This is very interesting where it's coming from because I think it pertains to a lot of what we're going to experience in the future. And I thought, you know, I understood it. But this new paper that came out this month told me I didn't. And so we're going to dig into that, understanding where that's going and the scope and implication it comes from. All that and more. Please stay right there. We'll be right back. 3:39 So I'd like to dig further, further out, further out the better. Okay. So what are we doing tonight? Well, it seems that we're only doing one thing tonight, but it's, it's a long one thing. I've got a lot of footage to cover, so I'm going to go into this real quick. Um, there's some very interesting stuff that's happening. Let me pop this up real quick. Um, why is it missing? Where's it at? There it is right here. All right. Let's pull this up. This is, this is fascinating guys. This is from the office of the attorney general, uh, Washington, DC is dated December 4th, 2025 memoir for all federal prosecutors, law enforcement agencies, department of justice, grant making components. This is, this is, this is serious. Um, it says. I'm going to zoom in on this real quick. So this is basically defining, you go down to number one there, define what domestic terrorism threat is. Now, obviously in nine 11, we had some, some, some terrorist threats, right?
4:40 If you believe that narrative, it's, we had something come over here and then we went over there and found no weapons of mass destruction, but we found a lot of people that were very upset with us being over there. So leaving it at that, cause that's beyond the scope of this conversation. I think it's interesting that we're also defining something that's not international. It's not international terrorism anymore, but we're defining something that's domestic terrorism. And I think this primarily came about from the idea that, uh, there can be citizens that should raise a red flag in your head, citizens that, uh, might raise, um, a fuss at things that the government sees as good. What were we as a country, a good country? I mean, I, I. This was, this is established as a, as a really, really smart things that we were established on. Uh, the country was established on an idea that, um, it should have a government that's essentially fears the people, but when the people fear in the government, that's, that's not, that's not the, the, the USA I'm a part of.
5:48 Now, this isn't a political broadcast, so I'm not going to get too far into the weeds on this, but I do believe that we will experience something that is, is. Definitely defining at the end of time where the majority of the people will push for it and call it their country. And we're going to get a lot further into that at the end of this program, but, um, let's, let's dig into this real quick. First, I'm, I'm getting a lot of blinks on here that saying that, uh, it's unhappy with the stream. So let me know if everything is going well. Sounds like, uh, it looks like everyone, nobody's really, um, bothered by that. So I'm just going to keep going. Um, let's go further into that real quick. I'm going to pop that up a little closer view of that. So this is the definition of domestic terrorism threat. This is part of it in general terms. Domestic terrorism is a criminal conduct that occurs primarily inside the territory of the United States.
6:45 And that involves the act of dangerous, uh, that's dangerous to human life that appears to be in tended to intimidate a citizen, civilian population, influence the. Political law that2019 The policy of the Government by intimidation or coercion affect the conduct of the Government by mass destruction, assassination or kidnapping. Okay. All right. So those are all interesting things, but what I'm concerned about is where the boundaries on this, right? Because if you have a foreign terrorist, there's boundaries on that, but if you can call your citizens terrorists, where's that going? Well, we know exactly where it's going, if you're Christian. We're going to find out more about that straight from the Bible tonight. This is a mechanism that suppresses what the minority, or you could call it the remnant, have to say about things.
7:48 And this document came out this month. So let me go further into the document here. This is the second page. Let's go zooming in on this part right here, on this part that I highlighted. But I'm going to read the whole paragraph. Particularly dangerous are the acts committed by, this is still divining what a terrorist is according to them, domestic terrorism. Particularly dangerous are those acts committed by a violent extremist group that threaten both citizen safety and our country's ability to self-govern. These domestic terrorist groups use violence. Come down here a little bit. Violence. Okay. That's not a good thing. Or the threat of violence to advance political or social agendas. Including, okay, so this is where it gets interesting. Opposition to law. No more definition on that?
8:44 So in other words, you're a domestic terrorist if you oppose the law? Opposition to law. In other words, I will not follow a law that's given by the United States that makes me a domestic terrorist? What if they make a religious law? Oh, wait, wait, that's not. That's not going to happen. Radical gender ideology. Well, it depends on who's in office on how that's defined, right? What's radical about that? Hmm. What about anti-Americanism? Well, it also defines who's in office on what that's about. Again, this isn't political. We're really digging into this because, really, I could care less. I'm not from this world. Not that I'm alien. We talk a lot about that on here. But I was born here. I am human. I am human. But I do think that this world is not my home.
9:33 And I'm passing through right now. And I'd like to be not here right now. But this government, who seems to speak like a dragon soon, kind of has these lamb-like horns, but it's not too happy with us on some things. Okay, so anti-American, anti-capitalism. Well, in other words, we must prevent those who, those terrorists from buying and selling. Anti-Christian, Sunday is perhaps a dangerous, what if Sunday is the Lord's Day and they decide that, and so stop being anti-Christian? What's wrong with you? You are a terrorist. Overthrow the U.S. government. What if you're saying that the U.S. government is a beast? Hmm. Hostility towards traditional view on family.
10:29 Okay. Hostility towards a religion. A religion? You know, we came over here from an oppressive government, a progressive religious government, combination of state, church and state. And if the favor of Catholicism, which was what we ran away from, comes back over here and joins hands with what we've already seen happen, with Trump. Coming out and saying, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, I believe this. I think we should have more religion in the United States. Could that make some people fundamentalist terrorist Christians? I'm concerned about this. Morality. It says that, it says religion and morality, hostile views for religion and morality could make you a terrorist.
11:27 Hmm. Hmm. Hmm. Hmm. Well, let's, and let's dig further down. I'm going to go to page six of this document and I'll put the document link so you can read it yourself in the, in the link below. Let me pull up this and go forward. Yeah, here we go. All right. So this is on page six. It says, furthermore, or further, because information from within an organization is often necessary to effectively dismantle large criminal enterprises. The FBI, I shall establish a cash reward system for information that leads to the successful identification and arrest of individuals in the leadership of domestic terrorists organization. You know, this already exists in other countries. If you, I mean, to a, to an even smaller extent, I was out in a, in another country. I won't say which one it is, but you guys can probably guess. And if you're going down the road and you're speeding, or if you're weaving in and out of traffic and someone catches you on the dash cam of theirs, they can submit it to the police.
