00 In 1995, Roger Murnau wrote down a list of predictions he said demon spirits were planning to make to the human race decades before Congress ever held its first UAP hearing. He had already told a Bible study group in Montreal, Canada, exactly what those spirits would claim about alien visitors. Demon spirits will declare themselves to be inhabitants of far distant planets in the galaxies that are coming to warn the inhabitants of planet Earth of the impending destruction of the planet unless something seriously proper is done to avoid it. He said he heard it from a satanic priest years earlier while he was still a part of the occult society that worshiped Lucifer. Roger Murnau made a list of predictions that night. Aliens claiming to be coming from other planets was only the first item on it.
53 Now, before we get into the details of this story, before we get into the rest of the list, and before we get into something that is on that list that is really tearing churches apart right now, and the country for that matter, you should know who this man is and whether or not his word is worth anything at all. Now, if you want to support research that goes into making videos like this, please consider us for your end-of-the-year giving. You can find out more about our nonprofit ministry at orionmedia.tv slash donate. Roger Murnau was born in Quebec in 1925. After World War II in Montreal, he was recruited into an elite spirit-worshipping society, the kind that did not let just anybody in. He was sought after and groomed to be a part of their society because they saw something in him, spirits saw something in him, that nobody else did. We were both brought into a high society of Luciferians, spirit-worshippers, in a society that no one came into the world. We were both brought into a high society of Luciferians, a society that no one came into the world. We were both brought into a high society of Luciferians, except that they had a great master, which we refer to as Satan, or a spirit counselor, which is one of his chief persons that has a responsibility over millions of angels, and would give the authorization.
15 A coworker started giving him Bible studies, 28 studies in seven days, by his own account. And on the Sabbath, he went to church with the man and never went back to the old life. Leaving cost him much. He did not walk away from a society for a book deal or paycheck. I have come out of spiritism, having been placed a $10,000 prize in my hand to be shot by spiritists. A documentary made about his life years later put that question directly to the people who tested him against Scripture against his own consistency. For me, there's question about whether it was truth or not because you don't have to remember the truth you have to remember a lie what a great privilege it was not only as his friend but as his pastor we had this very close relationship what he said I could trust you could go to Roger with almost anything couldn't you Sherman and share your challenges in the ministry and it's very very difficult for a pastor to lose a prayer partner we don't judge people but we can judge the fruit of their life and I knew Roger and held up well I was in their home I spent many hours talking with them if I didn't know the man you would almost think that whoever conjured up an experience like this would have to be a a a psychopathic liar. But I knew the family, and he was absolutely sincere, and he lived it.
06 His fruit was decades of intercessory prayer ministry, a stack of prayer requests thick enough to fill to the top of the room, and he answered one after the other. He also refused to chase after the very thing that made him famous. I am so solemnly concerned with the idea of being deceived these last days, that I ask my Lord, my Savior, Lord Jesus, I would like you to do me a favor. I would like you never to send an angel to talk to me, never to have an angel manifest his presence to me, because in my limitations, in what I've known about the adversaries, the adversaries and the deceivers, I'm not that smart that I can label angels correctly. That is a man who did not want visions. He wanted to be told the truth by the Bible, and he asked God to keep the visitors away from him personally, even after he had spent years watching other Christians chase them. Now go back to his list. Aliens warning Earth of its impending destruction was one point. Here is what he said comes with it. that they will claim to have out-of-body experiences. Astral projection and near-death culture were fringe subjects when Marneau said this. Today, the CIA has declassified its own gateway process documents on the subject itself, and out-of-body experiences is a marketing product in wellness spaces now. The spirits gave him more than a method.
52 gave him a promise. The spirits will promise, and this is a big word, promise, that if their recommendations are followed carefully, they will usher in a glorious new age of peace and prosperity, and there'll be, well, there'll be no more wars, you see, there'll be no more famines. A UFO contact dean named Chris Bledsoe, who we talk about quite a bit on this channel, interviewed on the network Gaia. He has been telling his audience for 25 years that the phenomenon he encountered is spiritual, not mechanical. And reveal themselves, which changes the hearts and the minds of the people. Bledsoe frames these beings as benevolent. Murnau, who says he sat in a room with the beings that gave the orders, said the plan was never fulfilled. It was never benevolent. It was about worship. It was about the sacredness of a day.
