0:02 Okay, so let's talk about Jacques Vallée for a second. The news anchor said at the very end of the last clip, why is it that we can't pinpoint what this is, but we keep reporting about it? Or she said something to that effect. And Jacques Vallée, I think, actually pinpointed the topic. It's on point for what we're going to try to say. And Jacques Vallée talks about, like, how do you create a real cult following? It's not by showing yourself consistently. It's like if you have, every time you hit a lever, you know, some treat comes out for a dog or whatever, they're going to hit the lever less than if it comes out randomly. That's how you create kind of a rabid following. And cults actually took this up as like, you know, that became their practice. He's answering the question, why aren't we seeing these things so much? The occult has figured out that this thing can be exponentially made interesting by not always giving the exact thing that is expected all the time.
0:59 So when they provide these things, and people are like, yeah, see, that happens, and then it doesn't happen again. But then it happens again, and it doesn't happen again for a long time. Suddenly, you have a piqued interest, and you want to see it over and over again, and people, like, are just obsessed with it, right? Like finding a four-leaf clover or a shooting star or something. Is that what he's talking about? Or more like, you know, these things appearing in the sky. You know, Greer is always like, yeah, yeah, come out to my thing and pay me some money, and then you can go. You can go out here, and you can see these things. And it becomes an obsession if it doesn't happen all the time, like this guy said. So Jacques Vallée, I included him in the Disclosed documentary, but he actually wrote a book called Messengers of Deception. And he's not a Christian. And the guy was talking to him about the book, and he said, so you think that these beings could be something other than just, you know, travelers from another planet or something?
1:56 And he said, yeah, I think I'll be disappointed if they are just beings from another planet. I think there's something more interesting. And he said, what do you mean? He said, I think they're interdimensional beings. I'm going to be very disappointed if UFOs turn out to be nothing more than visitors from another planet, because I think they could be something much more interesting. Could the UFO phenomenon be manipulating us? Could it be a teaching system of some sort? And the other guy was asking me, he said, so in your book, you said that you believe that these beings have created some kind of mythology about themselves, so that humanity will believe this narrative or this mythology that they are aliens from another planet, but they're really interdimensional beings. And that's what this guy believes. Jacques Vallée believes that that's why it's called Messengers of Deception. He believes that these things defy physics. They, you know, they just manifest, appear, reappear on and off radar. And he says he believes they're interdimensional beings that are deceiving humanity into thinking that they are.