12:41 Just upload it to the website and boom, you are a, you are a criminal because you were caught on video and someone received a cash reward for catching those criminals. We're going to talk a little bit about that tonight to come back to me real quick. Cause I don't know what this next image is. I don't want to reveal it. Oh yeah. This is Thomas Jefferson. He was apparently, uh, a domestic terrorist. He said that when the people fear the government, there is a tyranny, but when the government fears the people, there is Liberty. Oh boy. Well, that's radical. Okay. So let's, let's, let's dig further in here. I actually have a, a clip. I want to show of, uh, of, of Ken Klippenstein. He is, uh, the guy who kind of broke this story talking about this document. He, uh, came up on redacted and he's going to tell us a little bit more about what he found, uh, digging through this.
13:37 And I think it would be interesting for us to see. All right. So here we go. I think only Reuters has written about it and the guardian, a British publication. Um, but I put the document right there. People can go and read it for themselves. The justice department actually, uh, confirmed its authenticity just yesterday. So there's no question that, that this is happening, um, to give you a sort of crash course in, in what this all means. It's basically creating in essence, a, uh, bounty system for reporting on fellow Americans who are suspected of harboring those views, uh, and, and being motivated by those views in furtherance of terrorism. And so if you look at page two of that document, uh, you put, you put up on the screen a moment ago, it describes, uh, the FBI establishing a fund to, uh, reward tipsters with, um, that they can send to the FBI, uh, about people that they suspect advancing these views.
14:35 And my point, here, if you go, if you go down that list, a lot of that is left wing. Um, but some of it also isn't necessarily political, like not having traditional views of family. I mean, that could be bachelors that could be, you know, non non-Christian. I'm Christian personally, but non-Christianity, there are people of different, there are Jewish people. There are, you know, there are all kinds of different religious views that don't necessarily mean that you're a leftist. And so what I would try to stress here is that, you know, maybe if the, the focus seems, um, left now it's being defined very broadly. And the next administration, that comes in, uh, might have a different view and be able to define these things differently. So I think it's really important that people push back just in principle. Well, Ken, great job on this. And you brought up the bounty system here, which it just, I had, as soon as you said that, it just reminded me of the reporting that we've done here and talked about, about the DIA app in Ukraine, which was really sort of the, the USA ID rollout of the tracking app that they would use in Ukraine to rat on your neighbor.
15:32 Like you're basically able to go right inside the digital, you know, my neighbor is, uh, you know, might have a Russian flag in his living room or might be doing something that I want you, the SBU to come and check on. Like I know that sounds like, Oh, that's a bridge too far. That would never happen in the United States. But then you, here you go revealing these documents. So I don't see it too far away now that we have all this Palantir involvement and everything else is coming under the digital surveillance in the United States. Yeah. The effect that this is going to immediately have, I am working on a story right now. There was a very prestigious law firm in, in Washington called Covington and Berlin. They put out an advisory to their clients, big corporate clients saying that they anticipate that the effect of this memo that, that I reported on a Saturday is going to be to have a chilling effect on speech. And this is a elite corporate law firm, which has no activist interest in advancing one view or another.
16:24 They're just telling their clients, this is going to be the effect, you know, uh, conduct yourselves accordingly. And that's, what's really negative. I mean, even short of arrests and all the things that the, the FBI can do through the joint terrorism task forces that they have in every state across the country after nine 11, completely short of that, the effect we're already seeing according to that law firm and just common sense. If you read the directive is it's going to scare people and make them not want to express things. And that is a big loss because that is what this country is supposed to be all about is it doesn't matter what your views are. As long as you're not hurting anybody, you can express them. And unfortunately we're already seeing it have, have that effect. And that's what the intended effect is. All right. So this is interesting, right? Something is happening here and you think that all the Supreme court's going to take care of this is going to shoot it down. Is it, I don't know. Let's let's let's listen to this next clip real quick. I would have to think that the Supreme court would throw this document out and say, the department of justice cannot do this.
17:22 We cannot define domestic terrorists. This, this is a violation of first amendment rights, but someone has to bring it to the court who would do that. Right. And so maybe it's one of these law clients. I don't want to be stepping out of bounds and saying, screw them. I don't care. I'm not self-censoring. And then it goes, how do you see that? I mean, it really is only the courts that can take this power away right now. Well, as to your point about the courts, unfortunately after nine 11, the courts have created entire legal apparatus to allow, I mean in the news right now is these boat strikes. Well, you know what those remind me of? Those are very much like the targeted assassinations by drones under the Obama administration, which created the legal apparatus, the legal apparatus for them to go ahead and do that. Now we're seeing a very different politician, Donald Trump doing something similar to a much different group here in our hemisphere.
18:14 So you know, I'm very skeptical that the legal approach is going to offer much of the way of a solution to this because they have had so much time to build this almost Calvin ball doctrine of counter-terrorism that, that I agree with you is completely contrary to the spirit of the constitution. But unfortunately these, these, you know, these law firms and years of case law have, have, have given them a really free hand. And unfortunately that global war on terror, we're not seeing it come home. There is a, there's a focus on the hemisphere. Now there's a focus on domestic terrorism. There's a focus on the Western, on the Western hemisphere of the area around the United States. And that is something that should be debated. And you know, when you look at Congress talking about, you know, um, did they violate the rule of law? Did they not? It's kind of like it's kind of a, besides the, the bigger, it's kind of aside from the bigger question of like, should we, should we have this Colossus focused at home instead of at these groups like ISIS and Al Qaeda?