55 The spirits at that time are going to put all their effort to impress religious leaders, to bring before the masses of the earth the sacredness of Sunday. Murnau's book adds one more detail. Laws will be passed by governments that force people to go along with it, whether they believe it or not. In 2026, the government of the United States, the United States, the United States, the United States and America's hearts grew. The President of the United States, Gregor Bonne, the sitting Vice President of the United States, published a book called Communion. In it, he gave his own case for the laws to protect a sacred day. I have supported Blue Laws, state laws that shut down businesses on certain days, like Thanksgiving. Because these days are sacred, and everyone ought to be able to participate in them equally. But we've got long ways to go. That is JD Vance connecting civil law, commerce, and sacred time in one sentence.
49 A chapter later, in the same book, he explains where the idea comes from. Churches will struggle to attract working-class people if those people are forced to work on Sundays. And the Pope's vision? Pope Leo, the 13th theory of human nature, strikes a balance so perfect, it seems divinely inspired. The chapter is named after Rerum Novarum, a papal document from 1891 on the state, labor, and rest idea. This is not a new idea. In fact, one of our church founders, Alan White, wrote about it in 1888. Even in free America, rulers and legislators, in order to secure public favor, will yield to popular demand for a law enforcing Sunday observance. That is the Great Controversy, page 592. To be fair to the vice president, though, a Thanksgiving blue law is not the mark of the beast.
47 Nobody living today carries that mark. But the wiring described in 1888 and the wiring described in 2026, bestseller, line up exactly the same. Sunday was one item on Morneau's list. The other item, the one he says makes Sunday work as a deception, is what happens with the dead. Morneau's book says the belief that people have an immortal soul that survives death opens the door to necromancy. Contact with the dead. Disguised as comfort. J.D. Vance, his book, has the whole chapter just about that. I walk in the ancient plot of land and speak to people long dead. Some of them gone before my grandmother was even born. I visited that cemetery before every major life decision. From proposing to Ursa to running for Senate.
43 He gives the practice a name. Memory eternal is the promise that, Memory eternal is the promise that, When you speak to the dead, they say something back. Even if only as a vapor from the past. He defends the practice in print against his own Protestant friends who object to it. Some Protestant friends really don't like the Catholic practice of praying to saints. They're fine with asking a living person to say a prayer. Or, please pray for my mother, she's sick and needs all the help she can get. But they draw the line at consulting the dead people. He's not a fraud, and he is not being mocked here. He sounds like a grieving man standing at a family grave. And that is exactly how this deception is built to feel. The Bible gives a plain answer to what is exactly actually happening at the grave.
35 The living know that they shall die, but the dead know not anything. Neither have they any more a reward, for the memory of them is forgotten. If the dead know nothing, and something happens, the grave answers back something else is doing the answering ellen white wrote an entire chapter on this exact question and called it can our dead speak to us many will be confronted by the spirits of devils personating beloved ones relatives or friends and declaring the most dangerous heresies these visitants will appeal to our tender sympathies and will work miracles to sustain their pretensions we must be prepared to withstand them with the bible truth that the dead know not anything and that they who thus appear are the spirits of devils revelation describes this exact alliance between civil power and false worship centuries before morneau or anybody else wrote a word about it and he had power to give life unto the image of the beast and the image of the beast should both speak and cause that and the image of the beast should both speak and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed and as he causes all both small and great rich and poor free and bond to receive a mark on their right hand and or in in their forehead the other error the immortal soul goes back further than morneau too it goes back to the first lie ever told to a human being the serpent said unto the woman ye shall not surely die god said death is death the serpent said it is not he's lying to you every claim that a person lives on after the body dies is the same sentence dressed up for a new century ellen white wrote about these same two errors in 1888 and put them side by side in one paragraph through two great errors the immortality of the soul and sunday's sacredness satan will bring the people under his deception while the former lays the foundation for spiritualism the latter creates a bond of sympathy with rome and the protestants of the united states will be foremost in stretching their hands across the gulf to grasp the hands of spiritualism and they will reach over the abyss to clasp the hands with the roman power morneau's satanic priest named those exact two items in montreal in the 1940s revelation named the alliance behind them two thousand years earlier and in 2026 both of them show up bound in one book on the desk of the vice president of the united states morneau's spirits had two more items on the list that are easy to check against today lucifer loves the cartoonish caricature of satan it helps to discredit the bible as a bunch of fairy tales that way he can play both sides and get away with it he can bring catastrophe war disease and famine then write in as the hero manifesting as an angel of light an alien or a departed loved one that one clip that covers an alien angle and the dead loved one angle in a single breath a 2009 survey by barna group found about four in ten self-identified christians strongly agree that satan is is only a symbol of evil not an actual being or no spirits wanted exactly that he said the same operation was working on christians who believe angels do not deceive believers three months later she's a beautiful bright being in her in her kitchen the angel says don't don't worry don't be bright and public to answer your prayers i'm coming from the throne of grace and there told her a number of things and it went like this that i have messages for the members and all of that and i'll be i'll be able to answer questions at your next meeting you know like what's the evening or something like that uh from the group there she was the one that could see the angel in the room and she said that in the space of five years her and her husband entertained 161 angels in their home and he was quite a sketcher and he could sketch the angels make beautiful uh picture systems and all the time these were satan's angels he said the same operation was working on christians who believe angels do not deceive believers minot said that there was one account that the spirits could not touch the fact that the adventist observed the biblical sabbath of creation and reverence the creator on that day it makes it impossible for the spirits to deceive
