idea. And since every week was a week, we would choose the new week each Sunday at midnight at a massive ceremony called the Choosening. That right there is the original pool noodle from pool week. We spread the word little by little. So on change week, we changed our clothes, we changed our minds, we changed our answers on midterms, but we also handed out physical change. People said, why are you giving me change right now? I said, it's change week. They said, what's change week? And I said, come to the Choosening. And they did. So this was the shark week into camp week Choosening, where we formally drew camp week as the new week. Guys, cults are easy. You present a lifestyle revolving around some kind of ritual. You create special traditions and vocabulary. And then it's just community outreach. This is true. This is strange and well verified. And I feel for our country, at least the next generation that is running the country, because absolutely right now what he's doing is correct. But there's a little bit of a negativity that comes with starting a cult. Originally, this idea came from the word culture, which was just a generic term, mean a group of people doing something. Essentially, it progressed into this idea that it was a negative thing. So the history goes that this culture evolved into this more religious style culture of a cultivation of worshiping a God. But truly, it doesn't mean that. It doesn't mean that you're worshiping a specific God. It doesn't mean that you're worshiping a specific God. It doesn't mean that you're worshiping a specific God. It doesn't even have to be a religion. A cult usually has a systematic devotion to something. The matter spreading from this big bang became the galaxies. It separates members from others. It controls members even. It usually has a charismatic leader that is motivated by power, money, or sex of some kind of gratification. They even prey on susceptible people.

1:53 They're controlling you. They're not protecting you. People that are emotionally laden with stress of some kind, or they have some kind of a problem that they are dealing with in life, people come in and they invite them to the friends group. But the friends group is not exactly what you expect. Not your friends, not your family, not even yourself, Bruce. In fact, this friends group usually discourages critical thinking. So you can have different cults of different kinds. You can have the North Korean cult. That's a cult. You can't leave that country. Otherwise, you'll have to be severely punished. You can have the Catholic Church cult, where you have to be a Christian. You can have the Catholic Church cult, where you have to be a Christian. You have to believe a specific way, and it's led by a specific leader. You can have people in the comments that have been saying Jehovah's Witnesses or Islam. I don't have any experience in either of those, so I can't really say. But you can also have, this really surprised me, you can have the gym cult. I don't know if you've ever had a gym membership or anything, but you can have systematic devotion to going to the gym. I've seen people. They are systematically devoted daily, weekly, to going to the gym. Not necessarily a bad thing. It's actually a pretty good thing. And there are members there. At this gym. There are controlled members there. If you leave the gym, then you might not receive the same benefits anymore if you are going away from the gym. And sometimes it discourages critical thinking. Now, follow me on this. You can say, oh, well, you know, I don't see myself getting any more strong. Well, don't think about it. Just do.

3:22 Pain is weakness leaving the body. Pain is weakness leaving the body. I saw a lot of comments saying that school can be a cult. Is that when someone goes out and they say, oh, well, you're a member of a cult, that can mean all kinds of things. It can mean anything. It can mean that you're just a member of a small group, but usually it comes with negative connotations. And I think what a lot of people are getting confused here is membership to a occult, which is a completely different word. Do you even know what I mean when I use the term occult? What I would say the occult is, is it something that is reverse of what is good. It is an ulterior idea, usually having to do with the... demonism, Satan worship, or something that is the reverse of the normal thinking. So when you're told you're a member of a cult, just remember and send them this video because it could be anything, especially those people at Harvard that are about to run your country here pretty soon. But as usual, I want to pass it off to you. What do you think a cult is? Are you a member of it? And give us an example in the comments below.