19:14 And there really hasn't been much of a debate. It's focused more on these kind of very complicated legal questions rather than this big picture. Um, I think doctrinal point about w w what do we want to do? And is it making it, is it making us safer? I don't think it is. Isn't making a saver. Isn't making a safer. These laws always come about because of something good, something good that needs to happen, right? We're we're, I went ahead and I looked up this domestic terrorism because I wanted to find out more information about it. And I came up with this, uh, this, this, um, morning, uh, news and there's not much out there about it. So I, I'll show you this in national headlines. President Trump signed an executive order Thursday targeting domestic terrorism networks and organized political violence. Trump saying the order will work to tackle quote anarchists from the left. And the group, the group that is funding them. The announcement comes a day after that deadly attack at an ice facility in Dallas, Texas, the national news desks, Jeff Harris reports.
20:17 President Trump says part of this executive order will work to dismantle what he calls domestic terror networks. The administration will be looking into who's allegedly funding these groups and a joint terrorism task force will chase them down. In the oval office Thursday, President Trump signing an executive order aimed at reining in what he calls a radical left wing, a domestic terror network. These are anarchists and agitators, professional anarchists and agitators, and they get hired by wealthy people surrounded by multiple cabinet members. Trump presenting the order as a way to investigate, disrupt and dismantle all stages of organized political violence and domestic terrorism to dismantle left wing terrorism, to dismantle Antifa, to dismantle the organizations that have been carrying out these acts of political violence and terrorism. The order directs the national joint terrorism task force. Uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, within the FBI to investigate and prosecute both individuals and groups engaging in acts of political violence and intimidation. FBI Director Kash Patel saying he plans to, quote, follow the money. People and organizations have collected funds and put them out into the streets of America and organized violence across our country.
21:27 Trump claiming he knows some of the people allegedly funding these groups, but was vague when asked who. You wouldn't know it. You're at dinner with them, everything's nice, and then you find out that they funded millions of dollars to these lunatics. The executive order comes just a day after the deadly attack at an ICE facility in Dallas, Texas. DHS also stating assaults against ICE officers are up 1,000 percent. Vice President J.D. Vance saying Thursday rhetoric from the left is playing a big factor. The Democrats and the media, because they so hate the idea of a real border, are engaging in a kind of blood libel against ICE agents there. Now, while signing the order, Trump did mention two major liberal donors, George Soros and Reid Hoffman, the president saying Soros is a, quote, likely candidate for investigation. I'm Jeff Harris reporting from Washington. As much as I want to go into talking about George Soros right now, I'll leave that for the chat.

This is, it's interesting, everything that's happening right now, and I think there's two sides that are fighting against this, and someone's going to get caught in the middle. I think it's probably the remnant. You notice that I said at the end there that they're going to push for a money thing. Let me pull that up again. This right here. You know, it's going to, FBI shall establish a cash reward system for information that leads to this stuff. Well, that's all fine and great, but they're already pushing for AI to monitor this. That's why they're building these big data centers. We, for instance, let me show you this right here. Let's play this. Every conversation you've ever had in your life, every book you've ever read, every email you've ever read, everything you've ever looked at is in there, plus connected to all your data from other sources.
23:23 And, you know, your life just keeps appending to the context, and your company just does the same thing for all your company's data. Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison predicts AI's success and AI surveillance will be part of our everyday lives in the future. During a recent Oracle Q&A, Ellison said AI will soon play a major role in monitoring society through a vast network of interconnected cameras, including security systems, police body cams, and vehicle dash cams. Everyone would see it. Your body cams would be transmitting that. The police will be on their best behavior because we're constantly recording, watching and recording everything that's going on. Citizens will be on their best behavior because we're constantly recording and reporting everything that's going on.
24:13 Ellison's vision is for AI to analyze data from this network of cameras in real time in an attempt to prevent crime while also tracking and influencing public behavior for a safer society. A safer society, because everyone just needs to be tracked. How many people believe that in here? If you don't believe that, hit that like button on this video. I think it's interesting that you have, uh, the government telling us, hey, look, we, we need these giant data centers the size of New York, uh, to, to, in order to monitor everybody here. But you know, who's already doing that? China. China's doing that. And I had the experience to go over there and actually see all this stuff. And it truly is a, a, uh, a surveillance state over there. I mean, they, they control everything. China is not like the United States. If you don't know, China is a dictatorship and they say, that if you have a business in China, that's fine.
25:08 You can be a business, but if you get really big and the government wants you to do something, then you will do it or you'll face consequences. That's how China is. If you don't agree with the government, you can't talk about them and say bad things about them. Like you can here. So I wanted to see what China was doing with the eye and how that was all working. And, uh, so I went, I went, ahead and looked into that a little bit. Let me see if I have that clip here. Yeah, this is a clip talking a little bit about that AI system that happened and why it happened. This was fascinating, folks, because like I said at the very beginning of this program, you'll see that everything that's implemented that's dangerous is implemented for a good reason. I guess as they say, the road to hell is paved with what? How does that end? Answer me, Chad. The road to hell is paved in good intention. So I think it's interesting that we have this going on and we'll see exactly what China's already doing. And I'm sure the US is paying close attention. Watch this. Well, the easiest way to explain the problem the document was trying to solve is by looking at something that happened in 2008. All right.
26:32 This is how they started doing this. Before, China was not a big deal in the idea of pushing technology to monitor citizens. But look why they started doing it. This was really interesting. Which was a really big year for China. Beijing is getting ready for the home run to the Olympic Games. With 100 days to go, officials say preparations are on track. And today, the Chinese capital offered a small taste of what's to come. But away from the Olympic excitement, a crisis was brewing. Sanlu is said to have first learned its milk powder was causing health problems in children last December, possibly even earlier. It waited six months before testing the formula in June when it discovered melamine. Across the country, thousands of babies were being hospitalized with kidney stones and kidney failure. The infants have all been fed milk powder contaminated with the industrial chemical melamine.