27 them they are given very special help and great in spiritual insight scripture itself calls this the sabbath a sign between god and his people not a human tradition and hallowed be my sabbaths and they shall be a sign between me and you that ye may know that i am the lord your god seventh day avenists are a protestant christian denomination that keep the seventh day sabbath and holds from ecclesiastes 9 5 that the dead are asleep until the resurrection which is what jesus taught those are the same two truths and stand directly against the two errors just described marno said his own high priest admitted you know years later at his memorial service that this was the one church that satan couldn't fool and he said we can't do anything if the spirit can't deceive you so that you can talk about what is happening in the gospel for the rest of your life that is the whole point of scripture is the reason it holds up that's the group that the spirits cannot deceive from the outside there is an obvious next question how would you attack a group you cannot deceive or no high priest answered that question too and what he described is happening in the adventist church today confirming what we already knew would happen it's happening across the country right now his satanic priest declared that satan and his chief counselors the highest ranking spirits beings in the government were studying ways of reducing the adventist church into splinters and it's all about business here's the method in the priest's own words as merneau recorded them they would greatly magnify some of of the mistakes made by some of its leaders and would do so without ceasing demonic spirits would then bitterly attack and fill people's minds with the thoughts that the entire leadership of the church is corrupt and that the creator has rejected his commandment keeping church as a result vast members of people the priest predicted will withdraw their ties and offerings from the church causing cancellation of many of the programs of mercy and benevolence that is not a general statement about corruption that is a specific prediction that members would pull their tithe and offerings out of the church and that mercy programs would shut down because of it merneau published that prediction in 1995. right now in 2026 a poll taking of seventh day adventist viewers on tithe found this 64 percent sent sentence straight to the local conference or church there's another 18 percent that sent to ministries and another uh 13 percent that say i honestly don't pay tithe and a small percentage that sent it to the needy um but what was incredible about this is that when thinking about the satanic idea of sending it somewhere else this is what has been said so this gives the mindset of what is in the dogm他的 says mediaulisch ist dass. der Bettgeister victory애 ist das gefしゃßtg guessapung der avait manver CPUs suddenly wird aus Eventually this concept of hand over. or the idea of we are sitting in a state where there is something that we can return. than one more. this is what has been said so this gives the mindset of what has been said so this gives the mindset of what is happening right now I said do you agree with what Vine Conrad Vine says on his statements and I quoted him and gave the time stamps of them he says no ties should be paid particularly to the nad until all of our institutions actually agree to uphold what we believe and no tithes should be paid in the form of money to any conference mission field section worldwide why until the general conference apologizes to those who were hurt by the reaffirmation statement do you agree it says 37% say yes 37% of a church audience agrees that tithes should be withheld from the conference is not a fringe opinion anymore it is close to half before I tell you why I think that's a mistake I want to be honest about something I don't think Roger Monod carries the authority of scripture now I don't think that his testimony is inspired in the way the Bible is inspired but a man who's accurately predicted three of the largest spiritual trends not because he received special visions but because he had an experience and this all happened in the last 30 years decades in advance at least deserves a hearing on the fourth so let's actually open the Bible and settle where tithe is supposed to go before we get into anybody's opinion including mine God asked Israel a direct question through the prophet Malachi will a man rob God yet you rob me but you say wherein have we robbed thee in tithes and offerings you are accursed with a curse for you have robbed me even with this whole nation bring ye all the
13 tithes into the storehouse that there may be meat in mine house and prove me now where within say a lord of hosts if i will not open you the windows of heaven and pour you out a blessing that there shall not be room enough to receive it a pastor named alistair hong who runs that website made a point about this passage that most people skip past so god has said i want you to bring the tithe to a place called the storehouse and so suppose that we get in our minds that we can just take the tithe into just some other storehouse is that still robbing god faithfulness in the amount does not answer the question of the place god defined the place long before malachi wrote a word but under the place which the lord your god shall choose out of all your tribes to put his name there even unto his habitation shall ye seek and thither thou shalt come and thither ye shall bring your burnt offerings and your sacrifices and your tithes. That principle was not a theory. It was a practice under a reforming king. Then Hezekiah commanded to prepare chambers in the house of the Lord and they prepared them and brought in the offering and the tithes and dedicated things faithfully. And the Levites shall bring up the tithes of the tithes unto the house of the God, to chambers and to the treasury house. Home points out that his storehouse was not a stockpile for the end of the world. It had a job to do. What is the house of the Lord? It's the temple in Jerusalem.