27:31 Per capita, milk consumption in China had tripled in just eight years. And dairy farmers were struggling to keep up. Many of them diluted their milk with water so that they could sell more of it and added protein powder to cheat quality control checks. When some of the milk distribution companies caught on, farmers found that the toxic chemical melamine used to make plastic and glue worked just as well as the protein powder but was undetectable. Meanwhile, milk that had gone off was also added to the national supply milk was seldom turned away even if it smelled rotten farmers say they were told to put it into a special vat where it would be mixed with good milk and turned into baby formula Sanlu the company with the largest quantity of melamine going into their products found out about the problem in June of 2008 but Sanlu directors took another two months to report the contamination to local city officials okay so remember that it took it was in June when they found out there was a problem with adding powder stuff to their milk that everyone was drinking and they had a big issue with trying to get this milk out to everybody because everyone wanted milk was a big push back then milk does the body good and they did they were diluting it and putting stuff in it so this is what was causing those kidney stones and to their joint venture partner New Zealand dairy cooperative Fonterra they finally reported it but what happened then China officials did nothing while Fonterra waited until the 14th of August to mention the issue to New Zealand embassy officials in Beijing casually at an Olympic cocktail party oh yeah the Olympics had started just a few days earlier and nobody wanted to cause any fuss finally the New Zealand Prime Minister learned of the situation in early September and ordered her officials to tell China's central government only then did the issue become public and poisonous milk powder was recalled the consequences were horrific up to eight babies died from kidney failure and around 300,000 became ill the Chinese government and producers were criticized I think I was so angry what shall we eat to guarantee the safety of our body the Chinese government investigated that some people already knew about this program for some time but did not share the information.
30:01 The country's melamine milk scandal has revealed safety loopholes in almost every link of the dairy supply chain. There were lots of prosecutions and two perpetrators were executed. China's premier has visited sick children and condemned his country's dairy industry as chaotic. So 300,000 children were hospitalized for this and eight, I think eight, six or eight died. And they executed two people due to this problem. This is, this is, wow. Despite this, people continued to put melamine in the milk for years because unless you were caught, the benefits for the suppliers outweighed the consequences. Money. The Chinese government needed to come up with a system to hold these people to account, to ensure that the people responsible didn't just set up in another province and start doing the same thing all over again. The problem was, at the time, there wasn't really a good way to keep track of what people were doing.
31:02 Now, here in the West, we obviously have corporate scandals too. But the scale of this scandal, in terms of the number of people involved, it's hard to imagine something like this happening in a highly developed country. And that's in part because developed countries have robust institutions and systems designed to prevent this kind of thing. Most of that comes down to, you know, tax file numbers, employment records, driver's licenses, social security numbers. Western governments have a lot of ways to keep an eye on their citizens. Government data makes it much more difficult for people to get away with these things. There are serious long-term consequences for getting caught doing something dodgy. But it's taken decades for developed countries to build up all this infrastructure. China, at the time, had almost none of it. Now, you might be asking, how can that be possible?
31:57 Well, it's important to remember that, like, very recently, China was a very different place. There are 800 million peasants in China, four-fifths of the country's population, one-fifth of the world's. Government permission is needed to emigrate to the towns, and it's government policy to keep the people out of them. In the early 1980s, the vast majority of Chinese people lived in small, rural villages where everyone knew everyone and knew who could and couldn't live there. And could not be trusted. But over the last 45 years, China has transitioned from a nation of 80% peasants to a nation of 65% city slickers. The villages now have a million people in them, and it's impossible to keep track of everyone based on reputation alone. While China introduced a national identity card in the 1980s, by the time of the 2008 Olympics, hundreds of millions of Chinese people still didn't have bank accounts or credit reports.
32:57 They did not file tax returns, and they did not collect social security pensions. Many worked in jobs that typically require some sort of certification, but did not have one. And even if those documents did exist, they certainly weren't centralised in any useful way. The system was a mess and ripe for exploitation by frauds, scammers, and other untrustworthy types. Okay. We need to change the way we look at it. Because now all Chinese consumers have totally lost faith in the country's quality supervision. If they want to get back people's confidence, the relevant laws, punishment and compensation must be improved. That's where this document Rick Falkfincher wrote about comes in. When the 2014 planning outline for the construction of a Social Credit System document talked about trustworthiness, this is what it meant.
33:50 Its primary purpose wasn't to figure out who is speaking ill of the dear leader. But to help people figure out who is tipping industrial chemicals into baby formula, the government decided that it was going to address all of these issues with one system, the social credit system. They laid out plans to assess people's financial credit, introduce social credit codes like social security numbers or tax file numbers, and create public databases to look up whether a business you were dealing with was dodgy. Wow. Okay, and this is what the government is putting all this effort into to do over here, except this time with AI, which is exactly what China has already done. And so why don't we dig into what is possible with that once that's done? Because if that's already in place, and these political ideas, like the one we just presented at the beginning of this program, are already in place called domestic terrorism, or if you don't agree with the government, you're automatically a terrorist, what's next?
34:55 These two policies coming together? And AI. Watch this. China is tracking 1.4 billion people using AI, and the system they've built is more extreme than anything you've probably imagined. We're talking about a surveillance network so vast, so intelligent, that it can identify a single face in a crowd of millions in less than three seconds. This isn't science. This isn't science fiction. This is happening right now, powered by artificial intelligence that's rewriting the rules of what's possible. Let me show you exactly how they're doing it. The foundation of this entire system starts with something you probably didn't know existed. Picture this. 700 million cameras. You heard that right. 700 million AI-powered cameras watching every street, every subway station, every public space across China. They call it Skynet. And yes, they named it after the artificial intelligence system from Terminator.
35:55 But here's where it gets unsettling. That's roughly one camera for every two people in the entire country. In major cities, like Beijing and Shanghai, the ratio is even tighter. One camera for every person. Imagine walking down your street and knowing that at any given moment, at least three or four cameras have you in their view. These aren't your typical security cameras either. Each one is connected to a neural network that's constantly learning, constantly analyzing. They're equipped with facial recognition software that can process your features in real time. Your face becomes data the moment you step outside your door. The SharpEyes program took this even further. It integrated private security cameras, the ones outside shops and apartment buildings, into the same network. Suddenly, it wasn't just government cameras watching you. Every camera became part of the system.
36:48 The coverage reached 99% in urban areas. But the cameras are just the beginning. What they can actually do with those images is where things get truly extreme. Here's what most people don't understand about China's facial recognition technology. It's not just identifying faces. It's identifying you from a database of 1.4 billion people in under three seconds. Think about that. Your unique face, pulled from more than a billion others, faster than you can blink twice. The AI doesn't need a perfect angle either. Tilted head? Covered partially by a scarf? Wearing sunglasses? The system adapts. It maps 30,000 points on your face, creating a mathematical signature that's uniquely yours. Even in a packed subway station, with thousands of people rushing past, the AI tracks each individual face simultaneously.
37:40 But then came something nobody expected. Gate recognition. You thought covering your face would help? The AI learned to identify faces, identify people by the way they walk, your stride length, the way your arms swing, how your hips move, the subtle rhythm of your steps. Every person walks differently. And the artificial intelligence figured out how to weaponize that uniqueness. You can change your clothes, wear a mask, even alter your hairstyle. But you can't hide your walk. The system operates in complete darkness too. Infrared cameras combined with AI enhancement mean night doesn't exist for this network. Low light. Heavy rain. Dense fog. None of it matters. The surveillance never stops. Never sleeps. Never loses sight of you.
38:27 And here's where it gets even more invasive. The AI doesn't just see you in one location and forget. The moment one camera identifies you, every other camera in the network knows exactly who you are. You're not just being watched. You're being followed. Think about your daily routine. You leave your apartment building, the camera at the entrance logs your face. You walk three blocks to the subway. Okay, we kind of get the idea of how our daily routine would be. That's why I'm not living in the city. And that's why I think that all these cameras that are being set up everywhere, especially in the big cities right now, could be a potential problem. I don't like surveillance. In fact, I was the guy who put up cameras long ago. I put up and understand how all these IP cameras work and what they can do and how they can be fed and all this stuff.
39:18 We're going to get into that here in a second. But I think that this is happening in China. And it happened. This is a six-year-old video. So things are much, much, much more powerful now. Let's learn a little bit about this facial recognition and understanding the idea of what can be happening after that. Because it's not just people they're tracking. It's also... The camera isn't invisible either. License plate recognition runs on the same AI network. Every vehicle that passes a camera gets logged. The system knows your car, knows it's registered to you, and tracks every journey you make. Highway cameras, parking garage cameras, traffic light cameras, they all feed into the same database. But here's where it gets truly invasive. Voice recognition. The AI can identify individuals by their voice patterns in public spaces.
40:14 Train stations, airports, shopping centers. Microphones, embedded in surveillance systems, pick up conversations. The artificial intelligence isolates individual voices from background noise and matches them to profiles. You thought a phone call was private? The system can recognize your voice in a crowd of hundreds. Then they connected financial transactions. Every purchase you make with digital payment. Every scan of a QR code. Every tap of your phone at a register. The AI logs it. Not just what you bought, but where you were when you bought it. Creating another data point in your movement pattern. And still, they pushed the technology even further. The system stopped just watching what you do. It started predicting what you'll do next. Every route you've ever taken gets fed into machine learning algorithms.
41:03 Every place you visited. Every time you visited it. Every deviation from your routine. Alright, and this happened to me while I was over there in China in 2012. This was a while back. Quite a while back. And they were doing some of this stuff back over there. It followed me from the airport all the way back to my next journey outside the city. And I'll tell you a little bit more about that story after we watch a few more clips. It's a really interesting one, so make sure you stick around. But this isn't the only thing that happened. Yeah, it follows your license plate. Yeah, it follows your voice patterns. Yeah, it follows your gait or the way you walk. Facial recognition. Things like that. Don't be frightened by this. This is all coming to pass for a reason.
41:48 But there's also something else it's watching too. This. The system tracks your internet activity too. Every search query. Every website you visit. Every social media post you read or share. China's internet infrastructure funnels through centralized nodes. And the AI monitors all of it. Your digital life and your physical life merge into one continuously updated profile. Your messaging apps? They're not private. The AI scans conversations for keywords, sentiment, even typing patterns. How fast you type. How often you delete and retype messages. The time gaps between your responses. These behavioral patterns become part of your digital signature. Then the system started cross-referencing everything with government databases.
42:36 Your education records. Your employment history. Your medical files. Your family relationships. Your travel documents. Every piece of official information about you feeds into the same AI network that's watching you walk down the street. All right. I'll pause it there. I mean, there's a lot, lot, lot more you can talk about on this. But essentially, what's going on here is, yeah, we have things in place that monitor for terrorism and making sure that there's no terrorists here. Heard a lot about that at the beginning of the century. But I think it's interesting that now we're here. Now we're hearing about domestic terrorism. So we've got to watch the people inside the country as well. And you see that it's in order to prevent the fear. You've got to have the fear, the fear, the fear. All we need is for some terrible thing to happen inside the country.
43:28 And then it's easily implemented because of fear. Fear. And don't think that just because you're using a messaging app that is private, say Signal, that it's going to be just fine. Somehow they get into that stuff, too. Maybe they don't break the encryption, but they find their way in to log into your account. Somehow they are doing this. Signal just released a, I mean, not Signal, Signal app. I was just watching a clip about this guy who had been followed by the U.S. government. And somehow they got into a Signal app as well. Something that's very, very private. And they use all this to do social scoring. So that you can be a good citizen or not a good citizen, just as we saw in that video previously.
44:17 It became a social credit score, a behavioral score of sorts. They're constantly monitored by facial recognition cameras that are able to instantly put a face to a name. Now the Chinese are also ranked, given a mark out of a possible 950 points. A score in the 700s is considered good. Around the 500 mark is not. For now, the number is a sort of bank credit rating, keeping track of everyone's spending habits. I think being ranked is a good thing. A society has to have rules. It forces us to be well behaved. It may seem scary, but it's just like that here. We're used to it. And anyway, we don't have a choice.