05 So what do we see here? Hezekiah is showing us the storehouse in action. The place that God had identified as the storehouse. Hezekiah is showing us the storehouse in action. As the place to bring the tithes and offerings apparently is a warehouse, literal storerooms at the temple in Jerusalem. An Amazon fulfillment center, if you will. But just like an Amazon fulfillment center, it wasn't just to stockpile stuff for the end times. They're not just prepping, you know. It says here, there is a process, a system to distribute the allotments to the brethren by divisions. The job of the tithe was always to pay the spiritual leaders. And behold, I have given the children of Levi all the tenth in Israel for an inheritance, for their service which they serve, even the service of the tabernacle of the congregation. Paul carries that exact same principle into the New Testament church without ever using the word tithe. Do ye not know that they which minister about holy things live of the things? Of the temple. And they which wait at the altar are partakers with the altar. Even so hath the Lord ordained that they which preach the gospel should live of the gospel. Hong applied that straight to how the Adventist church is actually structured today. The Adventist church system is designed so that the tithe, yes, goes to the conference and that's where the pastors are paid.
38 But yet a portion of the tithe gets forwarded on to the union. And the union is where the institutions are managed. For instance, we have a school right here. The school is under the Southern Union, not the Georgia Cumberland Conference. And then a portion of that then goes on to the General Conference. And the General Conference, sometimes we get a mixed element. What about the divisions? Well, the 13 world divisions are divisions of the General Conference. So the division and the GC, they're the same level. A pastor of 50 member church and a pastor of a five-member church. A 5,000 member church draw from the same pool. That is by design. If tithe scatters to wherever the individual member prefers, small and overseas fields are the first ones to go without. Ellen White made the same point about where tithes belong. The tithe is sacred, reserved by God for himself.
38 It is to be brought into his treasury to be used to sustain the gospel laborers in their work. That is the biblical case. But now let's deal fairly. With two men who are telling millions of Christians something totally different, that's not biblical, because they are both sincere and they are both partly right about something else entirely. Danny Shelton has run 3ABN for nearly 42 years and has blessed millions of people with the gospel on television. He has said something in recent sermon that had never come out of his mouth before. In the church, 42 years, nearly 42 years of ministry, I've never once talked about tithe publicly. So I don't know. Somebody said yes. All right. Well, let me give you the short version and then I'll tell you why I'm talking about it. I haven't talked about it or spoken about it, as I said, in all these years that I can recall at least. But I have no problem with the way the Seventh-day Adventist church handles tithing as a policy voted by the church. He then makes his actual argument that the church is not the only valid destination for tithe. God has people in all churches. And when people give their tithe to him and they're using it to win souls, that's the storehouse. That's my opinion. He said it himself. That's his opinion. Now, Hong quotes Ellen White on exactly this point, that the opinion is not enough grounds to stand on. Later in the same sermon, Shelton makes a comment about Ellen White's own era that is worth sitting on and that many YouTubers have missed. Ellen White was not faced with the church receiving money from an abortion doctor.