45:13 But in an effort to keep all of its subjects in line, Beijing is taking the system a step further in 2020. It's aggregating data gathered by banks, private companies and the state to rate if someone's a good or bad citizen. By using the most data possible, the so-called big data, the system will play an important role in rebuilding a moral society. The state will go over every detail of a person's life with a fine-tooth comb. A financial situation, spending habits, career, even behavior on social media. Criticizing the government online or displaying outward signs of wealth is a no-no. On the other hand, raising the party or giving blood increases your social credit. Xiaowen Wang is a model citizen. She lives in Nanjing, a testing ground for social ranking.
46:05 Married with a child, she has a job in a retirement home, no debts, and she wouldn't dream of jaywalking. As a good citizen, I respect the rules of the road. If I didn't, I'd lose points on my social credit. In theory, everything can be taken into account in the social score, even the most innocuous errands like supermarket shopping. When Xiaowen Wang makes an electronic payment, her purchases tell the state a lot about her. Buying cigarettes would count against her. On the other hand, nappies show she's an attentive mother. Beer could indicate alcoholism. She'd be better off buying water. In this pilot city of 8 million people, there are only 18,000 model citizens. For Xiaowen Wang, there are perks to be had, such as paying half price for the bus. I get discounts for all public services, even at museums.
47:01 And the library is free for me, thanks to my school. A good school brings benefits, but people with low schools lose rights. The cinema names and shames people considered untrustworthy. Blastering their details, even their addresses across big screens. Wow. It's a matter of principle. Those people have to be condemned. Those people aren't honest, so they have to pay the price. It's only right to pay your debts. You have to blacklist those that don't. The Supreme Court has created a blacklist for so-called bad citizens, those whose ratings have dropped to zero. On it are companies, but also 23 million people to date. Okay, so did you realize what happened there? It went from companies they were just trying to track so that they didn't do bad things. Because, I mean, you see what's going on.
47:56 Let's go back a little bit. DJI is a drone company that is very popular in America, and for good reason. They've done an amazing job and top of the market for all their drone gadgets. I mean, expensive drones that do everything from allowing your child to fly it around the room to outside and have it do 4K imagery to gardening and helping agriculture and finding things with infrared. I mean, they have something for everything, a drone for everything nowadays. But the government, the U.S. government, has said, you know what, we're not sure if we want to keep this company in the U.S., so we're going to ban it, perhaps.
48:42 That's still coming, or if it hasn't, I'm not sure, I haven't got an update on that. But what's interesting is, if you look on Alibaba or anything like that, you will find that this exact drone exists under a new business name. And they have it all labeled out, and the plastics are the same, and all the functions, all the software is the same. It just has a different brand on it. And so that's what they have trouble tracking this, even today. But it's gone from businesses to people. That's how fast it went. From businesses to people. We can track to businesses, we can track to people, too. And this is what happens when things like that happen. When you go to the people, perhaps not all those are the bad citizens. This is journalist Liu Hu.
49:27 He got a little too close to uncovering corruption among high-profile party members. After being sued for defamation by the subject of a story he'd written, he was blacklisted. He only realized when he tried to buy a train ticket and was told he was banned from traveling. That tells me I'm still on the blacklist. Punished because he'd been branded untrustworthy by the state. Once you're blacklisted, you can no longer get a bank loan, start a business, buy an apartment, or even send your children to a private school. Liu Hu is among a tiny minority of people who have dared to criticize the system, which some are calling a digital dictatorship. I worry, because I think many people like me will be deprived of individual freedoms, and all of us will live with restrictions of one kind or another.
50:27 After our meeting, Liu Hu learned that his name had been removed from the blacklist. But he still has a long way to go if he doesn't want to languish at the bottom of the social credit hierarchy. Isn't that interesting? Even China is having, obviously, trouble with this. So why would we implement that here? As you saw, that is what all the ancients of Silicon Valley want to do, and the government is all for it. Let's make an AI system. Let's make it track in citizens. Let's make us get rid of domestic terrorism. This is what's coming. This is what the thing is that's happening right now. And so we... And there's, again, no need to fear. All this has to happen, but we've been given specific instructions on how to deal with this.
51:16 Get out of the cities. Get away from the things that track you. It's just what people have to know. So how do we know that this is going to happen in America? Well, we can find that out by going to the Bible, specifically Revelation 13. I'm going to bring it up here, but I have to put it on another screen, I think. Somehow. Somehow. Let's see if I can get it over there. All right, there we go. So Revelation 13. Let's pop it up here. Yeah, here we go. And those that are on an iPhone or stuff, just follow along with my voice. I think it'll be best, because Revelation 13 talks about America becoming this way in the future.
52:07 And remember, in Bible prophecy, beasts are represented by symbols as nations. So beasts is symbolized as a nation. You can find that out in Daniel 7, 17 and 23, right here. And it says, These great beasts, which are four, are four kings which shall arise out of the earth. I'm having to turn around and look at this, unfortunately. But you can see that. I'm going to go back to Revelation 13, because let's read a little bit, specifically in 11. It talks a little bit about this. Revelation predicts that the papacy would lose its world influence and power at the end of the 42 months. In Revelation 13, 5, this prophecy was fulfilled in 1798, when Napoleon's general took the pope captive and the papal power received its deadly wound.
53:03 But verse 11 says this. This is what's interesting. I'm going to try to zoom in on this a little bit. Yeah, there we go. Verse 11 says, I saw another beast come up out of the earth, and it had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon. Obviously, this is symbolic. So how do we know what this thing is? Well, we know a beast is definitely a nation. So what nation is this in verse 11? Well, the characteristics of it. It says it has two horns like a lamb, and it spoke like a dragon. And where did it come from? Well, it came out of the earth. So you have something that comes out of the earth. Well, we know that coming out of the water is symbolic of coming out of many, many, many people. So coming out of the earth is more of a coming out of a desolate location.