35 Now, he's right that Ellen White never had to answer modern LGBTQ questions by name, but in the same breath, he admits that people quote her on tithe, consistently, because she worked extensively on it. And her era had its own version of corrupt church, which we will get into in a minute, because it changes the whole argument here. If Danny Shelton's teaching is new for him, Conrad Vine has built an entire ministry career on church accountability. Conrad Vine led Adventist frontier missions for years, and he has been hurt by the institution he served. A lot of what he says about the corruption in the church leadership, I agree with. He paid a price for it. He paid a price for it. He paid a price for it. He paid a price for it. He paid a price for it. He paid a price for it. He paid a price for it. I spoke about tithe for 15 seconds in 2024, and my life fell apart. But I don't know if I agree with him exposing it for years and years. Change something about it, but what you're doing is damaging the church further by not making the correct changes in the boards, and instead going to the pulpits to air out your dirty laundry.
41 Here's exactly what he told his audience to do. Nobody today, from this day forward, should return any tithe in the form, of many to any Adventist conference, mission, or field until the following conditions are met." Set that instruction next to Roger Morneau's quote from moments ago, withdraw your tithes and offerings from the church. That is the coincidence of wording. That is the exact move Morneau's high priest described in 1995, word for word. Vine's theology defense of a boycott rests on one claim. The Adventist church defines the storehouse within its own structure as the local conference. Then listen to the next sentence. That definition is not a theological requirement. Now, we just spent 10 minutes in Deuteronomy, Chronicles, Nehemiah, Numbers, and 1 Corinthians. That is a theological requirement. It did not start with church policy or polity. It started with God choosing a place.
38 Now, here's where I want to agree with Conrad Vine publicly, and give the church its due. He is right that the church has had serious errors before, some of them worse than anything being discussed today. This would not be the first time God's own house had corrupt men running it while the offerings kept coming in. Scripture already told that story about the sons of the priest of Eli. Now, the sons of Eli were sons of Belial. They knew not the Lord. And the priest's custom with the people was that when any man offered sacrifice, the priest's servant came and he took it by force. Wherefore the sin of the young men was very great before the Lord, for men abhorred the offering of the Lord. The tabernacle system did not shut down over the corruption and Israel was not told to stop bringing their offerings because the priests running it were wicked. God dealt with Eli's son himself. Ellen White lived through her own version. Ellen White herself called the 1888 General Conference in Minneapolis, one of the darkest chapters in the in Adventist history when the church's own leadership rejected the message of righteousness by faith that she and her colleagues were bringing. The terrible experience at Minneapolis Conference is one of the saddest chapters in history of the believers in present truth. After the conference, the church leadership effectively pushed her out of Battle Creek to Australia. She said, plainly, it was not God's doing. The Lord was not in the leaving of America.
07 He did not reveal that it was his will that I should leave Battle Creek. She also wrote at length about a corrupted conference in her own lifetime by name. For the last 15 years, the deplorable condition of the Michigan Conference has from time to time been presented before me. I have felt anguish of soul as I've seen the true state of things. There are dishonest men in our churches. There are licentious men in this large conference. There is declension in the place of constant advancement. She lived through a general conference that rejected righteousness by faith, a forced relocation where she said she was not God's will, and named a conference full of dishonest men. And she kept paying her tithe to the church the entire time. That is the part I want you to sit with because it answers the question everyone is actually asking. If the leadership is bad, why would God still want your money going through them? Well, Unwhite answered that question directly to a man who told her he was, withholding his tithe over exactly this kind of complaint.
11 Some have been dissatisfied and said, I will not any longer pay my tithe into this treasury for I have no confidence in the way things are managed at the heart of the work. And she says, but will you rob God because you think the management of the work is not right? Make your complaints, send in your petitions for things to be adjusted and set in order, but do not withdraw from the work of God and prove unfaithful because others are not doing right. She goes further in that same passage. Unworthy ministers may receive some of the means thus raised, but dare anyone because of this withhold from the treasury and brave the curse of God. I dare not. I pay my tithes gladly and freely. If the conference business is not managed according to the order of the Lord, that is the sin of the erring ones. But the Lord will not hold you responsible for it. If you do what you can to correct the evil. Walter Weiss summarized that promise in one of his books, The Law of the Law. He said, If you do what you can to correct the evil, the Lord will not hold you responsible for it if you do what you can to correct the evil. We are in the crucible at the moment. At every level, at the general conference level, at the division level, at the union level, and all of these structures were introduced by the pioneers already. All of those levels, down to the conference, and the local church level, all of those are subject to the workings of God in terms of their personal characters.
48 Some people bring up one exception Ellen White made herself, and it deserves a straight answer because Conrad Vine leans into it quite a bit. I have myself appropriated tithe for the most needy cases brought to my notice. I have been instructed to do this, and as the money is not withheld from the Lord's treasury, it is not a matter that should be commented upon. Here is what that exception actually was, in context, not separated from it. She would contact the conference. Secondly, if they did not respond, she would take portions of her tithe. These were extreme cases. This was not her regular practice. In addition to that, she said she was commissioned by the Lord to do that as a prophet of God. But notice this. This tithe was going to ordained ministers, and it was going through the Southern Missionary Society who distributed it to these ordained ministers.
43 On one occasion, there was a representative of the Southern Missionary Society that came to Colorado, and as he was there, somebody gave him a $400 donation for these poor ministers in the South, aged ministers. They had retired. They were ordained ministers. Somebody gave him $400 for them. He found out that there was a portion of the tithe that was there in that $400, but he took it anyway. The president of the conference there at a Watson became very concerned. Ellen White wrote him a letter. In the letter that she wrote him, I want to read you portions of that letter because some of the sections of that letter have been circulated, but only portions of it that can give you a very wrong impression.
35 She's writing January 22, 1905. Let me remind you. It was six years until the sustentation of the retirement program at the Seventh-day Adventist Church was established, and it was 30 years before social security was established. These poor ministers would retire and they would have nothing. The Spirit of God came upon Ellen White to support them, and so she writes to this brother Watson, the president of Colorado who's so concerned, My brother, I wish to say to you, be careful how you move. you are not moving wisely the least you have to speak about the tithe that has been appropriated to the most needy and the most discouraging field in the world the more sensible you will be see she didn't want this broadcast abroad because she didn't want it to undermine the regular tithing system this was a special instance it was an exception that was used at a critical period of time she sent that money to ordain ministers in the American South through an organized channel called the Southern Missionary Society under what she described as direct instruction as a prophet and she deliberately kept it quiet so it would not become a general rule more than that she sent it to pastors who were at one time working for the conference that could not receive any more money because they were had retired and there was no retirement and they were going hungry essentially she was still giving to the church home Hong's research on this letter comes and makes the same point but nowhere in this letter are you going to find her sanctioning tithe being weaponized as a tool to force reforms upon the church a key point in this letter is that if there are exceptions in the limited instances where they may occur it is not to be publicized keep it quiet don't make this the general rule in the general practice she even told the very man asking her about it that there was a better path than redirecting you ask if I will accept the tithe from you and use it in the cause of God where most needed in reply I will say that I shall not refuse to do this but at the same time I will tell you that there is a what a better way well what is it what's the better way it is better to put confidence in the ministers of the conference where you live not a boycott not a condition list published to millions of people which could not ever be fulfilled anyway a quiet individual exception kept private pointing people back to the trust in their local church leadership as normal path so where does this leave a member who genuinely genuinely genuinely I like me believes that the local conference has done some wrong things or Mark friendly draws the line plainly certainly do we believe that they will leave definitely but there's a difference between apostasy in the church Ellen White and our early Advent pioneers and our leaders throughout our history have acknowledged that there's apostasy in the church at times Pastor Ivor Myers puts the same question as a direct challenge to anyone claiming this generation has the authority to walk away no prophet or priest has the authority to say that Israel is no longer God's people show me the time prophecy that speaks of another God ordained split that's the challenge every genuine split God ever authorized in scripture came with its own prophecy attached marking the exact moment nobody has produced one for this yet Walter Veith puts the practical result of that in blunt terms no I do not believe that the tithe does not belong to me the tithe belongs to God I have no right to say where
46 it goes because he has already said where it goes the tithe goes into the storehouse and it's for the Levite bring all your tithe into the storehouse I don't even work with independent Ministries that I wouldn't work with them because that would be robbing God and I would be condoning it by my action I pay my tithe even if I pay it with tears I'll pay it and God will bring to reckoning those who misappropriate tithe but I am not the judge of what is what Doug bachelor makes at the same point about why a single collection point exists at all what does he mean by that what's the storehouse well you want to bring the tithe together so it can be distributed he doesn't want every person sort of deciding for themselves in our church right as some of you know I'm a Seventh-day Adventist in our church like Methodist churches and many others were arranged with conferences where people give their offerings and tithe at the local congregation the tithe is then sent on to a conference where it's used to spread around the world to support ministers and missionaries and teachers that spread the gospel around the world so here's the actual choice in front of you if you believe the entire church is an apostasy the honest response is to leave and join a body you believe God is still recognizing not to stay a member and starve the institution of its funding while remaining inside if you do not believe the whole church is apostate and they haven't given up their 28 fundamental beliefs and they are still doing great work despite their character flaws as I do then the tide belongs in the storehouse corruption and all the same way it did in Malachi's day home makes a point about Malachi that closes this argument entirely is it any wonder that Israel was not returning a faithful tithe the the Treasury the storehouse was empty and you would assume in a situation like this God would say you know what that ought to teach those rascally priests yeah dock their pay teach them a lesson teach them to you know get their act together Malachi's Temple leadership was corrupt on the page God still said bring it to the storehouse whom follows that with who actually carries the responsibility for cleaning that relationship that leadership those systems up he meaning Jesus the son of man he shall sit as a refiner and purifier silver and he shall purify the sons of Levi and withdraw gold, and silver, that they may offer unto the Lord an offering in righteousness.