53:58 Okay? So you have a country coming out of a desolate location, and that's characteristic number one. The nation arises out of the earth instead of out of the water, as did the other nations mentioned in Daniel and Revelation. We know from Revelation that the water symbolizes the areas out of the earth that have large populations. So the waters, and this is from Revelation 17, 15. I think I can get that up here too. Let's go 17 real quick. It says, And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, multitudes, nations, and tongues. So it tells us what the symbol of that means right there.
54:50 So let's go back again to 13. And 13 says, Again, it says in 11, I saw another beast come up out of the earth, and he had two horns, like a lamb, and spoke like a dragon. What other beast or country was rising in 1798? Well, that's easy, right? The United States of America. That's the only one that was rising in that area. But let's look at the other characteristics too. Characteristics that has two horns. Well, the horns represent the kingdoms, represent kings, excuse me, kings of government. And you can find that in Daniel 7, 24, 8, 21. USA was established on a civil liberty, religious liberty, Democratic, Republican, a government without king, and a church without a pope.
55:42 And so you have this duality that it was established on. And horns are kind of like the prodding. You know, the control, right? And so these two controls are what the uniqueness of the government was established on. The United States was established on something entirely new. Freedom of worship without government interference, absence of crowds signifies Republican, or, you know, a form of government that is pushing a, not a monarchy, in other words. Lamb-like horns denote an innocent yet young, often oppressive, non-oppressive, I mean, peace-loving and spiritual nation. Huh. Interesting. And finally, the characteristic, what does it mean that it speaks like a dragon?
56:29 Well, this is where it gets really interesting, because I wish we could just quit it right there and we'd have this amazing nation that the Bible talks about, because I'm convinced this is what it's talking about right here. A lamb-like nation. And that's kind of what America has always been. But it says in verse 11 that it, or it is more of a, speaks like a beast as well, specifically a dragon. Well, what is the dragon? I hate to break it to you folks, but the dragon is the devil himself, and if it's speaking like the devil, well, we got something to worry about a little bit. But God's in control. So let's go back there real quick. Verse 11, and we're going to go to 12 now, too. Who is the dragon? Well, the Bible says the dragon is Satan, and at the end of time, we will expect to see the beast that looks innocent to push the idea that we are not any good, that the remnant isn't any good.
57:28 And this is, that was all verse 11. You can pull all that from verse 11, but verse 12 says something interesting as well. It says, And he shall exercise all the power of the first beast before him, and cause the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. Okay. All right. Worship the first beast whose deadly wound was healed. And it's all about worship, right? So this whole thing is all surrounding the idea of worship. Remember, Satan and his angels, we're told in Isaiah, they want absolute worship. They want to be like God. They want to be like that so much, they think everyone else does, too. That's why they push that to Eve in the Garden of Eden. You can be like God. Don't you want to be like God? Have your own planet. Oh, wait, that's Mormonism.
58:20 Have your own morality. Hmm. So it says here that it's all about worship. This is the mark that happens. The mark isn't 666. That's the ID of the beast. That's how you know who the beast is. But you can identify him through this number, but that's not the mark. You don't get a 666 on your head. The first beast is really beyond the scope of this discussion, but just know that the first beast is the Roman power, the Catholic state, combination, institution, which the USA helps introduce. And so Revelation, let's go down to 15 here. There we go. We're at the end of it now. Revelation 15 says that, "...and they shall call as many as would not worship the image."
59:19 This whole chapter shows you that it's not about who has the mark. It's about worship. So Christians get really stuck on this whole, well, how do you know what the mark? You have the mark. You have the mark. Yeah, you have the mark if you're worshiping the beast. So focus on that. That's what we should be focusing on, because it says it several times. Worship, worship, worship. "...and shall cause many as would not worship the image of the beast to be," what? "...killed." So that's the end game. Hey, we can't control it. Hey, we can't control this. We'll just kill him off. In Revelation 17, let's go down a little bit, it says, "...and that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name."
1:00:06 Hmm. Okay. So social credit, you can see, kind of fits right in here. Because if you can't, if you don't do well, if you don't do good things, buy baby wipes, and be a good mother, and then maybe go to church, I'm sure that's coming too. That's going to raise your credit score. And you might lose that credit score, and then you won't be able to buy or sell anymore. It's a lot to think about, isn't it? I mean, I realize this is kind of a heavy topic tonight, but it's relevant, I think, because it came up in discussion and in the news, especially since this bill is being pushed along to try to push that. Very interesting. All right. So that's kind of the idea. I wanted to continue and tell you a little bit more about my experience in China, because when I was out there in China, you know, I didn't experience, there was no police that was kind of walking me around or anything, but I did notice there was a lot of cameras.
1:01:08 And when I went over there, my wife, she is Indonesian, and so Indonesia is nearby, you know, near as in closer than here in America, but when we were over there, I bought a little battery pack for my phone that was going dead all the time because I wanted to make sure I had my phone on all the time. We had little SIM cards from the country. And I got it from a place in Indonesia called Chubakamas. Chubakamas means fake electronics. So it was this very thick, very, very powerful, battery supplement for my phone. And it had something ridiculous on the side of it, like 50,000 amp hours or something, or milliamp hours. It would be milliamp hours. And I was like, yeah, this will be fine. Well, I get on the plane to go to China, and internationally, I get from, I think it was from California, Hawaii, South Korea, somewhere in China.
1:02:19 And I get over there just fine with it. But when I get on a domestic flight in China, they said, you can't have that. And so I'm obviously a little bit miffed about this. Taken away. I can't have my, my phone's going to go dead. I need to have this battery pack. And they're like, they actually took it out, and they looked at it, and they snickered and showed it to their, you know, their form of TSA. And they laughed about it. And they said, 50,000 amp hours. I'm sure that's what they were laughing at because they knew it was heavy. It's fake. But they, since it said that, they have rules on their plane that they can't, their airlines, that they can't bring a certain amount of amp hours over. And this was during the time when you had all those Samsung phones that were being blown up. They were on the planes, and all of a sudden they would catch fire and kinds of things like that.