37 Jesus himself takes responsibility for purifying the sons of Levi. All of those priests that he was rebuking in chapters 1 and 2, he says, I will take care of them. If there is something that needs to be made right in the church, he's taken the job. We are to remain faithful to him. Purifying the ministry was never handed to individual members with a spreadsheet of conditions. It would be finished with a boycott. It was handed to Christ. If our non-profit ministry has helped you see any of this more clearly, Orion Media Ministry runs on donations, tax deductible, and every reoccurring gift helps us produce work like this. We will no doubt receive less this year due to our taking this biblical stance on tithe, but to me, that makes it a stronger argument. You see, everyone who is preaching for doing whatever you want to do, you are to take care of them. with your tithe has their own ministry they wish you to send tithe to. If I had a handful of people giving me their tithe with normal salaries to my book ministry, I would never have to ask for donations ever again. But I don't believe that small YouTube ministries or large TV ministries deserve your tithe. So, follow the money. Decide if they have an ulterior motive and choose to either rob God or live your life true to your maker. Ultimately, the choice is yours.
00 Here's the last thing I want you to see, and it is the reason I made this video at all. Roger Morneau's high priest did not just predict that people would pull their tithe. He predicted that Satan wanted it, and it was never really about money. It will be a great day for our master and his chief counselors when the Seventh-day Adventist church is reduced to splinters. There will be great celebrations taking place. Splinters. Not correction. Splinters. Satan doesn't need this church to be perfect to celebrate. He doesn't need to reduce the money. He needs us not to pray together. Jesus said the exact same thing about any kingdom. And Jesus knew their thoughts, and he said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand. Hume quotes a line from Ellen White that answers Danny Shelton, Conrad Vine, and every member caught between, all at once.
04 Although there are evils existing in the church, and will be until the end of the world, the church in these last days is to be the light of the world that is polluted and demoralized by sin. The church, enfeebled and defective, needing to be reproved, warned, and counseled, is the only object upon earth upon which Christ bestows his supreme, regard. The world outside this church is joining hands right now over the two great errors, the immortality of the soul and Sunday sacredness. A sitting vice president's book is proof. Inside the church, the plan is splintering, and the world is uniting around error which the people holding the truth are being talked into breaking apart over money. Scripture already commanded this, long before anybody else repeated it. Behold, how good. And how pleasant is it for brethren to dwell together in unity. Ellen White said she was given this same instruction more than once.
09 Because in our separation from one another, we are separated from Christ. We want to press together. Oh, how many times when I have seemed to be in the presence of God's holding angels, I have heard the angels voice saying, press together, press together, press together. I love Danny Shelton. For what 3ABN has become over 42 years. I love Conrad Vine for the courage it took to name real corruption at real cost to himself. I do not think either of them is right about tithe. And I think Roger Monod, of all people, told us exactly why this specific argument would be one Satan chose to split the church over. Bring the tithe to the storehouse. Take your complaints to the proper channels. In writing, the way Ellen White told people to do it. Stay. Reform what is broken from the inside. And refuse the one move that Satan's high priest was so confident about that he bragged about it decades in advance.