1:03:07 So they were very concerned about lithium ion batteries. Understandably, but I, you're taking away my stuff. And I came over here with it. And so they took it away, and I forget what I said. I didn't say anything bad. I said, hey, hey, no, you can't take that away. He says, well, he looked at me like shocked that I would even speak to them. And I rose my hands up in the air and said, come on, give that back. And boy, all the TSA agents, they quickly got someone English speaking. And they came over to me and said very calmly, no, we can't do that because we, it's over 10,000 milliamp hours. And I said, oh, okay, I understand. And I said, but that's still my stuff. Can you mail it to me? No, no. Sir, we can't mail it to you. Sorry, it's going to have to go in the trash or wherever, recycling. Okay, that's fine. That's fine. I was obviously very miffed about this, but what could I do about it?
1:04:01 It's a dictatorship. I want to fight it in a court? No, I'm going to have to leave without my stuff. Well, something happened after that. I got labeled a terrorist. Apparently, since I had been, rose my arms up like that and said, no, you got to give that back to me. They labeled me as a terrorist in their camera system. And so I'm not sure if I can ever go back there, but the way I found out was everywhere I went after that inside China and leaving the country, it followed me after I left the country too. I got what's called the quadruple S. I'm sure you guys, maybe you know about this already, but the quadruple S is a, labels you as extra security. And what happened was when I printed my ticket, I got this quadruple S on the side.
1:05:01 You can't really, I mean, it doesn't make sense to me. It just looks like a bunch of gobbledygook that they print on the ticket. So I gave it to the guy and he looked at it and went, oh, it's probably nothing. I was like, what do you mean? It's probably nothing. He says, I need you to step over here. And he made the entire airport shut down. All the TSA agents in that terminal stopped, lined up against the wall, and they put everyone, stepped everyone back off the course, including my family and my wife. And they said, sir, we're going to have to have you come with us. And they walked me through the scanning process. And so I alone, everything was cleared out. I mean, this was a big airport and they cleared the entire TSA thing for me, all belts and everything. Like I had something dangerous.
1:05:49 And they made sure that, after I got all the way through it, they said, see, they said everyone kind of like breathed a sigh of relief that I had completed it successfully. And they said, see, it was nothing. It was just random. That happens every once in a while. And I thought to myself, yeah, no, I know what's going on here. So how easy that can happen to any of us that, it was so silly. And I wonder now too, because this wasn't when I was leaving. I wonder if I, years and years later, that was 2014, I think, if I go back there and it's over 10 years, do they still have me in the database? Do I have to go through all that process with a quadruple S on my ticket because I was wanting my batteries back?
1:06:42 Let me show you a little bit about that quadruple S thing. I thought it would be interesting to actually review that. This is what the quadruple S looks like. Have you ever noticed the four letters SSSS printed on your boarding pass? Some people have, and it has often led to some frustrating and lengthy airport delays. So for those who are lucky enough to not know what it is and have never experienced it, what does this four letter code mean? In short, the code SSSS is used on domestic and international US flights to indicate that additional security screening should be carried out. Airport security in many countries was beefed up significantly after the events of 2001. The US Transport Security Administration was formed at this time and has increased security since with several schemes, including the Secure Flight Program.
1:07:44 The use of SSSS codes has been formalized and strengthened under this, but its use is reported before then as well. According to TSA, Secure Flight is a risk-based passenger pre-screening program that enhances security by identifying low- and high-risk passengers before they arrive at the airport by matching their names against trusted traveler lists and watch lists. Passengers are screened for security using government databases and their travel information. This can result in several actions. Of course, travel could be denied and law enforcement involved in the most severe cases, while passengers identified as being of increased risk and requiring extra checks will have the code SSSS printed prominently on their boarding pass. Security and border agents then know to apply enhanced security checks. This is used by TSA on all US domestic flights and international flights from the US. Several factors influence the use of SSSS, but the exact processes and decisions are not made public for obvious security reasons.
1:08:52 Being on security watch lists, including the FBI Counterterrorism Watch List, is sure to trigger the code. Other factors might include the booking of one-way trips, booking flights last minute, or frequent recent travel. Travel between certain airports or to or from certain countries will make it more likely as well. Discrepancies between boarding pass and passport or ID information could also be to blame. Additionally, SSSS is sometimes assigned at random. Extra security checks are, of course, good in the overall scheme of improving security, but for individual passengers they can be frustrating. Having the code on your boarding pass will likely subject you to more checks and a longer time to clear security. These are not usually carried out separately, but will delay you as part of the main security screening. Extra screening might mean additional scans, a more thorough check of luggage, and taking swabs from your hands, clothes, or baggage to check for narcotics or explosives.
1:09:56 Agents are also likely to ask you questions about your travel, and you may have to wait while additional passport or identity checks are carried out. One of the problems with SSSS is the same travelers tend to get selected repeatedly. Fortunately, there are some ways to address this, although nothing is guaranteed, and you may still be highlighted for security reasons. Joining the TSA PreCheck program is reported to help. There is also a U.S. Homeland Security process for addressing security problems, including SSSS codes and issues with watch lists. The DHS Traveler Redress Inquiry Program allows travelers to report issues with boarding and airport security issues that will be investigated and evaluated. And there it is. There is the code. Isn't that interesting? I thought it was fascinating. So if you're a TSA agent and you know more about this than I do, I'd be curious to find out if this is going to follow me around internationally.
1:10:56 But I do have my PreCheck, and I do have all this other stuff you pay for to get on the plane easily. And I don't have a redress code, fortunately. So I've been to 18 different places this last year, and I know all the tricks. I know how to get into all the little things at the airport. Because I've been there so much. If everyone's going to be labeled a terrorist sometime, then let me know all the terrorist things. Because I want to be able to be prepared for what's coming. If I have to go internationally and speak somewhere, let me get there two hours early so they can validate me not to be a terrorist again. So, no, fortunately that hasn't happened for a long, long, long, long time.
